Specific rule broken: 5.3.4. Vehicle deathmatch is the act of killing or hurting another player or damaging their property intentionally by using a vehicle without having a valid in-character reason to do so. Breaking this rule repeatedly will end in a permanent ban. 5.5.1.9. Players must value their vehicles and only use them for transportation or getaway and not for ramming other vehicles when it is not necessary. Players may not destroy their vehicles intentionally. A player who uses a vehicle to ram other vehicles must use a vehicle designed or able to do so realistically. Supercars should not be used for ramming in any circumstance. How did the player break the rule?: I was at the bank talking to another taxi driver about an PR related event for dcc, When a sandking crashed in to me at the bank to park in to the space where i was with no rp and just logs out. Yasin_Walker Posted September 17, 2018 Report Share Posted September 17, 2018 Hi, sometimes when my CPU goes on 100% load, some players, cars, objective markers and parts of the map don't load in-time and this was one of those times and i did not even see him or realize i hit him, he did not even tell me i hit him so there was no way for me to know i hit him. I couldnt say anything, By the time i either responded or got out you left, Check the video, After he hit he left few seconds. Not enough time to Rp the situation ect. Yea im sorry about that, i was in a rush and had to go so i just wanted to park in a NCZ and log off. if i realized that i hit someone i would have RP it. my car got stolen and destroyed afterwards anyway tho. Either way you should of stopped and waited 10 to 15 mins to make sure that you didn't hit any one which you didn't. Or relog and asked we are all here to rp and have a nice experience, But when you crash in to some one at the bank which is a NCZ and disconnect with out any rp it ruins it for others people or people involved ((Also you just said that you abuse the bank NCZ to park your vehicle aswell.)) After further reviewing evidence I have come to the following conclusion: From personal experience and looking at the video it could have easily been an issue with lag or objects not loading in which happens at locations such as the bank. Player Yasin_Walker will not receive a punishment for VDM however: I would like to remind @Yasin_Walker that you cannot intentionally hit players with your vehicle without a valid reason and you will not get away with a warning every time. In future there is every chance you could be punished if we do see valid evidence that you have used your vehicle intentionally without a valid reason. Also, please refrain from parking at NCZs before logging out as this creates lag issues with large amounts of vehicles in one area and can also be considered abuse of the NCZs. You have been warned and I hope you can learn from this that these things can lead to punishment, I am confident that Yasin_Walker can learn from this report although It may not be intentional. Thank you once again for your patience and I hope this report can allow you to learn about how this could have been a rule break just so it can be avoided in future. Report Closed.
