How did the player break the rule(s)?  (300 words maximum)\
I was in the high end market trying to sell my Khamelion when I saw Tomas Jonson ( the guy being reported ). I went up to him offering him my apartment for 340k in cash. After that we negotiated the price and came to a conclusion that he will buy my apartment for 340,000$ in cash. Which then we headed up to the bank. Then we signed contracts to sell him the apartment. While he was getting the cash from the ATM ( realistically from a dealer in the bank because you cant withdraw that much from a ATM ) I roleplayed using /me looks at Tomas and /do will he withdraw 340,000$ from the ATM. Which he then replies in /do yes he would. ( Which he didnt actually did and made a lie in /do he only withdrew 1,000$ ) afterwards we headed up to the apartment which I was selling. I lied to him that I was going inside to grab the registration files which I didnt and instead I took my AK out from my safe and took it outside in my own property and held him under gunpoint with the assistance of Uchiha Shin ( My friend at that moment. ) Then the reporting party straight went to /b stalling rp for like 5-10 mins even though I explained him that he cant pause a RP scenario like this and I even informed him I have all the evidence just go ahead and report me and continue which he denies. After a bit though he started to continue. Then I unarmed him goes inside the apartment into a private room. Then I took all the evidence against me scamming him and frisked him for his money. Then I realized that he had lied in /do and only got 1k instead of 340k which he Rp'ed before. ( logs will prove it ) after destroying all the evidence against me Admin Alexs came and we were discussing it but a restart occurs in the server at the same time I got into a powercut in my country. Which lead me not returning to the situation with Alexs. The reporting party also made no attempt to go off duty in his job making him using the taxi vehicle to get advantage over IC and no radio calls at all to inform that he is doing such thing over his company making him script abusing.

I dont have any POVs unfortunately as I ran into a powercut apparently but Aleks will be a witness evidence to this report.
I can ask my friend Uchiha Shin for any evidence if he have any and admins want more evidence

Hello everybody, Tommy Jonson here.

First of all I'm sorry you had to complaint on me but let me explain my side step by step

You claim I did PG and that I lied about the amount of money I spent but let's see first what happened before ... Later in our whole conversation I felt that something here is unreliable ... even after your 4 attempts to write an "IC contract" without trying to cheat if it is in quantity If it's on the floor and if it's more details you thought just make this scam easy for you ...
Second thing when you did RP / I look at Tommy it's ok but what his name is problem here is that you stood far away and some descriptions of PG it's like it was behind the door and can see what's going on behind it is PG and I took 1000 and continued with you to script abuse not done here . I was in service for two hours and there was not even a single call so I did not take advantage of anything the same I could just AFK and do nothing and that is in my opinion even more than being active in the game but no matter I will return to PG after all this is done to take me downtown. And there you carried out the robbery I immediately opened B / OOC because I did not want this matter to continue to the forum because I know how long it takes to resolve the situation. I wanted to save it from both of us .... Also to admin Alex you said it took 15 minutes you are exaggerating but you Exaggerate 5 times! From real time and you even confirmed it was exactly 3 minutes I tried to just explain to you that it's not a true RP and you were right about it because you thought I called for a backup but that was not the situation I behaved most fair I spoke properly I do not think any law was broken from my side and more When we came back from the restart you did not come back to continue the discussion and thus take sides the fact that the admin returned the gun to me

Not trying to go back and fourth just want to point out a thing that he didn't thought that much in Tommys' statement.

Normally in real life when you can see weather the guy is withdrawing a huge pile of cash or just few notes from a ATM/Dealer in the bank. What I Roleplay is /me looks at tommy then I did /do will I see him withdrawing 340,000$ But you replied in it with /do yes. Which I believe is powergaming as I stated above Normally a person can guess the amount that a individual is withdrawing by looking at the money notes and how many of money notes would be there. That's the thing that I wanted to point out.

As a driver at DCC for over a year I can tell you that at least 5-10 drivers I know did things while they were on duty second thing this case was in the morning the number of players you were on the server was 38! I think it's actually good that the players are active on the server and not AFK as most people just do salary farming is what I think and even more people are static in places and after that walk to the bank .. and it's also time to go buy a car in HE or even buy houses so why This is not a saved IC because throughout !! This case and even before that I did not have a taxi call once! I think if this thing was supposed to be towards the complainant he turned to a taxi driver in HE because he knew he was committing a robbery! And that's part of the rules at Robbery so how does his complaint to me work out?

The reported party is being issued this punishment for the following reason(s):

The first NonRP is being issued for the 2 instances of powergaming seen in this report. Lying in /do is strictly disallowed no matter what. It's not based on what you want someone else to see, but what's going on within the environment. Even if you got $1,000 in $1 bills, that's noticeably different than $340,000 in $100 bills. Additionally, this process ended up taking nearly 45 minutes of time while on faction duty due to you starting this process on duty, getting robbed, then failing to stay in character until the server restarted 20+ minutes later.

Onto the second NonRP, it's being issued for the aforementioned inability to remain in character. If you feel a rule is being broken, you send out a /report and continue with roleplay unless intervened by a member of the administration team. You are not an admin, you do not decide whether or not something is against the rules, you do not pause roleplay. If your ingame report goes unanswered, you politely inform the other party via /pm that you'll be reporting them on the forums, the reason you're reporting them, and to save any evidence they may need.
