Player(s) being reported: ID 24
Date of interaction reported: 04/APR/2020
Unix time stamp from HUD: 1649078354

Your characters name: Thomas_Nechro
Other player(s) involved: -

Specific rule(s) broken:

14. Deathmatch (DM)

  • Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper IC motive and interaction.
  • Prior interaction should include escalation such as a robbery or a report to the police.
  • Players on foot should only be attempted to be hit with a vehicle once with valid motive.
  • Vehicles cannot be used as weapons in active shootouts unless where unavoidable.
  • Players must be able to explain their reason and provide proof of prior reasoning if requested.
  • If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand.

How did the player break the rule(s)?
I was speaking with my fellas on the radio when I saw him going to the dealer, curious to see what he needs and what he wants I went there. He pulled out his gun without any valid reason after I asked him calmly "Whats up here" because maybe he was looking for a drop or something, but in return he tried to rob me for no reason.

Evidence of rule breach:

@Thomas Nechro Please provide the full, untrimmed footage behind this clip.

I use Instant replay from Nvidia Shadowplay to record my last 10 minutes. As you can see at the minute 0:48 I just saved the POV to make sure I don't forget to, without knowing that I will die and I will have to save the POV again later. I have 2 recordings, first one being from before he came and before everything happend, where it's just 10 minutes of me selling oil, and talking over the radio, which it's unwanted part in this report. and the second one it is 2:48 minutes long, where I was healed by the medic.

After reviewing this report and the evidence attached to it, we have decided that this report cannot be concluded at this time. We would like to receive a response from the following player(s) to explain their side of the story:

  • @MrDisciple - Billy_Sander (24) - Please explain why you jumped to killing and attempting to execute this player mere seconds after first interacting with them.

If the requested player(s) do not respond within 24 hours, this report will be concluded based on the evidence that has already been provided, to the best of our ability.

After reviewing this report and evidence attached to it, we've decided to accept this report and issue these admin logs to the following player(s):

  • Billy_Sander (24) - Deathmatching | Shooting another player with no escalation and very little interaction.

  • Thomas_Nechro - Spoken to regarding FearRP | Turning around and driving towards an active deadly threat with no means of responding.

The reported party is being issued this punishment for the following reason(s):

The reported player failed to escalate or interact in any ample form whatsoever before attacking the reporting party. As I've said in a few of my previous reports:

Additionally, the reported player has been banned for metagaming the codes from the report evidence to raid the reporting party. If you think about doing this yourself, you will be caught and you will receive the same treatment.

The reporting party is being spoken to about FearRP for the following reason:

You shouldn't turn around and drive directly towards someone shooting at you while poorly armed with no backup. If given the chance to escape and survive or retaliate with backup from a safe point of view, that should be prioritized.

If you have received a punishment that you disagree with, feel free to file a punishment appeal following the punishment appeal guidelines and format. If the reporting party suffered a loss greater than $25,000 in value, feel free to file a refund request following the refund request guidelines and format.
