  1. Player(s) being reported: ID 44 Date of interaction reported: September 11, 2019. Unix time stamp from HUD: 1568216096 Your characters name: Jimmy Hoxon Other player(s) involved: No one Specific rule(s) broken: 8. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. Examples of actions that are considered as non-roleplay: • Cop Baiting - Provoking a reaction from emergency services without a realistic reason. • Mercy Killing - Asking to be killed by a friend (Killing a friend falls under deathmatching). • Unrealistic stunt jumping or the use of an expensive vehicle to ram into other vehicles. • Spawning a scripted work vehicle and using it for crimes or submerging any vehicle in water. • Swimming in water for an unrealistic amount of time or without a destination during a chase. Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. If you are unable to reconnect it may be excused after providing proof. In a situation where a player gets away from an incident where they're being chased/pursued, they must wait 15 minutes before they can logout. Players should not instigate roleplay situations if they do not have time to play it through. Players who ignore answering roleplay commands directed at them, e.g. /do. In a situation where a player’s game crashes or the player is kicked from the server, they should be allowed to have the same advantages as they have had before their leave. How did the player break the rule(s)? We were robing him, he started running i said stop he didn't, I shot at him and killed him. He typed something in /ooc chat and proceeded to Combat Log. 2. Player(s) being reported: ID 76 Date of interaction reported: 10/09/2019 Unix time stamp from HUD: 39 | 1568135346 Your characters name: Olivia_Bailey Other player(s) involved: ID 90 (Innocent) Specific rule(s) broken: Powergaming and FearRP; Powergaming (PG) Forceful roleplay that does not give the other player a chance to roleplay their own response is considered powergaming. Other players must be given a chance to roleplay outcomes of actions. Roleplay of unrealistic actions like super strength is another form of powergaming. All statements in /DO must be factually true in the roleplay as it sets grounds for roleplay. Roleplay is required before forceful server commands which may be used without consent from the other party if they are unresponsive and not typing for 30 seconds or more. A player cannot use the faction management script to destroy a faction as it is OOC. Government funded faction members must not abuse the salary system and must go off-duty when they are not performing their faction duties. If you perform an action which will influence potential RP in the future, you must have OOC evidence of performing said RP. OOC evidence should consist of a recording or screenshot and it needs to be timestamped (/time). RP would only be valid for 48 hours or until your character dies and NLR is triggered. The time limit does not apply to rule 7. 13. Fear Roleplay (FRP) Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s safety and life. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger: • When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range. • When you’re in a vehicle that is stalled or turned off and a weapon is aimed at you close range. • When the attacker lowers their weapon to type or roleplay, your life remains in direct danger. • Driving a vehicle in an active shootout more than once without the intent of protecting a friend, fleeing with it, or using it as cover. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is NOT considered to be in direct danger: • When you are in a car which engine is not stalled. • When you have a firearm drawn and are facing the other person before they attacked. • When the attacker’s view is obstructed by an object or when they turn their back on you. As a victim, whose life is in direct danger: • You must display reasonable value for your life and comply with the demands of your attacker. • You cannot call 911 or call your friends or allies to aid you. How did the player break the rule(s)? Olivia was at pauls farm, minding her business when she was alerted by phone that her alarm had been triggered, it was only a few meters away so she headed over, taking out her licensed firearm for protection. She got there to find a postal truck parked next to her car and a male(ID 76) lockpicking her car, she asking him to stop and step away from the vehicle which he did, with his hands up. Then two other males ran up, pointing guns, at which point shots were exchanged and Olivia was shot in the stomach, to which point she fell down. ID 76 then proceeded to loot Olivia's body without using /me attempts to search body /do would anything stop me, taking all of my items. (Powergaming). Then another farmer (ID 90 came over with his weapon drawn) Asking him to stop, at which point he ran to his car, turning on the engine and driving off, all while having a gun pointed in his face. (Fear-RP) I PMd immediately after, explaining that he powergamed, to which he replied that he did not have to /me and /do to loot my body. I also informed him i would be reporting him on the forums. EDIT. I understand ninja looting isnt against the rules since there is an /Ame but he was doing it infront of multiple witnesses, one of which had a gun! 3. Players being reported: ID 219 / Zate_Feto / @zatefeto, ID 212 / Wolfgang Weis & ID 112 / Darko Kocic Date of interactions reported: 03/09/2019 Unix time stamp from HUD: I'll provide timestamps for each video since the events aren't linear. Video 1 involving ID 219 / Zate Feto: 1567539500 Video 2 involving ID 219 / Zate Feto: 1567546425 Video 3 involving ID 219 / Zate Feto & ID 212 / Wolfgang Weis: 1567546490 Video 4 involving ID 219 / Zate Feto: 1567546324 Video 5 involving ID 219 / Zate Feto & ID 112 / Darko Kocic: 1567546680 Video 6 involving ID 219 / Zate Feto: Timestamp unavailable Video 7 involving ID 219 / Zate Feto: Timestamp unavailable Your characters name: Pete Wright Specific rules broken: Metagaming (MG): Metagaming is the act of relaying IC information through any method not considered IC that has the potential to change current or future roleplay scenarios or using that information. Mixing IC and OOC information without any benefit is a minor MG offense. For example, a player uses IC chat to call someone by their player ID displayed above their head. Fear Roleplay (FRP): Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s safety and life. As a victim, whose life is in direct danger: You must display reasonable value for your life and comply with the demands of your attacker. You cannot call 911 or call your friends or allies to aid you. New Life Rule (NLR): The new life rule is triggered whenever a player’s character spawns at a hospital. Players cannot force their own death. The deceased character loses memory of their death, the events that caused it and the information collected in that time frame. Example: A player is killed in a robbery. The player’s knowledge of the robbery, the robber and their death is not usable by the player in their new life. All parties involved must avoid interaction with each other for 30 minutes. A player must not return to the area of their death for that time frame or attempt to retrieve lost possessions from involved players. An exception is made for government faction members who may provide a faction duty service, though their memory being lost and inability to retrieve assets still apply. How did the players break the rules?: Let me start off by saying this evidence was first presented on another report made against myself, @Rickyriggz, @CallumMontie and @MikeyyyG. That report can be viewed here and the specific post where the evidence was initially shared is available here. When navigating to the post you may notice the evidence is unavailable and this was due to @zatefeto deleting the clips I took from his channel. Realising his mistake, @zatefeto also deleted the VOD he presented as evidence against us and asked for the report to be closed. I feel these actions are unethical and the evidence I supplied against him should be reviewed accordingly. ID 219 / Zate_Feto broke the Metagaming (MG) rule by utilising the personal message functionality to relay IC information. /pm is strictly OOC. This can be seen in evidence video 1. ID 219 / Zate_Feto broke the Fear Roleplay (FRP) rule by calling 911 in a situation where he should have displayed reasonable fear for his character's safety. This can be seen in evidence video 2. ID 219 / Zate_Feto broke the Metagaming (MG) rule by mixing OOC information via IC means. This can be seen in evidence video 3. ID 212 / Wolfgang_Weis broke the Metagaming (MG) rule by mixing OOC information via IC means. This can be seen in evidence video 3. ID 219 / Zate_Feto broke the New Life Rule (NLR) rule by discussing events that happened prior to their death with ID 212 / Wolfgang_Weis. This can be seen in evidence video 3. ID 212 / Wolfgang_Weis broke the New Life Rule (NLR) rule by discussing events that happened prior to their death with ID 219 / Zate_Feto. This can be seen in evidence video 3. ID 219 / Zate_Feto broke the Metagaming (MG) rule by mixing OOC information via IC means. Specifically, he attempts to arrange a meetup with ID 112 / Darko_Kocic via his own stream chat in evidence video 4. In evidence video 5, the players meet. ID 112 / Darko_Kocic broke the Metagaming (MG) rule by mixing OOC information via IC means. Specifically, he attempts to arrange a meetup with ID 219 / Zate_Feto via ID 219's stream chat in evidence video 4. In evidence video 5, the players meet. ID 219 / Zate_Feto broke the New Life Rule (NLR) rule by returning to the scene of his previous death within the 30 minute window. He also calls the police to the scene of his previous death. This can be seen in evidence video 6. ID 219 / Zate_Feto broke the Metagaming (MG) rule by utilising the personal message functionality to relay IC information. /pm is strictly OOC. This can be seen in evidence video 7. ID 112 / Darko_Kocic broke the Metagaming (MG) rule by utilising the personal message functionality to relay IC information. /pm is strictly OOC. This can be seen in evidence video 7. If we assume all instances are rule breaks and NLR logs: Zate_Feto would receive NLRx7, Wolfgang_Weis would receive NLRx2 and Darko_Kocic would receive NLRx2 Evidence of rule breach: 1. Metagaming through /pm: 2. FRP, calling 911 during a ongoing gunfight when there's people with heavy weaponry only metres away: 3. Breaching NLR and mixing with ID 212 / Wolfgang Weis, "in a dream..." "the gods": 4. Metagaming with viewer, ID 112 / Darko Kocic / "DAREEEEEEEEE" (Twitch username): 5. Breaching NLR (again), you returned to the scene of the scenario you're making a report for within 30 minutes of death and even had the audacity to call the cops: 6. More metagaming with ID 112, this time via /pm:

Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player or their property without a proper roleplay reason. Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property. • If they report you to the police for a serious crime. • If they are not in compliance with demands, attempt to escape, or call other players for help in a situation where they are required to display fear under fear roleplay rules. A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands. A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands. If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand(s). Vehicles cannot be used to attack another player more than once including a failed attempt. Attacking another player with no engagement in roleplay is not allowed. Killing a player that has obeyed all orders and demands during a roleplay situation is allowed, with roleplay, only within 3 hours of: Severe hostile or criminal action is taken against you, e.g. someone is robbing you at gunpoint. (Excluding police aiming a gun at you.) Someone is attempting to take your life. Someone is attempting to take the life of your close friend or ally, or if you have witnessed it happen. How did the player break the rule(s)? In the first place, before he was transported to DOC, I was typing the RP to cuff him. Meanwhile, he was gun-pointed by another officer. As soon as the other officer brought up his taser, he took off . After a while, we caught him again and while he was tased by me, he told me to put my hands up (Exactly 2 seconds after I tased him). His partner also stalled RP few times. When we arrived at the prison, we found out that (46) is missing. We parked our cruiser (which was locked) and went to search for the other guy. We shortly found him in one of the towers and brought him back to the interior of prison. Meanwhile, his partner opened a cruiser which was locked (While being in cuffs) and ran away. We again went to search for the other guy and brought him back. This time, 46 again escaped while the officer who was processing him was writing RP's. 10 people were searching for him for roughly 1 hour. He was asking one of the officers whether he has the permission to log off. However, we did not give permission because it was an on-going roleplay. As soon as he was found, he left and did not come back for resuming RP. Evidence of rule breach:

How did the player break the rule(s)? i got into someones car and player 183 appeared and informed me to get out the car which i did, he later proceeded to ask me to drop my bag to which i tried to refuse to do and he ended up pulling out his gun and pointing it at me. After his gun was pulled out i entered fear mode so i complied to what he was saying and I dropped my bag, as I was trying to explain the situation to him he just decided to shoot me and kill me and ended up in the hospital, resulting in me losing my bag, I had no intentions of harming him, i was simply enjoying the rp as I was never in a situation like that before and player 183 ended the interaction way to early by shooting me.. also I had a new player tag and i was killed in an ncz near the bank. 183's defense was that i was trying to steal someones van in a ncz but i did not steal it and in fact got out of the van and as the rules state if nothing has happened to the player or his possessions then it is a victim-less crime. I do admit that it was silly to jump in someones car but I had no intention of stealing it it was just that he left it open and i wanted to see if could drive it. Evidence of rule breach: 1

I then begin my search where i use /me and /do commands, after i successfully RP search him i ask what weapons would i find in /do he then in a /do says "you have eyes, check for yourself" which is just poor RP or pottentialy (7.
