shooting or aiming at you, getting into a vehicle and using this as a weapon would be unrealistic and therefore classed
as VDM. If you come upon a shooting where someone is actively firing at a friend, you may use your one vehicle hit to
stop the attack and flee.

How did the player break the rule?: They started to chase me, since I had wine color Contender and our gang are fighting them 24/7. They shot my engine so I had no other opportunity and got out to shoot a person. In the middle of the shootout BAM!... got hit into back for no reason...

5.3.4. Vehicle deathmatch is the act of killing or hurting another player or damaging their property intentionally by
using a vehicle without having a valid in-character reason to do so. Breaking this rule repeatedly will end in a
permanent ban.
5.3.5. If there is a valid reason to use a vehicle as a weapon, the vehicle may be used to hit the target only and may
only hit the target one time. Hitting more than once or circling back around and driving through a scene more than
once is considered VDM, even if the player misses their first attempt. Tapping someone repeatedly to keep them in a
ragdoll state or parking on top of them is also considered VDM.

 

You are shooting at my friends we had valid reason to hit you with the vehicle, you didn't aim at me so it's realistic. Also I love how you value your own life and fight 1v6 FearRP in my eyes.

 

Please read the rules before making pointless reports and wasting staff time.

FearRP while only 1 of you were on foot? (the one with bike). Another thing why I shot, I was dead already, you were shooting at me with ak's and turned off my engine, so there were no other way for me to act, other than just to take one of you with me to heaven which didnt happen anyways because of desync.

By the way whats the reason to shoot? You said stop the car, but:

1. there were 2 cars and I didnt knew that you said it to me, there were Specter also. 

2. I was already staying and waiting for my friend, you could ve just said dont move your contender or something like that. 

Now you opened fire just because of your fault, that your character cant speak properly and cant give proper commands.

Hello and thank you for making this appeal, @DerekHale!

It is in-fact considered Vehicle Deathmatching to drive a vehicle into an active gunfight, and hitting a player that is shooting in the process, which is what happened here. Please note that a vehicle can only be used to drive over somebody one time if the gun is freshly drawn and the player was already in the car. This tactic can only be used if you are trying to make an escape, coming back is not an option.

Oleg_Lewandowski (Mask 8107_7450) will receive a forty-eight (48) hour ban for their first offense of Vehicle Deathmatching (Normal).
