How did the player break the rule(s)?  (300 words maximum)\
PD responded to the life invader bank robbery, with multiple BF400s out front.  One got on his bike an evaded as we pulled up, before anyone could have any weapons out.  One (Shux Clapz) surrendered in the bank, and the third ignored fear RP with multiple officers with heavy weapons out.  I shouted clear demands to get on his knees, and was ignored the whole time as he drove off on his BF400.  I did not shoot him due to IC protocols, but there is zero reason he should have gotten away.

Hello,

Firstly, I would like to start off my report by saying thank you for reviewing this Harveyyy and thank you to Iriael for reporting me.

To start off a couple of my friends escaped the bank I was the last one to run out I saw my friend get guns pointed at him so I carried on running towards my bike as they weren't aimed at me I only saw the officer with the shotgun when I was jumping the wall to get to my bike as he was shouting at me I was really immersed and had adrenaline pumping through me, at the given time I wasn't sure whether it was a fear RP. However, after talking with one of my buddies he is telling me from the POV that I should of stopped and got on my knees.

I respect why I have been reported and realize my mistake I take full credibility for this. I will NOT do it again as a new player to this city I have really enjoyed my time and have tried my best not to break any rules.

I understand the situation and it will not happen again, I fully apologize to Iriael and the mistake I have made.

I want everyone to have a great RP experience and for someone to report me I feel ashamed, again I am sorry and it will not happen again I know I am still new to the city but I know this does not exempt me from the rules in place. I was also not asked to save POV or I would of done so sorry.

I do not believe that my POV is required for this report, but will provide it since I also gave demands to ID 122 when he initially left the Life Invader bank. He ignored my demands while at gunpoint, ran past me, and then proceeded to then ignore ID 98 - Sayaka Yukimura's orders while also under gunpoint.

Thank you for your patience as we reviewed this report. Following review of all evidence and provided statements, we have made the decision to accept this report conclude it as follows:

Johnny_Lanez will be receiving a Punishment for Non-Roleplay | Fear-Roleplay for the reported incident.

To explain the rationale for the above punishment I would like to turn your attention to the evidence provided by the reporting player.

At the start of the video, we can see that there is an active bank robbery with law enforcement surrounding the bank. At approx. 0:11, we can see the reported player running back to the parking garage behind the bank, where he met with the reporting player, pointing his shotgun at him and giving him plausible and audible demands to get on his knees. Ultimately, the reported player kept running towards his bike, got on it, and drove off. What's wrong with this situation is the clear lack of regard for life and safety. It is abundantly clear that the reported player has noticed the shotgun being aimed at him at a very short distance, let alone the audible demands that were given to him, however, this was ignored. In future situations, when a firearm is pointed at you, and plausible demands have been given, you must comply with your attacker to preserve your character's life and safety. As such, the above-mentioned punishment is being issued.
