  1. Admin who issued punishment: SantinoDeferro Date of punishment: 09/03/2019 Punishment received: N/A Reason given for punishment: Reasoning shown in report below. Your explanation of what happened: I believe both sides have clear explanations in the stated report. Why should your appeal be accepted: If you look at the video frame by frame upon contact with the Jester, you will notice how the reported party's vehicle responds to impact. Desync hits do not cause the ramming vehicle to lift off the ground nor do they cause the driver to swerve to regain control after impact. It is clear that this hit registered on the side of the reported party. Sheriff Granger's are notoriously difficult to turn, so why would the reported party drive so quickly through a narrow opening when it is clear there are multiple vehicles on the other side of the bridge. In addition, there have been multiple accepted reports on both criminal and civilian characters through situations that very closely resemble this one: all of which have had the opposite outcome from this report. The correct avenue to take in this scenario would have been to admit to his mistakes and void the stalled engine, however, I was ignored and ridiculed by members of an official faction - and forced into 3 hours of arrest and prison RP as direct result of this players actions. Senior staff will likely be familiar with the reports I mentioned prior, however, in the event they are not I will be happy to look through the archive and link them in a future comment. Post any evidence or further details: N/A

Player(s) being reported: ID 254 Date of interaction reported: 8/19/2019 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1566249183 Your characters name: Perez_Carlos Other player(s) involved: Jonh_Sierra, Abilio_Fresh Specific rule(s) broken: 14. Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player or their property without a proper roleplay reason. Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property. • If they report you to the police for a serious crime. • If they are not in compliance with demands, attempt to escape, or call other players for help in a situation where they are required to display fear under fear roleplay rules. A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands. A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands. If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand(s). Vehicles cannot be used to attack another player more than once including a failed attempt. Attacking another player with no engagement in roleplay is not allowed. Killing a player that has obeyed all orders and demands during a roleplay situation is allowed, with roleplay, only within 3 hours of: Severe hostile or criminal action is taken against you, e.g. someone is robbing you at gunpoint. (Excluding police aiming a gun at you.) Someone is attempting to take your life. Someone is attempting to take the life of your close friend or ally, or if you have witnessed it happen. You must explain your reason to kill to the player IC and have OOC evidence proving your reason. 8. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. Examples of actions that are considered as non-roleplay: • Cop Baiting - Provoking a reaction from emergency services without a realistic reason. • Mercy Killing - Asking to be killed by a friend (Killing a friend falls under deathmatching). • Unrealistic stunt jumping or the use of an expensive vehicle to ram into other vehicles. • Spawning a scripted work vehicle and using it for crimes or submerging any vehicle in water. • Swimming in water for an unrealistic amount of time or without a destination during a chase. Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. If you are unable to reconnect it may be excused after providing proof. In a situation where a player gets away from an incident where they're being chased/pursued, they must wait 15 minutes before they can logout. Players should not instigate roleplay situations if they do not have time to play it through. Players who ignore answering roleplay commands directed at them, e.g. /do. In a situation where a player’s game crashes or the player is kicked from the server, they should be allowed to have the same advantages as they have had before their leave. 11. No Crime Zones (NCZ) A no crime zone is an area where players may not commit any actions considered crimes. Players must not disobey orders of law enforcement officers but are allowed to flee. The /NCZ command and HUD notification are indicators of being in a protected area although it is up to administrator discretion if your actions are in violation of NCZ rules. If a player uses the NCZ for protection the attacker must wait for that player to leave the area. Players may not go to a NCZ after engaging in criminal activity resulting in an ongoing chase. NO CRIME ZONES: • “Tequil La La” club, “Yellow Jack Inn” bar, and the block around them. • All government offices, law enforcement offices, hospitals, banks, and the blocks around them. • Los Santos Airport, Bus Depot, Department of Motor Vehicles, and the block around them. How did the player break the rule(s)? I was at Bank trying to talk to someone, and as i left id 254 hits me for no reason at all, my friends and i began to chase him, during the chase i managed to stall his car and he turned into a NCZ while his car was stalled in which i really couldnt do anything. after his car started he ran off again and we kept on chasing him. the chase let to him going to parking and quickly parking his car. my shadow is only set to 3 mins so i have three seperate videos showing the rules he broke. if an admin would like the three full clips of the situation i can provide them. You must explain your reason to kill to the player IC and have OOC evidence proving your reason. How did the player break the rule(s)? A vehicle was stopped as it participated in a police pursuit and it was driven by ID 16 and ID 48 was a passenger. Both players had their masks on and as it was a part of the pursuit and chased the pursuit line, multiple officers stopped the vehicle after the vehicle that the officers chased was lost. The driver pulled over and both were asked to exit the vehicles to confirm their identities, however, none of them were getting arrested at the time. Eventually, the Dark Red Schafter V12 and Dark Red Contender just drove into all of us injuring one (1) officer and multiples were just plowed away. Later, they turned around and came back ramming us again. The Contender did it three times and Schafter V12 did it twice. Like the rules states "cannot be used to attack another player more than once including failed attempt", however, this was more than one and it is Vehicular Death match (VDM). Later people exited their vehicles and started shooting. After the officer was rammed - the shots were also fired from the Officers towards them. We got rammed more than once when the rule says only once even if they fail. Schafter V12 players were ID 300 and 182 passengers and ID 180 was driving the vehicle. Contender players were ID 99 and 167 passengers and ID 27 was driving the vehicle. Slammed into the back of us and drove off with zero RP interaction, I chased them down and began to, in RP, angrily yell at them for their actions. They then proceed to run my friend over directly and drive away, still with zero interaction IC or OOC. After the event I sent them a pm asking if they could explain their actions so that I wouldn't have to file a report. But I was ignored. Evidence of rule breach:

An attempt to break this rule will result in a temporary or permanent ban. How did the player break the rule(s)? Was planning on escaping when i saw them draw gun but as they sprinted towards me and i heard their VOIP i knew it was over. I had already unlocked my bike and hit the F key but i think i did it too soon hence why my character is stuck in the unlocking animation without the action timer bar there. I understand that on their screen i may have mounted the bike but regardless in my opinion they had no reason to shoot me unless i tried to escape which i didn't since it would be fearrp. Once I arrived, I saw ID 4 picklocking a vehicle, got out and aimed my gun at him. While I was aiming my gun at him, he decided to break fearRP. Shortly after, his friend decided to aim his gun at me so I opened fire, considering both of them were armed. After a short gunfight, I decided to flee behind the containers and jump on one for safety. He was attempting to get away with a red vehicle, so I opened fire to disable it. Once he got out, he turned against me and I decided to incapacitate him as he was still a threat. When I got up to him, he combat logged.
