Player(s) being reported: ID 116 Date of interaction reported: 11/Jul/2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1594525882 Your characters name: Alaric Mikaelson Other player(s) involved: N/A Specific rule(s) broken: 14. Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper roleplay reason and interaction. Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property. • If they report you to the police for a serious crime. • If they are not in compliance with plausible demands, attempt to escape, or call backup. A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands. A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands. If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand(s). Vehicles cannot be used to attack a player on foot more than once, including a failed attempt. Vehicles cannot be used as a weapon in an active shootout unless it's unavoidable when fleeing an active shootout. Killing a player that has obeyed all orders and demands during a roleplay situation is allowed, with roleplay, only within 3 hours of: Severe hostile or criminal action is taken against you, e.g. someone is robbing you at gunpoint. (Excluding police aiming a gun at you.) Someone is attempting to take your life. Someone is attempting to take the life of your close friend or ally, or if you have witnessed it happen. You must explain your reason to kill to the player IC and have OOC evidence proving your reason. Player Theft, Prison Breakout, and Kidnapping Robberies are to be conducted in a realistic manner and require the robber to have a reasonable in character motive. High risk, but little reward robberies are deemed unrealistic and should not be performed. Robberies should be performed in secluded areas where there is a low chance to be seen by witnesses. Desert and forest areas could be considered secluded but potential witnesses should be taken into account. Players cannot force their victims to withdraw money from an ATM, sell property, or sell vehicles. Players cannot force their victims to hand over assets that are not present in the area. Players cannot steal from players with “NEW PLAYER” above their head unless it is in retaliation. Players with the (( NEW PLAYER )) tag that deliberately insert themselves into or start active crime scenes lose their new player protection during those illegal activities. Players may not steal from their faction treasury as the F4 menu is OOC. Permission for prison break must be approved by a Moderator+ prior to the attempt. Players may participate in no more than 1 prison break attempt within 1 OOC week. Official Factions may attempt 2 additional breaks in the case the prisoner is the faction leader. How did the player break the rule(s)? I was selling my farming crop, in a location that I am scripted to be in due to the nature of the job and ID 116 approaches me and demands me to put my hands up as he continues to sell the remaining 3 bags of wheat that sold at $180 a piece meaning he robbed me for $540 which is high risk low reward robberies. During the robbery i tell the player he needs a cough drop, he complies but it doesn't work, i repeat he needs a cough drop so he walks off as he is running away i call the police as he was fleeing and no demands were being given to not call the police he then turns back and DM's me while not giving commands hearing that he needs a cough drop and then finishes me off after stealing all my possessions. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Examples of actions that are considered as non-roleplay: • Unrealistic stunt jumping or the use of an expensive vehicle to ram into other vehicles. 9. Metagaming (MG) Metagaming is the act of relaying IC information through any method not considered IC that has the potential to change current or future roleplay scenarios or using that information. Mixing IC and OOC information without any benefit is a minor MG offense. For example, a player uses IC chat to call someone by their player ID displayed above their head. 13. Fear Roleplay (FRP) Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s safety and life. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger: • When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range. • When you’re in a vehicle that is stalled or turned off and a weapon is aimed at you close range. • When the attacker lowers their weapon to type or roleplay, your life remains in direct danger. • Driving a vehicle into an active shootout more than once without the intent of providing cover for a friend or yourself, or fleeing with it. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is NOT considered to be in direct danger: • When you are in a car which engine is not stalled. • When you have a firearm drawn and are facing the other person before they attacked. • When the attacker’s view is obstructed by an object or when they turn their back on you. As a victim, whose life is in direct danger: • You must display reasonable value for your life and comply with the demands of your attacker. • You cannot call 911 or call your friends or allies to aid you. 14. (Excluding police aiming a gun at you.) How did the player break the rule(s)? This whole thing started off with ID 17 stealing my bike from the mission row NCZ, found him at chop and ID22 magically hears my demands (pretty sure they're in a discord call) + my mic is really quiet and my voice was on normal. then he just starts blasting out of nowhere. then ID 22 takes the bike and stunt jumps it off the cliff. Then I put him under FearRP which he clearly violates and I lose the gunfight cause I didn't have a painkiller. I PM'ed ID 17 to help educate him on the rules but he preferred to be toxic. He wakes up at the hospital and then starts mixing the whole PM conversation and discord but I forgot to save that footage. Evidence of rule breach: https://streamable.com/ml0nl3
  3. Player(s) being reported: ID 131 & ID 44 Date of interaction reported: 26/06/2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1593164675 Your characters name: Alexander Holt Other player(s) involved: Ducky Roggers, Conner Tecca Specific rule(s) broken: 8. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. Examples of actions that are considered as non-roleplay: • Baiting Government Services - Provoking a reaction from faction services without a realistic reason / or calling faction services to e.g. rob them. • Mercy Killing - Asking to be killed by a friend (Killing a friend falls under deathmatching). • Unrealistic stunt jumping or the use of an expensive vehicle to ram into other vehicles. • Spawning a scripted work vehicle and using it for anything other than its intended purpose. • Submerging any vehicle in water or unrealistically beaching any watercraft. • Swimming in water for an unrealistic amount of time or without a destination during a chase. Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. If you are unable to reconnect it may be excused after providing proof that would give you a valid reason not to return. Our official discord server has a channel dedicated to game crash notifications. In a situation where a player gets away from an incident where they're being chased/pursued, they must wait 15 minutes before they can logout. Players should not instigate roleplay situations if they do not have time to play it through. Players who ignore answering roleplay commands directed at them, e.g. /do. In a situation where a player’s game crashes or the player is kicked from the server, they should be allowed to have the same advantages as they have had before their leave. Players should not deprive other players of roleplay, e.g. early on the interaction asking them not to speak unless it makes sense in the roleplay situation. How did the player break the rule(s)? We found a possible hideout for a new gang. We decided to scout the place and station and vantage points in order to setup an ambush and gain access to their loot. We see ID 44 walking out the RV and is placed under gunpoint, but not before he calls for backup under gunpoint. We are on our edge as we could be meeting additional hostiles but none ever came. When ID 44 was forced inside the RV with Conner and Ducky, I believe ID 44 notified ID 131 to login thinking that the location is clear, oblivious that I am on the roofs. ID 131 login and immediately already know whats going on and try to move the RV to an ambush. I radio in and give demands and ID 131 is placed under gunpoint. Literal seconds after he exits the vehicle he disconnects. Of course, not before he locks the RV, removing our access to the inside entirely. We waited a total of 15 minutes on site, but the party never returned in-game. I think the rulebreaks is pretty blatant. There was no logical way ID 131 would know his ally was in danger when he just spawned in, this is quite obvious that they are communicating outside of the game. Evidence of rule breach:

Player(s) being reported: 154, 231, 6 and 10 Date of interaction reported: 25/06/2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1593055634 Your characters name: Peter_Rastafish Other player(s) involved: Jules_Dubois and Mark_Bergin Specific rule(s) broken: 15. Players may participate in no more than 1 prison break attempt within 1 OOC week. Official Factions may attempt 2 additional breaks in the case the prisoner is the faction leader. Players are allowed to kidnap or to take other players hostage for these specific reasons: • You have to have a roleplay reason to kill the victim in accordance with the a, b, and c points under DM section. • If you attempt to commit robbery of a property, you are allowed to hold the players within that property until you have finished the robbery. An NPC is not a valid hostage. • If a hostage situation involves police in any way all of players involved in holding the hostage may not take another hostage for 1 OOC week. Players can give consent to other players to be kidnapped outside of the stipulations above if the roleplay makes sense, but they should in such cases avoid involving law enforcement in any way due to the consented roleplay. 10. Powergaming (PG) Forceful roleplay that does not give the other player a chance to roleplay their own response is considered powergaming. Other players must be given a chance to roleplay outcomes of actions. Roleplay of unrealistic actions like super strength is another form of powergaming. All statements in /DO must be factually true in the roleplay as it sets grounds for roleplay. Roleplay is required before forceful server commands which may be used without consent from the other party if they are unresponsive and not typing for 30 seconds or more. A player cannot use the faction management script to destroy a faction as it is OOC. Government funded faction members must not abuse the salary system and must go off-duty when they are not performing their faction duties. If you perform an action which will influence potential RP in the future, you must have OOC evidence of performing said RP. OOC evidence should consist of a recording or screenshot and it needs to be timestamped (/time). RP would only be valid for 48 hours or until your character dies and NLR is triggered. The time limit does not apply to rule 7. How did the player break the rule(s)? Well at first as you can see we were minding our own business attempting to get our car unstuck from the wall it was stuck on, when we were pulled up on by multiple people who all pulled pistols out on us during daylight at the beach which would realistically be a very populated area. The ingame time was around 8pm, if they were to have robbed us at 3am I would have allowed it but 8pm is just stupid. Moving onto what they actually stole... a radio, gps, empty bag and 2 phone batteries. This is incredibly high risk and incredibly low reward considering the realistic population of the area. After pointing out OOCly, they decided to move us literally 10 meters away and decide to rob us there, still in a very public place... as you cans ee in the video a car even pulls up and the robbers ask if he called the police. The next thing that I have an issue with is the fact that my mask was powergamed off, this was clearly not an accident as they can be heard saying they will take off my mask. I believe that the situation as a whole was very poor RP from their side and was completely unnecessary. I told them to check the rules and the guy gave me the mask back but the principle is still there. The whole experience was unnecessary and completely uncalled for. Server bugs may not be used for advantage and must be reported on ECLIPSE Roleplay forums. Server scripts should not be exploited in any way to your advantage, e.g. circumventing AFK timer. How did the player break the rule(s)? I came back to the place I cook drugs at where there were 10 tables placed. I come back and exactly 6 tables are gone. I think there is a person using a TP hack on the server currently to steal stuff from players, I have heard on multiple occasions that this has happened to other community members as well where stuff just vanish in thin air. My situation is that I had 10 tables setup in the place I cook at and I come back after 3 hours and exactly 6 tables are gone from the property. I think that the person that took it had exactly 0 inventory space allowing him to take 5 tables in his inventory and carry 1 in his hands, I hope admins can check on the logs who took it as that would be the potential rulebreaker, I do not think my tables blew up either as they were cool, no drugs inside cooking and exactly 6 got taken. Evidence of rule breach: I have evidence of me entering my cookingspot but I will only share this with the admin privately incase people metagame the locatio

  8. Player(s) Being reported: ID 145, ID 157. Date Of Interaction Reported: 17/6/2020 Unix Time stamp: 1592391941 Your characters name: Thomas Dun Other player(s) Involved: ID 21, ID 163. Specific Rule(s) Broken: Combat logging. Harassment. VDM Power-gaming. How did the player break the rule(s)? Backstory: I was looking for a gun, again, I know right? I just recently got scammed out of a gun, but anyways. This guy says he'll give me a .50 cal for 10k. And like the FOOL I am I accept the trade, turns out this guy, (ID 145) is a complete ass. And he power-gamed throwing me out of a car, even tho I said I resisted. He claims when I said "I resist." it was power-gaming. I disagree, I told him that I attempted to resist, yet he immediately accused me of power-gaming and forcefully used /eject instead of talking it out. Now, why did I say "I resist." In particular, well I wanted to respond quickly because losing 10k gives you adrenaline, and I wasn't specific enough. This guy was just looking for an excuse to get off easy, he kicked me out and then drove away, he's a hypocrite. The scammer (145) was also accompanied by a companion, (157) who also drove away with (145) was at the scene. And he claims that (145) is not power-gaming. What happend: I looked around for a while in my car for them, asking other players if they might've seen their vehicle. I decided to eventually hang around the bank, as that is where I would probably see them, it was then I encountered the good Samaritan 163, who after telling my situation wanted to help me get my 8k I was scammed out of back. We very quickly found (145) at the bank. Quickly I pulled out my knife and threatened him, completely forgetting that the bank is a no-crime-zone. Straight after 163 re-informed me that the bank is a no-crime-zone, nobody was shanked. I just threatened him in-game. I had nothing against him OOC, I was a bit pissed but at the end of the day It was just a game. Me and 163 tailed 145 in our car, and then when 145 even suspected the fact that he might lose his precious money that he scammed from me, he combat logged. He also called his friend (157) on radio to come help him, but 145 decided he wanted to combat log. Right after (157) started throwing insults at me and (163) full well knowing he broke the rules. He then proceeded to *Spit on our window* and then we *Spit on his face* and then he proceeded to insult us further, we insulted him yes, but not nearly to the childish degree he insulted us. This behavior is unacceptable, and he continued to follow us around and talk shit. What a degenerate of a player. His friend, (21) was helping him harass us. He also VDM'd me and my friend (163) and rammed our car in the road, intentionally and maliciously. They still proceed to call us the rule-breakers and claim they did nothing wrong. They are the maggots of this server, and I personally think they deserve to be banned for their toxicity. Server bugs may not be used for advantage and must be reported on ECLIPSE Roleplay forums. Server scripts should not be exploited in any way to your advantage, e.g. circumventing AFK timer. How did the player break the rule(s)? I feel like ID 181 may potentially be using some cheating software to gain advantage (god mode). As you can see from my video in the gunfight you can clearly see hit shots like 7 times with a .50 from point blank and see blood come off his body. He even reloads in the gunfight with shots still hitting him, but then he proceeds to down me and then when he runs away like he's not had a bullet with no limp or anything. I am just very suspicious that's all along with the fact he's a new player too. Granted could be desync or something but I was on 19 ping too if that matters. I hope he saved his POV as in OOC after I questioned reported for god mode with no response. Evidence of rule breach: https://streamable.com/k3klth

Non-Roleplay (NRP) Players who ignore answering roleplay commands directed at them, e.g. /do. How did the player break the rule(s)? My main accusation is the raid itself should not have happened, as they had zero IC reason to do it, and we had zero RP interaction before this completely random raid. As soon as i walked outside of my house I had a gun in my head. I was going to report player ID:224 for Combat log because I was RPing CCTV Trying to find out the license plates of the cars with (/ldo 244), and he answers to one of them and logged off saying bye, but ID:163 told me ID:244 didn't know about the plates of the second car either. Also I did /ldo 34 to player ID:34 with the CCTV RP but he never responded. I would like to find out why ID:34 never responded to /pm's or /ldo and if they can find out the plates of the other car (It was a black comet). Evidence of rule breach: I believe they were robbing my house for around +40 minutes. I dont have everything recorded. I will just provide a small video for evidence from the house raid. No Crime Zones (NCZ) A no crime zone is an area where players may not commit any actions considered crimes. Players must not disobey orders of law enforcement officers but are allowed to flee. The /NCZ command and HUD notification are indicators of being in a protected area although it is up to administrator discretion if your actions are in violation of NCZ rules. If a player uses the NCZ for protection the attacker must wait for that player to leave the area. Players may not go to a NCZ within 15 minutes after engaging in criminal activity or using it as protection from a resulting chase, unless you are turning yourself in to law enforcement. How did the player break the rule(s)? I had a desync accident with ID 238 and without any prior interaction, ID 513 approached me and looted me, not caring for the accident I just had nor the people around him while doing so. My ally (ID 354) saw what he's doing and got off his bike and pointed a gun at him before he gets on his bike but ID 513 didnt care for his own life when a gun was pointed at his face literally centimeters away from him and a micro smg few meters away from him, got on his bike and drove off. Few seconds after my vid cut off, ID 238 came and looted my bag that had an empty shotgun, 19 shells and a silencer inside it. You can clearly see PD presence at the end of my video and the people around me so that aswell was non-rp and very high risk. I would like to add that I was told that PD got him and lost my bag in the process so that shows how high the risk was while doing his action. Evidence of rule breach: https://streamable.com/k7pvz2

I came out of the furniture store and saw some people trying to jack my car, but my friend was there and he was telling them to stop. I pulled out a gun and aimed at the group telling them to back off, however 2 of them pulled out a weapon even though its in direct violation of FearRP. Besides this I still only told one of them to lower his weapon as he was the only one that had drawn it at the time but his friend pulls out his gun and starts firing at me even though I am a new player and I clearly only wanted them to move away, I didn't even think of shooting them. After this they proceed to loot me and take my weapon, hatchet, knife and few other possessions I value highly and am dependent on in situations like these. After this another player pops up while my friend is trying to put me in the trunk, and this other player takes my car and drives off. My car is later returned by an admin but the player had already taken 2 full bags of various valuable crafting materials and 1 empty bag, the admin told me to consult someone on the forums and make an official report against these rule breakers. How did the player break the rule(s)? Sorry that I didn't submit the report earlier but I didn't have much time in the last days. I'd really appreciate it if you'd still accept it. Thanks Sidenote to the evidence: I am not a native english speaker so I think I missused the "nigga" a couple of times where it would have a more racist meaning rather then being a different word for bro. I was really under adrenaline and angry at the time so please just exchange it with "bitch" in your head everytime I used it in a wrong way. That was not my intention. Sorry. What happened prior to the scene: At the point where the recording starts, I was already really pissed because the day before my car got stolen from bank with like 15k+ worth of stuff in it. When I got my empty car back, I bought all my stuff back which cost me another 15k+. Then on the next day, the day of this recording, I parked my car at Sandy MD, a NCZ and when I came back like 1 hour later, it was gone... I knew where the chopshop was so after borrowing a car from a friend (the contender seen in the video), I basically waited ad chop for a long time and actually was able to track my car 3 times (once I couldn't finf it, once Central MD and once Chiliad drug lab). So at the point of the recording it was actually already like 3 hours since I saw that my car got stolen so while I checked the tracker every 5 minutes, I was doing stuff with some members of my gang. This part is just where I kinda tell the story of how it all went down in the video (not 100% necesarry to read but helps to understand): At one point we then were at SandyMD, and I spotted my car, the white Patriot (I am literally the only one in the whole town that drives this car in that collor so I knew it was mine). I called in for some backup on the radio and then confronted them after walking up to them and locking the car to make sure it was actually mine and they couldn't get back in easily. My intention was to get my car back and of course the stuff that was in the car. (I'll write a little explenation here but timestamps to the individual rulebreaks will be below) As ID 393 later explained me, their group took my car from bank as is was standing there unlocked (apparently the guy that stole my car in the first place from SandyMD ditched it at Bank). Sadly this is still a NCZ and even if the car is unlocked, it is violating the rules of the NCZ. But back to the story: After my Patriot came to a stop around the corner from the Store in Sandy, I pulled my gun out and was pointing it at ID 90 to make a point and to confront him with stealing my car. Instead of following my demands (hands up), he started arguing about if I am the owner of the car (FearRP). Before I was even able to continue my demands, ID 504 rammed we hardly with the back of his car. Right after I was standing up, ID 393 tried to stab me so I opened fire on him. This was where the situation changed into a shoutout. Regardless of his first ram against me, ID 504 attempted to ram me again (FearRP, DM). At this point ID 393 he just had a knife while I was pointing/shotting a gun at him (FearRP). Those guys were obviously all in one group since we saw them talking in front of the store earlier, aswell as the fact that they were all sitting right next to each other in the cars, so my allies also opened fire on them. Shortly after my friend ID 266 injured ID 393, ID 504 tried to ram me again and... missed, again... After I thought that most of them were gone, I started shittalking a bit to ID 393 to keep the roleplay plot about the car going. While doing that, ID 373 came in with a bat and knocked me over (good job btw lol). ID 266 pointed a gun at ID 373 but he did not react to that, instead he ran around. ID 266 then ran to the white elegy to get into safety from the bat of ID 373. After this, my friend ID 266 jumped out of the car and attacked ID 400, who was obviously part of the group and ran into an active shootout. Shortly after, ID 39 started to run at him with a knife trying to stab him. Even under fire, ID 39 still continued to run and did not show any value for his life (FearRP). Then, my friend Jay Tecca (ID 334) started to open fire on ID 39 with his AK and quickly killed him. Shortly after, he got driven over injured by ID 504 (FearRP, VDM). When my friends tried to come over to him and help him, both ID 90 and ID 373 tried to stab them and while being shot at with just a knife in their hands, they showed no value to their life in this situation (FearRP). They also managed to finalkill my friend with the AK... After my guys managed to injure both of them, they carried me to the car. While doing that, ID 400 OOC insulted us heavily (ooc-insults, I believe it is Rules §6, point 6) ----------------- Timestamps for the video:----------------- 1:31 - ID 90 (FearRP) 1:40 - ID 393 (FearRP) 1:42 - ID 504 (VDM, FearRP) 1:45 - ID 504 (VDM, FearRP) 2:06 - ID 373 (FearRP) 2:30 - ID 39 (FearRP) 2:33 - ID 39 (FearRP) 2:36 - ID 39 (FearRP) 2:40 - ID 504 (VDM, FearRP) 2:41 - ID 504 (VDM, FearRP) 2:52 - ID 373 (FearRP) 2:54 - ID 90 (FearRP) 4:00 - ID 400 (OOC-insults) ----------------- Summary: ----------------- ID 90: 2x FearRP, NCZ ID 393: FearRP ID 504: 4x VDM, 4xFearRP, NCZ (as able to hear over radio but no video evidence. The time limit does not apply to rule 7. How did the player break the rule(s)? As seen in the video, the player adds heat at the gas station (currently known as the LSMC Gas Station). Upon being insulted, my character aswell as it's friends (who have IC reasons to back him up if they have the chance to), surround the vehicle in order to immobilize the person who tossed the heat, attempting to make him apologize for what he'd said. Since the confrontation hadn't worked out the way we wanted it to be, I went as close to the door as I couldn't in order to make it impossible for the guy to try anything outside the vehicle. Afterwards, ID 265 is seen throwing a kick at the passenger door for the instant insults tossed at me. ID 44 decides to open the door, ignoring the fact I was right beside it with a knife on me, slips out ignoring my presence whilst having his gun drawn which I did not see inside the vehicle nor see him taking it out (all good, GTA V doesn't offer much to this script-wise unless he'd text RP, but since that isn't mandatory in the server I ain't even going to mention that), decides to shoot the player who was furthest away from him, followed by ID 148. Considering he had a gun, I didn't try anything both because I found it irrealistic as hell (for some reason bad stuff was about to happen, I'd always go right beside the driver's door to avoid him to get out, the only thing that could happen was him pulling out a gun and shooting me inside through a /me. Since /me's are also on Eclipse, they should serve a purpose). I started chasing him because if I had stood there it was certain death, and considering my character's background, I tried to go for it, which is also a bit irrealistic, but due to the scenario presented, there wasn't any reaction we could've done. What we were going to do is IC related, but however, since the player specified to me through /b I committed player theft, I have to mention both to him and to the staff we weren't going to do that. The way people reply to confrontations and insults is up to them, but unless you're mentally insane, you're not gonna take the act of pulling out a gun to take down three men who didn't enjoy the way you approached them. That is why, ID 44, we stood by your car. We wanted you to apologize and to make clear about the "everyone is a tough guy until you meet one" quote. Lastly, I do not have anything against you, but since I care about the community and I'm used to Heavy RP, these scenarios make me start to question if Eclipse's nature is really about the soft side of the RP with the least /me's and /do's possible, or if it is truly meant for the RP scenario, which is why there are several commands to enhance it, and those commands are above some characters actions that are seen on your monitor. If I am taking Eclipse too serious, please let me know. All I wanted was to Roleplay, nothing else. Robberies are to be conducted in a realistic manner and require the robber to have a reasonable in character motive. High risk, but little reward robberies are deemed unrealistic and should not be performed. Robberies should be performed in secluded areas where there is a low chance to be seen by witnesses. In a situation where a player gets away from an incident where they're being chased/pursued, they must wait 15 minutes before they can logout. Players should not instigate roleplay situations if they do not have time to play it through. How did the player break the rule(s)? The two players were involved in a pursuit about 20-30 minutes before a server restart. They were caught and arrested by the LSPD. After being transported to DOC with 5 minutes left before the restart both players were told to return to continue RP (and also given the option to /prison if RPing was not a possibility). A message in crash report was left, but the two players did not return after about 15-20 mins of waiting. Charges have been added so if anything I would like these players to be jailed as they had already been caught. They were both told to return and did not comply with that request after willingly engaging in an RP situation. Evidence of rule breach: After the server restarted (the second time when it was already stable): Crash Report:
