  1. Player(s) being reported: Derek Hale(ID 61) Date of interaction reported: 4/6/2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1586128208 Your characters name: Chase Montoya Other player(s) involved: Derek Hale Specific rule(s) broken: 8. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. Players who ignore answering roleplay commands directed at them, e.g. /do. How did the player break the rule(s)? I was purchasing a house from Derek for 135K, and we went to the bank. We RP'd a contract in which I would give payment and he would give the house. We drove to the house, and I used /do and gave him a money order that could only be cashed after the house was transferred. Because money orders do not exist in-game, I gave him cash, but it was not that way in the RP scenario. He then proceeded to go inside his house and lock the door, not giving me time to react, failing to rp at all, and abusing the script to enter buildings. Because the sale was not completed, the money order would've never been able to been cashed in the RP scenario, even though he failrp'd and took my cash. After informing him of his rulebreaks through /pm, he argued for a few minutes, then right as he left his house, his friends pulled up and pointed a gun at us, and he gave them the money, in an attempt to make his rulebreak irrelevant. As the contract said, I would give payment and he would give the house, and because I fulfilled my part of the contract, he should have fulfilled his. In real life, if someone knows the name of a person and signs a contract with them, and the contract is breached, the person would be sued and receive what he is owed. The fact that he carelessly voided a contract, paid no attention to /do commands, and abused the script to enter a house without saying anything, clearly constitutes NRP. I believe that I should receive compensation for the money I worked so long to get: either in the form of the house I am owed, or a refund. Evidence of rule breach: I do not have any video evidence, or screenshots, but the logs will make the situation clear as all important RP was done via /do.
  2. Player(s) being reported: 74, 18, 303. Date of interaction reported: 07/04/2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1586219014 Your characters name: Olivia Bailey Other player(s) involved: ID 118 Specific rule(s) broken: Players cannot steal from players with “NEW PLAYER” above their head unless it is in retaliation. Players are required to remain in-character (IC) at all times. How did the player break the rule(s)? My character was responding to a call, someone was shot at mirror park gas. I arrive and he told me in /b chat that he was robbed. I told him its against the rules to do so, he told me it was ID 303. I tell him to /report 4 the person, but as we pull up to central, the men that shot him are at central wanting treatment. (One of them was stuck in the boot, bugged i presume). I asked 303 if he robbed the new player using /b chat. He responded in VOIP, saying that he was in sandy, it wasn't him. I repeated over and over in /b chat that VOIP is IC chat and /b is OOC, but ID 74, 18 and 303 Mixed chats using /w and VOIP. Then ID 18 told me that he had just met them, and then whispered that 303 was lying and that he didn't want to get banned. I told 303 in /b chat what he had just whispered. I told him that this situation can go one of two ways, he can admit to lying and give 118 his stuff back or an admin will come and it could go the hard way. 303 Immediately got out of the car, dropping the bag and gun he stole, then drove off. This means that not only did he LIE in in OOC chat, but he robbed a new player and he mixed. Despite ID 118 getting his things back, i still wanted to report them because with the influx of new players, this kind of behaviour does not make it any easier for seasoned players. 3. Player(s) being reported: First video is ID 201 (and friends) | Second video is ID 272 (And friends) Date of interaction reported: 26th and 27th march. (May be more than 48hours but i thought it was still worth it with solid evidence) Unix time stamp from HUD: First video is 1585167122 | Second video is 1585263527 Your characters name: Billy Sanders (I was not involved) Other player(s) involved: Not sure of ID. They will be in evidence bellow. Specific rule(s) broken: " 9. Metagaming (MG) Metagaming is the act of relaying IC information through any method not considered IC that has the potential to change current or future roleplay scenarios or using that information. Mixing IC and OOC information without any benefit is a minor MG offense. For example, a player uses IC chat to call someone by their player ID displayed above their head. " How did the player break the rule(s)? Using discord to Meta. Giving locations, phone numbers and other IC info across discord voice chat while playing. I only came across this video and thought you might want to view it. Its old but they are probably still using discord voice chats to meta to this day. The whole 2 videos (accept when in prison) they were metagaming, just skip it along through the video as you please to see it all. 1st Evidence of rule breach: Timestamps: 0:30 (Metagaming giving phone number) | 1:40:17 (In discord telling his friend IC information to leave as he has unlicensed firearm, so the cop next to him couldn't hear.) After this point it was all MG for example at 1:43:00 he was warning friend about car near by and about getting mugged over discord. At 2:15:20 they separated and he was warning the other one to leave as "Mexicans where here" through discord. 2:42:30 he was letting him know his bike was locked ext ext... 2nd Evidence of rule breach: Time Stamps: All three of them were using discord voice chat to share IC infomation. 14:35 (he told them to stop.) | 18:30 (he gave them his location over discord) | 18:42 (Saying to to go to farm because of cops) | 18:50 (they discussing if to go to chopshop and when they should go.) | 20:30 (talking about where to aim bikes for escape on discord voice chat) Even though they were together all 3 used discord so know one could hear them. Thankyou
  4. Player(s) being reported: IDs 140 and 33 Date of interaction reported: 2020-04-06 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1586200151 Your characters name: Jake_Okibi (179) Other player(s) involved: Nicholas_Morgan (219) @ParsaPelox, Carla_Purmineli (248) @ladypapercrown Specific rule(s) broken: How did the player break the rule(s): The players were lurking around drug labs and I received radio calls on their location, I pursued the two individuals to investigate them, at which point my friend gave demands at a stationary position, I am aware that these demands are invalid, hence why we chose not to act on them. The players then opened fire upon my vehicle which caused the engine to stall, this was valid and they attempted an escape. When my engine turned back on I pursued them to Sandy Shores' Store where the chase ensued once again and they stalled my vehicle again. I then waited a while for my engine to turn back on while they drove off south. They turned around and approached us while I was trying to restart my car, they drew guns and a gunfight ensued between Zetas and the pursued party. Carla and myself injured the two individuals then Nicholas and myself moved into secure their loot and finish them at which point they left the server. Nicholas and myself waited at this location for 15 minutes after they left with hope that they might return, we posted in #general of the ECRP discord server to ask them to return but we received no response, there was also no message sent to the #crash-reports channel regarding this issue. I attempted to make an in-game report but no staff were available at the time. Evidence of rule breach: Jake_Okibi's POV: https://streamable.com/abh0qe The images below shows the players made no effort to return within 15 minutes, logs will also prove this. (My discord client is set to the BST timezone, the time the messages were sent was 19:13 UTC/20:13 BST)
  5. Player(s) being reported: ID 216 Date of interaction reported: 06:04.2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1586129634 Your characters name: Saul Summerville Other player(s) involved: Specific rule(s) broken: 10. Powergaming (PG) Forceful roleplay that does not give the other player a chance to roleplay their own response is considered powergaming. Other players must be given a chance to roleplay outcomes of actions. Roleplay of unrealistic actions like super strength is another form of powergaming. All statements in /DO must be factually true in the roleplay as it sets grounds for roleplay. Roleplay is required before forceful server commands which may be used without consent from the other party if they are unresponsive and not typing for 30 seconds or more. A player cannot use the faction management script to destroy a faction as it is OOC. Government funded faction members must not abuse the salary system and must go off-duty when they are not performing their faction duties. If you perform an action which will influence potential RP in the future, you must have OOC evidence of performing said RP. OOC evidence should consist of a recording or screenshot and it needs to be timestamped (/time). RP would only be valid for 48 hours or until your character dies and NLR is triggered. The time limit does not apply to rule 7. How did the player break the rule(s)? This person broke the rules by not answering to my /me and /do. He didnt answer any of it at all and was clearly in the text not interested in roleplaying. He simply said that he was waiting for an ambulance and didnt roleplay at all. You can watch what he replied when I was answering him with my /me and /do. Multiple others nearby also told me how bad this person was at RP and is in this situation generally not doing anything to contribute to good RP. Evidence of rule breach:
  6. Player(s) being reported: ID 70 & ID 55 Date of interaction reported: 06/04/2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1586158920 Your characters name: Ivan Spas Other player(s) involved: Specific rule(s) broken: 14. Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper roleplay reason and interaction. A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands. A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands. 8. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. How did the player break the rule(s)? 1. ID 55 was giving demands from inside his car to another car (NonRP) and he just start shooting at us (DM) 2. ID 70 meanwhile was brake checking with expensive car and also rammed into us (NonRP). Because of that they also stalled our car. 3. Again, at the end, they shouted demands to get out of the car and instantly blasted us. The driver didn`t had a chance at all, at least I got out as demanded, but didn`t even had time to get on my knees. (DM again) - I want to add that all this time i tried to explain them the rules they broke, but it seems for them it didn`t matter. - They considered we broke fear RP and they did nothing wrong, also this affirmation can be seen at the end of the recording. - Both players were informed about this report and they acknowledged as seen in the recording Thank you Evidence of rule breach: https://streamable.com/h44wo6 Driver POV: https://youtu.be/pKBKr6p3KVE
  7. Player(s) being reported: 138 Date of interaction reported: 5/APR/2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1586114400 Your characters name: Jo Campbell. (Video belongs to Mark Sloan). Other player(s) involved: Paulo Witherfork, Chris Crawford, Elijah Wayne, Sebastian Papadakis, Dezzy Bala, Cyrus Carver and more PD. Specific rule(s) broken: 13. Fear Roleplay (FRP) Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s safety and life. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger: • When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range. • When you’re in a vehicle that is stalled or turned off and a weapon is aimed at you close range. • When the attacker lowers their weapon to type or roleplay, your life remains in direct danger. • Driving a vehicle into an active shootout more than once without the intent of providing cover for a friend or yourself, or fleeing with it. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is NOT considered to be in direct danger: • When you are in a car which engine is not stalled. • When you have a firearm drawn and are facing the other person before they attacked. • When the attacker’s view is obstructed by an object or when they turn their back on you. As a victim, whose life is in direct danger: • You must display reasonable value for your life and comply with the demands of your attacker. • You cannot call 911 or call your friends or allies to aid you. How did the player break the rule(s)? Pursuit of a Green Comet came to an end. The driver and the passenger were boxed in, the driver was immediately forced to surrender. The passenger tried to flee, he pulled out a firearm later and blasted at me, Jo Campbell, a few bullets, but got killed straight away. Doesn't seem realistic to start blasting when you have multiple Police Officers with heavy weapons pointing at you, no fear for his life whatsoever. He did get tapped by one of the vehicles and/or he fell off the mountain, therefore, his character was "fishy" for some time, at which point he couldn't retaliate and guns were already pointed at him. Player(s) being reported: Randy_Moon Date of interaction reported: 4/4/2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: https://imgur.com/tMMLutI Your characters name: Artur_Volkoff Other player(s) involved: Randy_Moon Specific rule(s) broken: " 15. Player Theft, Prison Breakout, and Kidnapping Players cannot steal from players with “NEW PLAYER” above their head unless it is in retaliation. " How did the player break the rule(s)? So this guy tells me he'd sell me his car for 8k, which I thought was legit since he was being nice and all. However, he tells me that I can buy the car from him if I gave him 8k at the bank. I go inside the bank to get money, and also ask someone if they thought it was a legit deal, one of them told me it would be alright. So I went ahead and just paid Randy_Moon the money. He however, takes the money and says "Okay the car is yours, you can drive away in it", which obviously was a scam. I wasn't aware of the rules and just told him to leave. I later learnt from someone that people with "NEW PLAYER" tag cannot be scammed of legal items. I assume the car was a legal item, yet was scammed/ robbed. I actually trusted him and didn't record or anything. At the UNIX time of this event occuring(today) I am a "NEW PLAYER". I paid him 8k in 500s, using /givemoney I did however contact an admin and get it in writing that I was indeed scammed by the player. It was the admin who gave me proof that it was the player who scammed me. The admin however couldn't do anything as the player had already logged off. I am posting the screenshots of the admin confirming my claims. I also request logs to be checked to prove that he indeed scammed me. I wouldn't mind if the money is not refunded, but I did spend a lot of time earning the money, however I would like the person punished. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. Examples of actions that are considered as non-roleplay: • Baiting Government Services - Provoking a reaction from faction services without a realistic reason / or calling faction services to e.g. rob them. • Mercy Killing - Asking to be killed by a friend (Killing a friend falls under deathmatching). • Unrealistic stunt jumping or the use of an expensive vehicle to ram into other vehicles. • Spawning a scripted work vehicle and using it for anything other than its intended purpose. • Submerging any vehicle in water or unrealistically beaching any watercraft. • Swimming in water for an unrealistic amount of time or without a destination during a chase. Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. If you are unable to reconnect it may be excused after providing proof that would give you a valid reason not to return. In a situation where a player gets away from an incident where they're being chased/pursued, they must wait 15 minutes before they can logout. Players should not instigate roleplay situations if they do not have time to play it through. Players who ignore answering roleplay commands directed at them, e.g. /do. In a situation where a player’s game crashes or the player is kicked from the server, they should be allowed to have the same advantages as they have had before their leave. Fear Roleplay (FRP) Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s safety and life. • When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range. How did the player break the rule(s)? I drove passed two ballas who know we are at war ICly i back up a little bit call it out on radio and start going to rob them as i give demands to 259 which he can obviously see me as we are standing 5 feet away from each other and he looks my direction multiple times i start giving him demands he then drops the body he was carrying and just runs away from me as i tell him im going to shoot him as he waits for his ally to ram me with his car i also think it was unrealistic for 231 to drive up the block away from the scene and drive straight towards me as i am shooting shots at his ally having no fear for one of the bullets to hit him which would cause severe damage. If the reported party would have complied to the demands i feel it would have been harder for 231 to even consider ramming me as his ally would be on his knees in the path of where he needed to drive to hit me Evidence of rule breach: https://streamable.com/0gzws

Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper roleplay reason and interaction. How did the player break the rule(s)? we pulled up to a drug lab that they were in, they immediately pulled weapons on a car with the engine on, we were not under fearRP at all, we left the second we saw them, they said nothing to us, so we let one of them follow us out and i shouted to him that we were leaving and we didnt want trouble, they decided to chase us and shoot at our car without any talk, in the video he is seen doing /do points gun (they think that puts me under fearp when im in a elegy going 100kmh.) these players are in a gang and are misinformed on rules, i was never given any instructions, and they chases us, rammed us and shot at us, after this they ended up forcing me to unlock my car, and left me stranded at mt chilliad, this is a MAJOR breach of rules and is sad to see from a gang with this type of status, i am embarrassed for them... i explained to them in OOC that what they did was against the rules and i explained fearRP to them and told them i would let them continue to break rules and rob me, but i would bring to forums.. they claimed they both have shadowplays so i would like to see them. the guy that walked up to us at the bridge was with them aswell, he came with his pistol down and said absolutely nothing, and wasnt appearing to rob us, this whole thing makes no sense and i hope i get justice, all i wanted was to teach two broke new players how to play and we get griefed the hardest i have ever been on ecrp... thanks for reading ecrp admins. If you are unable to reconnect it may be excused after providing proof. Players should not deprive other players of roleplay, e.g. early on the interaction asking them not to speak unless it makes sense in the roleplay situation. 13. We were robbing someone who had stolen one of our gangs car when Cowell pulled up, at this point it seemed fine until he had gotten out with a carbine and began instantly giving demands. In this situation Cowell could clearly see he was massively outnumbered being 4 of us and only one of him but he still proceeds to get out, stand in front of our car and start pointing guns, at any point all of us could have gotten out and shot him. I feel he showed no value for his life in this situation being clearly outnumbered and one of us even had a micro smg which would have ended his life very quickly regardless of his body armor. There are many other ways he could have gone about this like waiting for backup before moving in due to us being heavily armed and our sheer numbers or following us from a distance waiting for us to split up when fleeing instead he decided to drive into a large group of triads who who had numbers on him and more firepower. I don't feel this kind of RP should be coming from a faction that holds itself to such a high standard. I would also like to request a non law enforcement staff member take the report. How did the player break the rule(s)? We had shootout with Mexican people, ID 172 circling around this shootout like 3 times, when he decided to stop he was finished off, then for no reason ID 153 decided to jump in this vehicle, and also circle for one more time, and attempted to hit us with vehicle, but he didnt take attention he hit his injured friend in ID 236. So in my opinion ID 172 must learn lesson because he cannot circle more then 1 time in active shootout with his car, and while hes injured with heavy gun he must show some respect and stop talking on the radio and ruin our rp. ID 153 must learn lesson because he cannot also circle in the active shootout when hes friend in ID 172 already did not twice, but more times, and he must take attention in the situations like these with his companions health. I was dissapointed their RP so much. Evidence of rule breach: https://youtu.be/50JM_A35skI

Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper roleplay reason and interaction. Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property. How did the player break the rule(s)? Basically they totally randomly started chasing me. I was always on my bike and going in high speeds, making their demands invalid. Furthermore am I wearing a full covering headmask with only my eyes visible AND a motorbike helmet, making it even harder for me to see my surroundings realistically and hear their demands. Combined with the high speed of the bike and it's noisy sound, literally impossible realistically. ID 26 decided to fire multiple shots at my tires to make it slow down. In my recording there's just 1 shot but they shot moreoften before as they admit in the ooc chat, meaning they still deathmatched by damaging my vehicle without valid demands. In my opinion they also broke the NRP rule, since they continously talked to me even though it was impossible for me to hear it, ruining my immersion. Evidence: https://streamable.com/qw12b

Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property. • If they report you to the police for a serious crime. • If they are not in compliance with plausible demands, attempt to escape, or call backup. A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands. A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands. If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand(s). Vehicles cannot be used to attack a player on foot more than once, including a failed attempt. Killing a player that has obeyed all orders and demands during a roleplay situation is allowed, with roleplay, only within 3 hours of: Severe hostile or criminal action is taken against you, e.g. someone is robbing you at gunpoint. (Excluding police aiming a gun at you.) Someone is attempting to take your life. Someone is attempting to take the life of your close friend or ally, or if you have witnessed it happen. You must explain your reason to kill to the player IC and have OOC evidence proving your reason.
