Player(s) being reported: ID 36 (I don't know his name in-game) Date of interaction reported: 4/17/2019 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1555476323 Your characters name: Larry_Wrzosek Other player(s) involved: None Specific rule(s) broken: Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. If you are unable to reconnect it may be excused after providing proof. In a situation where a player’s game crashes or the player is kicked from the server, they should be allowed to have the same advantages as they have had before their leave. How did the player break the rule(s)? In my video you can see that player 36 drove up to the Strawberry drug dropoff to sell some drugs. He drove up in his grey comet all fine and dandy. He decided to get out of the car to sell his drugs and everything was going his way until I ran up and put a gun to his head. Which is where he conveniently "times out" mid robbery. Normally I would PM the player and give them a chance to right their wrong. However since I do not know this guy ICly or OOCly there's no way to find him without reporting him. Im open to talk about it. My discord is Wheel#8116 Evidence of rule breach: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D16fyEqxSpo&feature=youtu.be

Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player or their property without a proper roleplay reason. Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property. • If they report you to the police for a serious crime. • If they are not in compliance with demands, attempt to escape, or call other players for help in a situation where they are required to display fear under fear roleplay rules. A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands. A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands. You must give demands via text if used as a reason to attack as VOIP isn’t always heard. Vehicles cannot be used to attack another player more than once including a failed attempt. An NPC is not a valid hostage. • If a hostage situation involves police in any way all of players involved in holding the hostage may not take another hostage for 1 OOC week. How did the player break the rule(s)? I was dressed as a Marcello and I'm an Irish member. Marcellos are at war with Zetas (Which is who this guy is). I tried to explain to them I'm Irish yet the continued to say I was a Marcello even after speaking to Jimmy (A higher rank in Irish). They robbed me and took all of my stuff which is fine. They then forced me to get into their trunk (Kidnapping) without any reason because they had no right to kill me. He then took me down to the tunnel and executed me even though I complied with all of his demands throughout the situation when I was under fear roleplay. I had informed him multiple times that he was breaking the rules and yet he has no regard for the rules and continued. I'm requesting that my NLR be voided once this report is resolved because it has major IC RP consequences that would have happened had rules not been broken. Evidence of rule breach: It's 2 videos since the interaction was long and I use 15 minute shadowplays
Hello to the community and good evening dear administrators. We have a piece of evidence that proves someone sneaked to our house ( and we think it was by stream sniping) and took 2 aks and 1 shotgun and several items that we don't know their details. The problem is that this guy disconnected from the game and at the middle of Rp while we tried to catch him in the house, so he took advantage of the game dc and took our items without letting us doing a roleplay with him. We want our items back and punishment for that guy if it is possible and the admin Varakai took him to jail and we lost our items. Here is our evidence: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/525095398793019393/528581535037784064/Replay_2018-12-26_08-03-46.mp4
