• Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper IC motive and interaction.
• Prior interaction should include escalation such as a robbery or a report to the police.
• Players on foot should only be attempted to be hit with a vehicle once with valid motive.
• Vehicles cannot be used as weapons in active shootouts unless where unavoidable.
• Players must be able to explain their reason and provide proof of prior reasoning if requested.
• If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand.

How did the player break the rule(s)?
I was speaking with my fellas on the radio when I saw him going to the dealer, curious to see what he needs and what he wants I went there. He pulled out his gun without any valid reason after I asked him calmly "Whats up here" because maybe he was looking for a drop or something, but in return he tried to rob me for no reason.

I use Instant replay from Nvidia Shadowplay to record my last 10 minutes. As you can see at the minute 0:48 I just saved the POV to make sure I don't forget to, without knowing that I will die and I will have to save the POV again later. I have 2 recordings, first one being from before he came and before everything happend, where it's just 10 minutes of me selling oil, and talking over the radio, which it's unwanted part in this report. and the second one it is 2:48 minutes long, where I was healed by the medic.

The reported player failed to escalate or interact in any ample form whatsoever before attacking the reporting party. As I've said in a few of my previous reports:
