How did the player break the rule(s)?  (300 words maximum)\
Pulled over ID 67 for driving on the incorrect side of the road, asked him to move around the corner and return to the correct side so i could perform a more safe stop. After asking ID 67 for his ID he proceeded to say "Yeah no problem man" before tabbing out and then disconnecting, which can be seen in the video provided. I waited around for roughly 20 mins and he never returned or posted a crash report.

After reviewing this report and evidence attached to it, we've decided to accept this report and issue the punishments to the following player(s):

• Duncan_Andersen (67) - Combat Logging - In the supplied video we can observe Duncan responding to PD when asked for his license. However, instead of providing his license he tabs out and seemingly loses connection.
  We were not able to find a message in the #crash-reports channel on Discord advising of his loss of connection or when he might be back.

Rule 9. NonRP states the following:

• If a crash / disconnect occurs, players must post in the crash reports discord channel and contact all parties to resume. Players reconnecting must be given all opportunities held prior.

• Players should not instigate situations they do not have time to play through. If a player is chased they must wait 15 minutes before they can log out of the game.
