Player(s) being reported: id 274 Date of interaction reported: 06.05.2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1591371877 Your characters name: Mark Rose Other player(s) involved: - Specific rule(s) broken: 15. Player Theft, Prison Breakout, and Kidnapping Robberies are to be conducted in a realistic manner and require the robber to have a reasonable in character motive. High risk, but little reward robberies are deemed unrealistic and should not be performed. Robberies should be performed in secluded areas where there is a low chance to be seen by witnesses. Players cannot force their victims to withdraw money from an ATM, sell property, or sell vehicles. Players cannot force their victims to hand over assets that are not present in the area. Players cannot steal from players with “NEW PLAYER” above their head unless it is in retaliation. Players with the (( NEW PLAYER )) tag that deliberately insert themselves into or start active crime scenes lose their new player protection during those illegal activities. Players may not steal from their faction treasury as the F4 menu is OOC. Permission for prison break must be approved by a Moderator+ prior to the attempt. Players may participate in no more than 1 prison break attempt within 1 OOC week. Official Factions may attempt 2 additional breaks in the case the prisoner is the faction leader. Players are allowed to kidnap or to take other players hostage for these specific reasons: • You have to have a roleplay reason to kill the victim in accordance with the a, b, and c points under DM section. • If you attempt to commit robbery of a property, you are allowed to hold the players within that property until you have finished the robbery. An NPC is not a valid hostage. • If a hostage situation involves police in any way all of players involved in holding the hostage may not take another hostage for 1 OOC week. Players can give consent to other players to be kidnapped outside of the stipulations above if the roleplay makes sense, but they should in such cases avoid involving law enforcement in any way due to the consented roleplay. How did the player break the rule(s)? Guy had high risk and still robbed me for almost empty pistol and my drag on the public off road connecting stab city with grapeseed. Evidence of rule breach: Will send to an admin who will take my report.

In a situation where a player’s game crashes or the player is kicked from the server, they should be allowed to have the same advantages as they have had before their leave. Players should not deprive other players of roleplay, e.g. early on the interaction asking them not to speak unless it makes sense in the roleplay situation. 9. Metagaming (MG) Metagaming is the act of relaying IC information through any method not considered IC that has the potential to change current or future roleplay scenarios or using that information. Mixing IC and OOC information without any benefit is a minor MG offense. For example, a player uses IC chat to call someone by their player ID displayed above their head. 11. No Crime Zones (NCZ) A no crime zone is an area where players may not commit any actions considered crimes. Players must not disobey orders of law enforcement officers but are allowed to flee. The /NCZ command and HUD notification are indicators of being in a protected area although it is up to administrator discretion if your actions are in violation of NCZ rules. If a player uses the NCZ for protection the attacker must wait for that player to leave the area. Players may not go to a NCZ within 15 minutes after engaging in criminal activity or using it as protection from a resulting chase, unless you are turning yourself in to law enforcement. NO CRIME ZONES: • “Tequil La La” club, “Yellow Jack Inn” bar, and the block around them. • All government offices, law enforcement offices, hospitals, banks, and the blocks around them. • Los Santos Airport, Bus Depot, Department of Motor Vehicles, and the block around them. 13. Fear Roleplay (FRP) Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s safety and life. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger: • When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range. • When you’re in a vehicle that is stalled or turned off and a weapon is aimed at you close range. • When the attacker lowers their weapon to type or roleplay, your life remains in direct danger. • Driving a vehicle into an active shootout more than once without the intent of providing cover for a friend or yourself, or fleeing with it. As a victim, whose life is in direct danger: • You must display reasonable value for your life and comply with the demands of your attacker. • You cannot call 911 or call your friends or allies to aid you. 14. Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper roleplay reason and interaction. Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property. • If they report you to the police for a serious crime. • If they are not in compliance with plausible demands, attempt to escape, or call backup. A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands. A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands. If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand(s). Vehicles cannot be used to attack a player on foot more than once, including a failed attempt. Vehicles cannot be used as a weapon in an active shootout unless it's unavoidable when fleeing an active shootout. Killing a player that has obeyed all orders and demands during a roleplay situation is allowed, with roleplay, only within 3 hours of: Severe hostile or criminal action is taken against you, e.g. someone is robbing you at gunpoint. (Excluding police aiming a gun at you.) Someone is attempting to take your life. Someone is attempting to take the life of your close friend or ally, or if you have witnessed it happen. You must explain your reason to kill to the player IC and have OOC evidence proving your reason. How did the player break the rule(s)? It all started when I was driving John Corsetti’s Sultan RS to the Bank to store some cash after selling my RV to him. Then someone (presumably ID 57) steals the car right out of the NCZ but I was not able to capture it. Seeing as there is no Moderator+ online, I continued with the RP and went looking for the Sultan RS. Me and Tom Moretti find the Sultan RS and begin a pursuit. During the pursuit, ID 57 stalls the car and gets on foot and is placed under Fear RP by myself. Instead of complying, ID 57 takes out his own weapon. Rule break 1 After getting injured, ID 57 proceed to try to call for help while being surrounded by multiple armed men. I believe this is another breach of Fear RP but granted he did stop using his phone. Out of the blue, ID 57’s ally ID 221 shows up out of nowhere, with no possible way to find out that his ally was there or was in danger and runs John Corsetti over. This is Metagame and also VDM as he did not have any reason to RPly run us over since he did not know his ally was in danger and also Metagame because he just appeared out of nowhere and knew exactly what to do. Rule break 2 Then after ID 221 is shot and drove off, ID 86, yet another ally of ID 57 shows up and runs 2 more people over. Yet again, VDM and also Metagame for the exact same reasons as ID 221. Rule break 3 Once we find out where ID 86 was hiding, we come up to him and was about to place him at gunpoint when ID 86 all of the sudden very conveniently disconnects. I believe this was a clear combat log to avoid any losses as there was no crash message at all on ECRP discord. Rule break 4 Lastly, we meet ID 221 again lurking around and proceed to chase him. ID 221 then flees to the Bank, a No Crime Zone in less than 15 minutes of doing a crime and also being pursued. Once told to leave the NCZ area, ID 221 proceeds to mix in VOIP telling us to “report.” Rule break 5 The entire video can be seen below. The entire situation was such poor RP from their side and stealing cars from NCZs, fleeing under gunpoint, running over multiple people as well as hiding in a NCZ after committing crimes is something extremely unappealing to people looking for RP in an RP server. Leaning down and picking up a crate that's right next to my feet in a public place without RPing it is pretty non-RP. Picking up my crate that's right next to my feet without trying to RP it is powergaming. It would be heavy as it had ore in it. It would not be fast to pick it up, and regardless whether it was or not, I should have been able to stop him RPly, but he denied me this opportunity by just picking it up and running at full speed away without doing any /do's. I was driving around looking for my friend who was near the highway in a bush somewhere. i park on the shoulder of the highway when all of a sudden a car rams directly into mine, they then proceed to all get out and start grabbing weapons. I drove off and waited in the distance to see what was going on, i tried to pm them about why they vdmd me but i wasnt able to see their IDs. i turn around to see if i can pick up my friend quickly when they ram into me again, at this point i just go to PD and they stopped following me. I have never had a previous interaction with these people and i think its bad rp to just ram into cars on the road to try and rob them, on what would be a busy highway. Powergaming (PG) Forceful roleplay that does not give the other player a chance to roleplay their own response is considered powergaming. Other players must be given a chance to roleplay outcomes of actions. Roleplay of unrealistic actions like super strength is another form of powergaming. All statements in /DO must be factually true in the roleplay as it sets grounds for roleplay. Roleplay is required before forceful server commands which may be used without consent from the other party if they are unresponsive and not typing for 30 seconds or more. A player cannot use the faction management script to destroy a faction as it is OOC. Government funded faction members must not abuse the salary system and must go off-duty when they are not performing their faction duties. So it started when we started to get chased by the contender when we went into an alleyway and got rammed for no reason by ID 445. I then got out from the car and they started shooting me for no reason even tho I had my hands up. ID 74 took my friends clothes off (id 20) without any roleplay reason (nonrp) and without rping it (possible powergaming). After them rping looking for keys I have on me I unlocked them the rebla, ID 242 got into it and purposely drove it into the water (Non-rp). We kept on rping and they asked for Kidnap Consent in OOC, I told them that i dont accept and they kept on ignoring me, ID 375 told them that its kidnapping and its not allowed but they kept on ignoring their own friends. ID 299 rammed me off the bike and injured me (probably desync ram - which i am not complaining about). He then later on returned back to the scene, saw the Shelby guy helping me up and rammed into him. After getting a painkiller I ran towards my Drag bike and hopped on it, ID 378 suddenly hopped on it with me as I told him he cannot do so he got off. He started insulting me which there's no problem in it but suddenly he OOC insulted me for no reason as he said "dumbfuck", punched me few times without any valid reason to do so in an NCZ. ID 308/29 was sitting in grove street by himself while the rest of his allies were chasing other WCA members on the other side of the city. This gave us the idea to kidnap ID 308/29 and force the zetas/triads/aztecas to stop chasing my allies. Unfortunately ID 308/29 was afk and disconnected. We waited for his return. After ID 308/29 came back we managed to secure him but coincidentally enough an ally of his spotted us as he was pulling into grove and called all back up to chase Jonas and his kidnapped ally. It completely changed the rp scenario. If ID 308/29 hadn't been afk and rp'd we would've gotten away with him with no notice from his allies because they were on the opposite end of the city chasing WCA members. While in the car ID 308/29 mic spams and makes it impossible for ID 193 to hear anything at all. (I have permission from ID 193 to report all of this.
