  1. Player(s) being reported: Billy Bluewater Date of interaction reported: 14/08/20 Unix time stamp from HUD: Your characters name: Aaron Martin Other player(s) involved: None the final time he logged. Specific rule(s) broken: 9. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. Players are required to remain IC at all times. RP can only be paused or voided by admins. If a crash / disconnect occurs, players must post in the crash reports discord channel and contact all parties to resume. Players reconnecting must be given all opportunities held prior. Players should not instigate situations they do not have time to play through. If a player is chased they must wait 15 minutes before they can log out of the game. Players can’t depict their character with real images or game images not possible on ECRP. Examples: Ignoring RP, baiting government services without proper IC reason, asking to be killed or forcing your own death, unrealistic stunt jumping, misusing expensive vehicles, using script work vehicles for other purpose, submerging any vehicle in water intentionally, swimming for an unrealistic amount of time in a chase, or stealing from / tampering with an OOC F4 menu. How did the player break the rule(s)? So it started with this guy chasing me when I was off-duty, he disconnected so I decided to wait for him. We then continue with him chasing me, I call the cops and they respond so I lead him back to where I called them. They chased him and conducted a 10-55 on him. I hopped onto duty and helped with the 10-55. We then went on a massive chase and he crashed. Then he logs again when Dawpi is right there, so we wait, he actually makes a crash report this time. Then I take him to MD I pick him up, he doesn't answer any RP. Then on the drive to DOC he logs again and never made a crash report, nor did he try to contact me. I waited 20 minutes in total and still no response. So he went AFK in an active scenario. He combat logs on the way to DOC. 2. Player(s) being reported: 182 and 9 (Christopher Dudus) Date of interaction reported: 16/JUL/2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1594861794 Your characters name: James Famingo Other player(s) involved: N/A Specific rule(s) broken: 13. Fear Roleplay (FRP) Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s safety and life. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger: • When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range. • When you’re in a vehicle that is off and a weapon is aimed at you at close range. • When the attacker lowers their weapon to type or roleplay, your life remains in direct danger. • Driving a vehicle into an active shootout more than once without the intent of providing cover for a friend or yourself, or fleeing with it. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is NOT considered to be in direct danger: • When you are in a car which engine is not stalled. • When you have a firearm drawn and are facing the other person before they attacked. • When the attacker’s view is obstructed by an object or when they turn their back on you. As a victim, whose life is in direct danger: • You must display reasonable value for your life and comply with the demands of your attacker. • You cannot call 911 or call your friends or allies to aid you. How did the player break the rule(s)? As you can see in the video, I saw a vehicle pulled inside MeowMeow and decided to check it out since we had a store robbery just before, Upon arrival I saw two individuals robbing the store, I pulled my shotgun out almost immediately after arriving on scene and pointed it at one of the individuals- even after repeated warnings the individual did not stop fleeing and went inside his car (before anyone says anything, the shotgun is long enough to be seen from the corner of ones vision, 'DIDNT SEE IT WAS ON MY BACK' shouldn't be a reason especially when a Deputy/Officer is repeatedly asking the person to put their hands in the air), while he attempted to get inside I fired multiple shots at him, he should've role-played being injured and not being able to get inside his friends vehicle since I've basically ripped his arm off. I asked both of them to come back on scene and continue roleplay but they ignored all my pm's! I should also include the fact that Christopher clearly powergame'd/non roleplay'ed his way into the vehicle- literally nobody recovers that quick from a shotgun wound and gets inside a vehicle. 3. Player(s) being reported: 323, 103, 331 Date of interaction reported: 07/15/2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1594848028 PlayerTheft -- 1594848742 The LockPick? Your characters name: Swarles Barkley Other player(s) involved: Specific rule(s) broken: 9. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. 15. Player Theft, Prison Breakout, and Kidnapping Robberies are to be conducted in a realistic manner and require the robber to have a reasonable in character motive. High risk, but little reward robberies are deemed unrealistic and should not be performed. Robberies should be performed in secluded areas where there is a low chance to be seen by witnesses. Desert and forest areas could be considered secluded but potential witnesses should be taken into account. 5. Hacking and Exploits (POSSIBLE, not sure) Players must not have mods, trainers, or any kind of software installed that gives any advantage. Server bugs may not be used for advantage and must be reported on ECLIPSE Roleplay forums. Server scripts should not be exploited in any way to your advantage, e.g. circumventing AFK timer. How did the player break the rule(s)? I arranged a meet for an AK 120 round, with attachments with an individual by phone. After giving location and them not being able to find the burger joint with directions I say I will do a driveby of bank and they will follow me into the meet point. (An area that is in full view of a drive thru window which would be occupied at this time of day). I greet the players and roll down my window so they can toss the money through, and take the bag from the trunk. They ask to see the merchandise and obviously I say no, money upfront. 103 begins to block off the entrance way, and I finish typing my whispers (I feel like this is taking advantage of me being RP about the deal and actually whispering instead of hollering at eachother, but I am not reporting for this as it is easily done by accident in this scenario). 323 continues to be sketch and I try to pull out. 103 then gets out of his vehicle and I know theyre pulling some sketchy shit so I attempt to ram their vehicle with my backend causing my least amount of damage possible to my car to get away, no shots had been fired before either of these attempts so I am not yet in direct fear of my life. They begin to then shoot directly in front of a presumed active drive thru and restaurant after I hit 323 (Not arguing technical DM rights here, not reporting for DM), players 331 then attempt to loot me and leave. Players however RETURN (331 initially and then later seen 323 and 103,. I return to my vehicle after being taken to the hospital and 331 has managed to lockpick my vehicle first try??? (congrats? Didnt know this was possible, I didnt receive an alarm once) and takes the AK, hence returning to the crime scene 3 separate times. I dont feel like this scenario was properly roleplayed or thought through and showed no acknowledgement of the public eye that would be watching. 4. Player(s) being reported: ID 116 Date of interaction reported: 11/Jul/2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1594525882 Your characters name: Alaric Mikaelson Other player(s) involved: N/A Specific rule(s) broken: 14. Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper roleplay reason and interaction. Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property. • If they report you to the police for a serious crime. • If they are not in compliance with plausible demands, attempt to escape, or call backup. A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands. A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands. If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand(s). Vehicles cannot be used to attack a player on foot more than once, including a failed attempt. Vehicles cannot be used as a weapon in an active shootout unless it's unavoidable when fleeing an active shootout. Killing a player that has obeyed all orders and demands during a roleplay situation is allowed, with roleplay, only within 3 hours of: Severe hostile or criminal action is taken against you, e.g. someone is robbing you at gunpoint. (Excluding police aiming a gun at you.) Someone is attempting to take your life. Someone is attempting to take the life of your close friend or ally, or if you have witnessed it happen. You must explain your reason to kill to the player IC and have OOC evidence proving your reason. Players cannot force their victims to withdraw money from an ATM, sell property, or sell vehicles. Players cannot force their victims to hand over assets that are not present in the area. Players cannot steal from players with “NEW PLAYER” above their head unless it is in retaliation. Players with the (( NEW PLAYER )) tag that deliberately insert themselves into or start active crime scenes lose their new player protection during those illegal activities. Players may not steal from their faction treasury as the F4 menu is OOC. Permission for prison break must be approved by a Moderator+ prior to the attempt. Players may participate in no more than 1 prison break attempt within 1 OOC week. Official Factions may attempt 2 additional breaks in the case the prisoner is the faction leader. How did the player break the rule(s)? I was selling my farming crop, in a location that I am scripted to be in due to the nature of the job and ID 116 approaches me and demands me to put my hands up as he continues to sell the remaining 3 bags of wheat that sold at $180 a piece meaning he robbed me for $540 which is high risk low reward robberies. During the robbery i tell the player he needs a cough drop, he complies but it doesn't work, i repeat he needs a cough drop so he walks off as he is running away i call the police as he was fleeing and no demands were being given to not call the police he then turns back and DM's me while not giving commands hearing that he needs a cough drop and then finishes me off after stealing all my possessions. They robbed me on the main road across the dam in broad daylight, this is a pretty popular fishing spot so there is a high chance of witnesses and is right next to the road. The area is open and not very "secluded" at all. Evidence of rule breach:

Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. Examples of actions that are considered as non-roleplay: • Baiting Government Services - Provoking a reaction from faction services without a realistic reason / or calling faction services to e.g. rob them. • Mercy Killing - Asking to be killed by a friend (Killing a friend falls under deathmatching). • Unrealistic stunt jumping or the use of an expensive vehicle to ram into other vehicles. • Spawning a scripted work vehicle and using it for anything other than its intended purpose. • Submerging any vehicle in water or unrealistically beaching any watercraft. • Swimming in water for an unrealistic amount of time or without a destination during a chase. Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. Our official discord server has a channel dedicated to game crash notifications and you should post here with a valid reason for being unable to return. If a player gets away from being chased/pursued, they must wait 15 minutes before they can logout. Players should not instigate roleplay situations if they do not have time to play it through. Players who ignore answering roleplay commands directed at them, e.g. /do. In a situation where a player’s game crashes or the player is kicked from the server, they should be allowed to have the same advantages as they have had before their leave. Players should not deprive other players of roleplay, e.g. early on the interaction asking them not to speak unless it makes sense in the roleplay situation. Metagaming (MG) Metagaming is the act of relaying IC information through any method not considered IC that has the potential to change current or future roleplay scenarios or using that information. Mixing IC and OOC information without any benefit is a minor MG offense. For example, a player uses IC chat to call someone by their player ID displayed above their head. How did the player break the rule(s)? We found a possible hideout for a new gang. We decided to scout the place and station and vantage points in order to setup an ambush and gain access to their loot. We see ID 44 walking out the RV and is placed under gunpoint, but not before he calls for backup under gunpoint. We are on our edge as we could be meeting additional hostiles but none ever came. When ID 44 was forced inside the RV with Conner and Ducky, I believe ID 44 notified ID 131 to login thinking that the location is clear, oblivious that I am on the roofs. ID 131 login and immediately already know whats going on and try to move the RV to an ambush. I radio in and give demands and ID 131 is placed under gunpoint. Literal seconds after he exits the vehicle he disconnects. Of course, not before he locks the RV, removing our access to the inside entirely. We waited a total of 15 minutes on site, but the party never returned in-game. I think the rulebreaks is pretty blatant. There was no logical way ID 131 would know his ally was in danger when he just spawned in, this is quite obvious that they are communicating outside of the game. Evidence of rule breach:
  9. Player(s) being reported: ID 321 Date of interaction reported: June 27th 2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1593288718 Your characters name: Swarles Barkley Other player(s) involved: ID 225, ID 15 Specific rule(s) broken: 8. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. 14. Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper roleplay reason and interaction. How did the player break the rule(s)? Basically the situation happened like this, ID 321 and friends 225 and 15 pull up to the Drug Lab, pull around do some whispering. They try to speak to me after I make my acquaintance but I dont hear them as I'm already walking away. As they pull around the bend to exit the farm I place myself into a bush as my plants are about to be ready but I dont want to be seen picking them or waiting near them. The players see that I'm not there anymore, ram through the fence to check other end of lab, circle around, and (in my opinion) purposefully line themselves up with the bushes and he FLOORS it through all the bushes AND fencing without hesitation, you can see his tires spin out from how much he's gassing it, now I dont know the IC Value of this car or even what model it is but first of all it looks way too nice to be constantly ramming through fences, let alone multiple scores of bushes in what in my opinion was an effort to bushcheck for players, which leads me to accuse the player of not only NonRP but VDM. After the scene I alerted the player to save his POV. Evidence of rule breach: https://streamable.com/ax75mr

Powergaming (PG) Forceful roleplay that does not give the other player a chance to roleplay their own response is considered powergaming. Other players must be given a chance to roleplay outcomes of actions. Roleplay of unrealistic actions like super strength is another form of powergaming. All statements in /DO must be factually true in the roleplay as it sets grounds for roleplay. Roleplay is required before forceful server commands which may be used without consent from the other party if they are unresponsive and not typing for 30 seconds or more. A player cannot use the faction management script to destroy a faction as it is OOC. Government funded faction members must not abuse the salary system and must go off-duty when they are not performing their faction duties. If you perform an action which will influence potential RP in the future, you must have OOC evidence of performing said RP. OOC evidence should consist of a recording or screenshot and it needs to be timestamped (/time). RP would only be valid for 48 hours or until your character dies and NLR is triggered. The time limit does not apply to rule 7. 14. He asks to drive, i let him, we get to where he wanted to go, and he says he was ab to get the cash to pay me. He then powergames "/do throws me out of the truck" without a "/do able", so i didnt even get a chance to RP. Then he runs me over not once, not twice, but 3 times. VDM. I use "/b" and say "VDM" he doesnt say a word. Then he gets out the truck, shoots me twice in the head. DM. I PMed him saying that he is being report and why he is, no response. How did the player break the rule(s)? In the First interaction you see him on his radio when we have guns on him and then he screeches into his mic and then you see him get onto his phone, I don't think people who have guns on them go on their phones when there is 3+ guns pointed at there head and they're injured, he was in direct danger and decided to still make a final call out to his allies causing one of them to come back as one of my members calls out, In the second interaction who I assume is the same person because he was with the guys we were chasing, anyways we had been sitting there for 20 minutes waiting for someone to come out of the house after we baited them with a car alarm, we planned everything out, 2 guys on the roof behind for lookout, 2 guys behind the house, 4 to take him hostage and throw him in the trunk and kidnap him ( the car I was in) and then we had 2 more ready near by incase, anyways he comes out and we put him on his knees he follows most commands with a delay and at the end he decides to act like he doesn't know how to get up, He has robbed many people before and has plenty experience in the city, he then decided delay us, we wanted to kidnap him, because of him acting like he didn't know even after we told him the commands using /b, /ooc he still said he couldn't, and I know for a fact if you cant get up, doing /anim sit and then ctrl 0, makes u stand up, he used OOC to his advantage to stall causing us to get frustrated and shooting him because cops were on their way. this ruined our whole Pp Experience. I said "10k" as a joke. He then told me to suck a dick. I then went off on him and started talking shit after he insulted me like that, and then I left. Obviously I didn't mean anything OOC by it. It's just how my character is and how i've built him up to be over time, so I gave a realistic reaction. What happend: Then him and his friend started following me on their bikes, I said they're shitty at following me. And then they asked me where I was going. I responded "the mines." They then proceeded to trail me to the mines and shot me and gunned me down. Then proceeded to take my items and left. After I continuously told them they were DMING, they never stopped. Obviously they took it personally. I then screamed at the other players to run as these madmen were shooting me up at the mines. Evidence of rule breach:

They explain that they shot him as he tried to rob them and that when they called the police and ambulance he disconnected. So i go to investigate and when i arrive he was back, injured by the drop off, 2 seconds later he disconnects again. I waited for him to come back but he didnt. Evidence of rule breach:

As you can see from my video in the gunfight you can clearly see hit shots like 7 times with a .50 from point blank and see blood come off his body. He even reloads in the gunfight with shots still hitting him, but then he proceeds to down me and then when he runs away like he's not had a bullet with no limp or anything. I am just very suspicious that's all along with the fact he's a new player too. Granted could be desync or something but I was on 19 ping too if that matters. I hope he saved his POV as in OOC after I questioned reported for god mode with no response. Evidence of rule breach: https://streamable.com/k3klth

You must explain your reason to kill to the player IC and have OOC evidence proving your reason. Players are allowed to kidnap or to take other players hostage for these specific reasons: • You have to have a roleplay reason to kill the victim in accordance with the a, b, and c points under DM section. • If you attempt to commit robbery of a property, you are allowed to hold the players within that property until you have finished the robbery. An NPC is not a valid hostage. • If a hostage situation involves police in any way all of players involved in holding the hostage may not take another hostage for 1 OOC week. Players can give consent to other players to be kidnapped outside of the stipulations above if the roleplay makes sense, but they should in such cases avoid involving law enforcement in any way due to the consented roleplay. How did the player break the rule(s)? I'm going to explain what happened EXACTLY, even the thoughts that were going in my head 1) I was working there just like any normal citizen on their job's duty. 2) The attackers duo approached me with masks on their faces. 3) ID 368 roleplayed '/me grabs gun' >>>>FIRST RULE BROKEN FOR ID 368-- PG -- Where did he 'grab' the gun from? His language is probably poor that's why he couldn't describe properly, so I'm going to take it as how he said the word. Where did he grab his gun from? It wasn't stated. Poor quality roleplay. 4) I OOCly was like okay, are you going to rob me in a public work place. Alright. I asked them if they can rob others as new players, then ID 292 WHISPERED me saying what's in the evidence/tape below. >>>>FIRST RULE BROKEN FOR ID 292 -- MG -- He whispered an OOC respond to an OOC question. How can one mistake between /b and /w? 5) I was about report the situation, but then I recalled that roleplay comes first. I just did the frightened animation to make it fast, and then ID 292 took my crate and ran away, remember ID 368 was also involved in this and he helped with the robbery, so it's considered as player theft from his part as well. >>>>SECOND RULE BROKEN FOR ID 292 & 368 -- Player Theft -- They robbed and threatened me in a public place. 6) ID 368 kept his gun aimed at me till his friend left with the crate. He then ran away as well. I got up from the frightened anim/state and I was about to run to my RV outside but then I saw ID 368 again midway to the outside. He told me to leave, I refused stating that I gave them what they wanted and that I should be able to go now, so I told him to fuck off and then he MURDERED me. Remember that I complied and gave him what he wanted and didn't want any more trouble, I should be able to go outside but he's the one that wanted to kill me anyway. >>>>THIRD RULE BROKEN FOR ID 368 -- DM -- The rule states that he can't kill me if I comply, and I did comply. He shouldn't be telling me what to do anymore after getting what he wanted. I'm also pretty sure that he knew that he was breaking the rules but he wanted to do a sneaky rulebreaking robbery. Evidence of rule breach: I'm sorry, but I couldn't capture the entire situation because it wasn't expected and my computer isn't that perfect to run the application in the exact time the situation was happening, but I have proof. https://streamable.com/himk15 https://streamable.com/j6hosq (Extra Proof: I didn't die of starvation, the food being at that level wouldn't even kill so fast, it takes a VERY long time to die of starvation. He killed me with a colt/glock.) (The Embed thing didn't work) I also couldn't PM the users as this the first time I'm visiting the forum. I had no idea that I needed to text users OOCly to let them know that they're getting reported, so I apologize for that. I would have if I knew.

If you are unable to reconnect it may be excused after providing proof that would give you a valid reason not to return. In a situation where a player gets away from an incident where they're being chased/pursued, they must wait 15 minutes before they can logout. How did the player break the rule(s)?
