A vehicle should never be used against a player on foot who has a firearm except for in the case that a gun is freshly drawn and driving forward over the shooter one time is the best means of a safe escape. If a player is actively shooting or aiming at you, getting into a vehicle and using this as a weapon would be unrealistic and therefore classed as VDM. If you come upon a shooting where someone is actively firing at a friend, you may use your one vehicle hit to stop the attack and flee. How did the player break the rule?: rammed the sh** out of everyone 2 time even after dying absolutely disgusting behavior...they even spammed the chat about reporting my buddy for ninja looting? Evidence of rule breach: long story short i created a gang named the gates we are very nice to people and are lvl 0 lol but we are the biggest gang in town now and need to justify a war for territory...so one day as i was choping a car those dude from cosa nostra or whatever they call themself show up and steal my stolen car with ak, i submit they proceed to rob remove cell phone ect....so they let me go and i look at them from afar,then they proceed to block the entrance of the montain lab i then decide to go see them and ask if this is a act of war against my gang the gates,he then proceded on powertripping saying whatever you like buddy,so i told him this is a act of war and declared war in hes face,they let me go unharmed today as i was trying to give my phone number to people to sell dope at the unit under the pretext of national methamphetamine day and giving free sample and phone number,they came see me the leader and hes lackey telling me they won the war and they killed 20 of our guys that we are pussy hiding at the bank lol that we should make peace and submit XD so we gather a lil death squad and this is the introduction to the video I am sorry for my bad english i am french original video Edited September 18, 2018 by Bl0wUrFace original video Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

But I gonna just quote for you this time: 7.3.3 If there is a valid reason to attack someone, a vehicle may be used once (a failed attempt counts) to knock the other player on the ground. That's exactly what they did, they used vehicle just once to hit you, and they didn't continue turning around and repeating, that would be against the rules. Your guy tho, that you can see on the video in a black contender (Stranger 1342_3839), was breaking the rule, and repeatedly used it to hit us, that is against the rule, and he is the only one who need to get punished for that (attaching image with his id from your footage) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Inzein Posted September 18, 2018 Report Share Posted September 18, 2018 (edited) First of all in the situation on the bridge we saw you guys robbing random guy and we came help him, but you just started shooting at us and with the shafter v12 i rammed only 1 guy near to the bridge, because only 1 time i can ram a guy. It was desync when i hit your car, because in my view i didn't hit this car and 2 guys. After this situation i was dead and I woke up at the hospital, 1 guy from my gang asked to go to the sandy shores after this i was going on highway and these black guys with a contender said any word to pull over or something, they just rammend me with no reason. 7.3.4 rule - If there are multiple players on a scene, the driver can hit each one of them only once, however, the driver is given only one attempt to do it. This means, that a vehicle cannot be used to drive through a scene multiple times with the purpose of hitting more players. About other things I cannot spell anything, cause when I came back moderator saw everything and I already got punished by Fear RP cause I did not hand up for mechanic, and one of your guys instantly shooted me. Mask 3118_4430 Drake Hudson Will not recieve a punishment for VDM, as it can be seen that he made only one attempt to ram the other party in the first video. Stranger 6373_8073 Evanas_Einaro Has already recieved a punishment for VDM and FearRP since I was personally spectating the event in the second video. He has been punished for it already. He has also been put on his final punishment before getting a permanent ban. spoken to by Ballin and Bakmeel. Brett_Hundley will be punished for mixing IC and OOC in faction chat. Metagaming #1 (normal) and will recieve a 30 minute admin jail time. Ukash_Liuka will be punished for mixing IC and OOC in faction chat. Metagaming #1 (normal) and will recieve a 30 minute admin jail time. Don_Fatloc will be punished for mixing IC and OOC in faction chat. Metagaming #1 (normal) and will recieve a 30 minute admin jail time. Ilai_Gotlin will be punished for mixing IC and OOC in faction chat. Metagaming #1 (normal) and will recieve a 30 minute admin jail time. Jay_Gamble will be punished for mixing IC and OOC in voice chat. Saying "They just killed me." Metagaming #2 (minor) and will recieve a 10 minute admin jail time. The player that has made this report, Ben_Dovery/Stranger 261_4678 will be punished for Deathmatching #1 (normal) and will recieve a 48 hour ban. In the second video at 02:38 is seen that the player is walking up to the pink van that was just seen VDM'ing his friends. He can hear that one if friends is telling this person to put his hands up. Before the person could react, Ben_dovery started shooting at this person whilst he was not the same driver of the pink van during the VDM meaning that he had no valid to reason to kill him on sight and did not give him enough time to respond to a demand. NOTE: it can also been seen that person tried to mercy kill one of his friends but will not recieve any punishment for it since the rules were unclear about this at this time Woofla_Lane/Mask 1659_3094 will be punished for the same Deathmatch offense listed above as it can be seen that he walked up the pink van with a microSMG in his hands and once the shooting starts a MicroSMG is also hearable meaning he was involved in the shooting. However this player did the correct thing by telling the pink van driver to put his hands up, he should have not started shooting when his friend started shooting.
