  1. Player(s) being reported: ID 167, ID 132 Date of interaction reported: 01/12/2019 Unix time stamp from HUD: 96 | 1575224060 Your characters name: Ace Wilson, Tim Victoriano, Eddie Knox, Kris Giggs Other player(s) involved: N/A Specific rule(s) broken: 13. Fear Roleplay (FRP) Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s safety and life. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger: • When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range. • When you’re in a vehicle that is stalled or turned off and a weapon is aimed at you close range. • When the attacker lowers their weapon to type or roleplay, your life remains in direct danger. • Driving a vehicle in an active shootout more than once without the intent of protecting a friend, fleeing with it, or using it as cover. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is NOT considered to be in direct danger: • When you are in a car which engine is not stalled. • When you have a firearm drawn and are facing the other person before they attacked. • When the attacker’s view is obstructed by an object or when they turn their back on you. As a victim, whose life is in direct danger: • You must display reasonable value for your life and comply with the demands of your attacker. • You cannot call 911 or call your friends or allies to aid you. 8. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. Examples of actions that are considered as non-roleplay: • Cop Baiting - Provoking a reaction from emergency services without a realistic reason. • Mercy Killing - Asking to be killed by a friend (Killing a friend falls under deathmatching). • Unrealistic stunt jumping or the use of an expensive vehicle to ram into other vehicles. • Spawning a scripted work vehicle and using it for crimes or submerging any vehicle in water. • Swimming in water for an unrealistic amount of time or without a destination during a chase. Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. If you are unable to reconnect it may be excused after providing proof. In a situation where a player gets away from an incident where they're being chased/pursued, they must wait 15 minutes before they can logout. Players should not instigate roleplay situations if they do not have time to play it through. Players who ignore answering roleplay commands directed at them, e.g. /do. In a situation where a player’s game crashes or the player is kicked from the server, they should be allowed to have the same advantages as they have had before their leave. How did the player break the rule(s)? Both of these players ( ID 167, ID 132 ) used their radio while behind at gun point close range. ID 167 then gets out the car while there is a gun pointed at his head takes his micro smg out and starts shooting. Evidence of rule breach:

  3. Player(s) being reported: ID 231, ID 240 and ID 8 Date of interaction reported: 19/09/2019 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1569781403 Your characters name: James_Harrington Other player(s) involved: Thomas_Pennyworth ( @Pegasus_ ) Specific rule(s) broken: ID 231 - Deathmatching X2: A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands. A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands. Attacking another player with no engagement in roleplay is not allowed. ID 240 - Mixing: Players are required to remain in-character (IC) at all times. Text chat, VOIP, radio, phone and commands like /ME and /do are to be used only for IC content. IC content must not contain acronyms like “lol” or “u” or smiley faces excluding IC SMS. For OOC content, players must use chat commands that encase the content in brackets. For example: (( this is OOC content )). OOC chat commands are /OOC, /O, /B, /PM and /F. ID 8 - Powergaming and Non RP: Forceful roleplay that does not give the other player a chance to roleplay their own response is considered powergaming. Other players must be given a chance to roleplay outcomes of actions. IC content must not contain acronyms like “lol” or “u” or smiley faces excluding IC SMS. How did the player(s) break the rules? Firstly I would like to address as to why myself and Thomas_Pennyworth were chasing them. We had just received a call over the radio from an unknown person stating that they robbed a taxi driver. This footage can be provided if needed. I then met up with Thomas and as he was on duty at the time, tracked the GPS of the taxi. I then proceeded to follow him to where they were. We attempted to trap them between our vehicles which resulted in a failure. I assume that Thomas then went to pit the vehicle but also failed and instead tapped the vehicle from behind. I stayed back during all of this due to myself being inside of an expensive super car. Because of the failed manoeuvres performed by Thomas, the other players had the right to shoot at him. They proceeded to do this but also shooting at me. This is the first part, ID 231 shot out of the vehicle at me for no reason issuing no demands. This is their first break of the deathmatching rule. They had no right to do this as I had not come into contact with their vehicle. For all they know I could have been just driving in the same proximity. ID 231 managed to stall Thomas’s vehicle so I continued to follow them. They then veered a cross the highway and started to head to dirt. They then proceeded to hit multiple rocks and flip the vehicle. Realistically they would have been injured and have not been able to conduct their following actions. This accounts for all of the party. I slowed down my vehicle after seeing them flip multiple times, admittedly hitting a few bumps myself which did not flip or damage my vehicle. I then got out of the vehicle attempting to shoot at them or to hold them at gunpoint until the police arrived on scene. Instead all the players hopped out of the vehicle and ID 231 again proceeded to deathmatch me. I was complying to demands and didn’t even have time to put my hands up. They had no reason to shoot me. Then they proceeded to rob me and it was at this point I informed them that I would be reporting them in /b. ID 240 then responded in VOIP with “For what?” This was clearly in response to my statement in /b therefore mixing IC and OCC. ID 8 then proceeded to rob me. His first course of action was to write: “/do Attempts to rob”. Then followed by, “/do s?” This is a misuse of the /do commands and very poor roleplay in general. After a few seconds they type in IC chat, “accept or u shot”. This is Non RP as the use of abbreviations in IC chat is disallowed. This could also be seen as mixing due to the fact that they used the word, “accept”. After I respond in /do and accepted their frisk request, they then took all of the items inside of my inventory, bar my pistol 50 which was still inside of my holster. ID 8 took my radio then then used the command, “/ame smashes radio”. This is powergaming as I had no way to respond or RP the outcome. The robbery then proceeded on as normal, they took my battery and RPed taking my keys. Keep in mind this was all very basic RP. One of the commands used by ID 231 was, “/do takes battery s?” This is again a misuse of commands and Non RP. Once they got into my vehicle and attempted to drive off, the car slid down into a ditch rendering it stuck. I then took out my weapon and shot them. I first attempted to stall the vehicle so they could not drive away and then moved towards the two players, ID 8 and ID 232. I shot ID 8 multiple times and managed to injure ID 231. ID 8 ran away down the street after being shot multiple times by a pistol 50 at point blank. This is Non RP. At this point the police arrived and there were no further rule breaks besides ID 231 accusing me of powergaming as they took my weapons. You can see in the evidence that there was no rp that let to this. I would also like to mention to the staff member who takes this report that once I was on the scene with ID 231 afterwards, he did not take it into OOC. Evidence of rule breach: The evidence will be sent to the member of staff who reviews this report as it contains staff information. I would like to thank this member of staff also for taking the time out of their day to review this. Thank you.

    ID 60 (DM)

Player(s) being reported: ID 60 Date of interaction reported: 10/16/2019 Unix time stamp from HUD: 15711284549 Your characters name: Thaddeus Grey Other player(s) involved: ID 116, ID 157 Specific rule(s) broken: 14. Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player or their property without a proper roleplay reason. Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property. • If they report you to the police for a serious crime. • If they are not in compliance with demands, attempt to escape, or call other players for help in a situation where they are required to display fear under fear roleplay rules. A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands. A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands. If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand(s). Vehicles cannot be used to attack another player more than once including a failed attempt. Attacking another player with no engagement in roleplay is not allowed. Killing a player that has obeyed all orders and demands during a roleplay situation is allowed, with roleplay, only within 3 hours of: Severe hostile or criminal action is taken against you, e.g. someone is robbing you at gunpoint. (Excluding police aiming a gun at you.) Someone is attempting to take your life. Someone is attempting to take the life of your close friend or ally, or if you have witnessed it happen. You must explain your reason to kill to the player IC and have OOC evidence proving your reason. How did the player break the rule(s)? I was simply driving through Chiliad when I saw multiple players, I turned around and was attempting to leave the area when ID 60 decided to point his pistol at me and open fire. I did not hear a single word and as you can see in the video, no green indicator was above his head displaying that he was in fact using VOIP. He is a new player and I am not looking to earn him a DM offence #1. I'm not mad at the player for the situation, but I don't think my point got across to him in PMs. I am simply posting this report to show the player what he did wrong and how he can improve it in the future. Specific rule(s) broken: 14. Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player or their property without a proper roleplay reason. You must explain your reason to kill to the player IC and have OOC evidence proving your reason. How did the player break the rule(s)? A vehicle was stopped as it participated in a police pursuit and it was driven by ID 16 and ID 48 was a passenger. Both players had their masks on and as it was a part of the pursuit and chased the pursuit line, multiple officers stopped the vehicle after the vehicle that the officers chased was lost. The driver pulled over and both were asked to exit the vehicles to confirm their identities, however, none of them were getting arrested at the time. Eventually, the Dark Red Schafter V12 and Dark Red Contender just drove into all of us injuring one (1) officer and multiples were just plowed away. Later, they turned around and came back ramming us again. The Contender did it three times and Schafter V12 did it twice. Like the rules states "cannot be used to attack another player more than once including failed attempt", however, this was more than one and it is Vehicular Death match (VDM). Later people exited their vehicles and started shooting. After the officer was rammed - the shots were also fired from the Officers towards them. We got rammed more than once when the rule says only once even if they fail. Schafter V12 players were ID 300 and 182 passengers and ID 180 was driving the vehicle. Contender players were ID 99 and 167 passengers and ID 27 was driving the vehicle. The /NCZ command and HUD notification are indicators of being in a protected area although it is up to administrator discretion if your actions are in violation of NCZ rules. If a player uses the NCZ for protection the attacker must wait for that player to leave the area. Players may not go to a NCZ after engaging in criminal activity resulting in an ongoing chase. NO CRIME ZONES: • “Tequil La La” club, “Yellow Jack Inn” bar, and the block around them. • All government offices, law enforcement offices, hospitals, banks, and the blocks around them. • Los Santos Airport, Bus Depot, Department of Motor Vehicles, and the block around them. How did the player break the rule(s)? I was at Bank trying to talk to someone, and as i left id 254 hits me for no reason at all, my friends and i began to chase him, during the chase i managed to stall his car and he turned into a NCZ while his car was stalled in which i really couldnt do anything. after his car started he ran off again and we kept on chasing him. the chase let to him going to parking and quickly parking his car. my shadow is only set to 3 mins so i have three seperate videos showing the rules he broke. if an admin would like the three full clips of the situation i can provide them. Was planning on escaping when i saw them draw gun but as they sprinted towards me and i heard their VOIP i knew it was over. I had already unlocked my bike and hit the F key but i think i did it too soon hence why my character is stuck in the unlocking animation without the action timer bar there. I understand that on their screen i may have mounted the bike but regardless in my opinion they had no reason to shoot me unless i tried to escape which i didn't since it would be fearrp. Obviously just a player quitting via means of a ban, not really much to explain. Mass VDM. Was told to move it to forums due to the active mods being unable to access the panel. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. If you are unable to reconnect it may be excused after providing proof. How did the player break the rule(s)? Player disconnected during a pursuit and never returned. I asked in ECRP discord for him but did not respond. We also waited the full 15 minutes without any luck. Evidence of rule breach: Evidence of him leaving and timestamp: https://imgur.com/YT4uJjg
  15. Player(s) being reported: ID 4 Date of interaction reported: 08/11/2019 @ 9:47am (UTC) Unix time stamp from HUD: 1565516879 Your characters name: James Li Other player(s) involved: ID 3 Specific rule(s) broken: 13. 9. I responded to a 911 call that someone was trying to steal vehicles at bayview. Once I arrived, I saw ID 4 picklocking a vehicle, got out and aimed my gun at him. While I was aiming my gun at him, he decided to break fearRP. Shortly after, his friend decided to aim his gun at me so I opened fire, considering both of them were armed. After a short gunfight, I decided to flee behind the containers and jump on one for safety. He was attempting to get away with a red vehicle, so I opened fire to disable it. Once he got out, he turned against me and I decided to incapacitate him as he was still a threat. When I got up to him, he combat logged. He did not log back in for 15+ minutes, as can be seen on the phone, UNIX time and also logs. He also did not inform anyone on Discord.
