(300 words maximum)\ So to start with Mr Bluewater had come into prison for a crime he had committed from here we had a while getting him processed which we would expect, from here he decided to walk around DOC still in cuffs so he was tassed from here i rp /me would Grab his cuffs and such and all he would do would say get off me then continues to walk away not RP'ing as shown on POV, After a while he had went into a cell to get changed, Instead of getting changed when 2 officers had 2 heavy weapons out in there hand he decided to walk over to them and pm /me would slowly reach hand next to gun, Bare in mind he has a AR Rifle and a Pump Shotgun arm lengths away from him, after he got changed then we went to take him to a cell which PG Came into place, he tried holding his position stating we could not move him when we had 3 Officers grab him to move him. he went in and then the next thing would be when he went to medbay to be treated for a injury he was treated then sent back in after cause he caused a issue, the 2nd time when he re spawned after being treated i held my .50 out and told him to get into a cell he started walking to another inmate to fight what looked of which i then pointed my .50 at him and told him to and said down on your knees now and he kept walking around not fearing for his life or safety even after i said i would shoot if needs be, he was being cuffed and tried walking away as well, he had been tased to many times to also call it unrealistic, Also tried arguing the fact that i tied manipulating him in /b. this is not the first time and wont be the last, i held of reporting him last time as i tried talking to him in /pm and seems to not have worked, Thanks. BillyB Posted April 8, 2022 Report Share Posted April 8, 2022 Hello, I unfortunately cannot provide my POV as I did not record any of the situation. 3rd clip | When the 3 guards were dragging you, why did you walk away from them instead of moving with them? As you can see, I attempted to utilise /dice in the roleplay to add a level of fairness however the guards were having none of it, this is unusual behaviour from DOC. I therefore complied, especially when one of them pointed out there were 3 guards on me. As I am sure you can appreciate, it is sometimes difficult to accurately read chat whilst there are people shouting at you over voip. Also, Ryoshi roleplayed dragging me to a cell without even giving me time to respond to the /me which he powergamed. I did eventually follow him as I caught up with the text. 3rd clip | After being tasered, why did you begin kicking the door and why did you instigate a fight with the guard in the cell? After recovering from the taser, I began kicking the cell door out of frustration. I instigated the fight with the guard because him and Billy have IC beef (or so I thought it was only IC - evidently not!) and Billy had just been manhandled by him. Not to mention Ryoshi constantly mocking Billy about the reason he is in jail. 6th clip | At 00:50, please explain why you agreed to being cuffed but continue to walk away from the guard, disallowing him to actually cuff you. As you can hear from Ryoshi's POV, he screamed at me to get in a cell whilst I was being cuffed. I had forgotten that I needed to put my hands up to allow the guard to cuff me to which he kindly reminded me to do in /b. I was also confused at this point as to what they wanted me to do, I don't understand your point here as I did not consciously dissalow the cuffing which happened at 1:03. 6th clip | When the guard had his pistol aimed at you, why did you not comply with his demands? At 0:02 he told me to get down on my knees which I did do. I admit I shouldn't have stood up again whilst under gun-point and then proceeded to move away after being tased which is why I didn't resist the cuff attempt. Again, there were lots of people shouting demands at me and it got slightly confusing. At 0:44 he tells me to get into a cell which I start to do at 0:50. 7th clip | When the guard tried to drag you this time, do you think it was reasonable to be able to resist given the previous tasering? I do believe it was reasonable given that quite some time had passed since the tase. Also, I believe my level of resistance was appropiate too given all I did was stand still and refuse to move, a drunk person is likely to be able to present this level of resistance. Following review of all evidence and provided statements, we have made the decision to accept this report conclude it as follows: Billy_Bluewater will be receiving FearRP & NonRP Punishments for the reported incident. To explain the rationale for the above punishment I would like to turn your attention to the evidence provided by the reporting player. After reviewing all of the clips that were provided by the reporting player, we can see in Clip #2 the reported player RPing reaching for the guard's gun while he was in the cell, for seemingly no valid reason. Not only this behavior demonstrates a lack of regard for life and safety, but there is also no point in RPing such action, as it would potentially get you shot, considering the context and the environment. In Clip #3, the reported player was tazed and dragged into the cell. Shortly after, he decided to attack the guard, disregarding the tazer effects and what his character would be suffering. In Clip #5, we can see the guard aiming his firearm at the reported player, giving him valid and concise demands to get on his knees. The reported player completely disregarded the firearm and went further to walking away from it, which resulted in him getting tazed, again. After the fact, the guard kept his gun aimed at him and continued giving demands, but that was also ignored. When a firearm is pointed at you and plausible demands have been given, you must comply with your attacker to preserve your character's life and safety. Also, the player still did not RP the tazer effects, and kept walking around like nothing just happened to his character. Your character would not recover from a 50,000 volts taze in one or two minutes. Moreover, in Clip #7, the player can be seen resisting the guard after he was tazed, which was completely unreasonable and unrealistic behavior. In future situations, ensure that you react in a realistic manner and always be mindful of what your character would be suffering. In conclusion, this whole situation was extremely poor and the player seemed to not acknowledge their wrongdoings. As such, the above-mentioned punishments will be issued.
