  1. Player(s) being reported: ID 9 & ID 115 Date of interaction reported: 28/04/2022 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1651196756 Your character name: Clarence Vaughn Other player(s) involved: ID 9 & ID 115 Specific rule(s) broken: 9. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum)\ I had just logged into the server, and I went to the garage to get my vehicle. After spawning my vehicle in ID 9 decided to casually rub against my vehicle on the drivers side, damaging my vehicle and also preventing me from getting into it instead of being patient and allowing me to just get in and drive out. I feel like this is a breach of Non-rp since no sane individual would just slide up against another person's vehicle casually and then laugh about it. After that incident I attempted to get back into my vehicle, and then ID 115 spawned his vehicle before I could leave the area which caused my vehicle to flip over and gave me a lot more trouble to have to deal with. ID 9 then starts doing random things like jumping on top of vehicles and hitting it with a golf club, and then just straight up logs out without any attempt to realistically rp any of it, this is also a breach of another part of Rule 9 saying that you cannot log out within 15 minutes of placing yourself into a situation, and to not initiate any situations which you cannot complete within that time. I feel as though if either player attempted to RP rather than just laugh and pretend like nothing happened then I may have been able to overlook the whole situation, but just completely blowing it off and ignoring myself and the situation made the entire experience dull and annoying. Additionally, after rewatching the footage back, ID 9 also just casually takes something out of my vehicle while it is flipped, which I feel is also breaking other rules as why would you just casually loot someone's possessions in front of other people while such a big accident had just occurred? 2. Player(s) being reported: 109 Date of interaction reported: 11/04/22 Unix time stamp from HUD: Your character name: Darragh Curtin Other player(s) involved: N/A Specific rule(s) broken: 14. Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper IC motive and interaction. Prior interaction should include escalation such as a robbery or a report to the police. Players on foot should only be attempted to be hit with a vehicle once with valid motive. Vehicles cannot be used as weapons in active shootouts unless where unavoidable. Players must be able to explain their reason and provide proof of prior reasoning if requested. If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand. How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum)\ I had just logged in and was driving to my house when i seen a Shenzen colored Issi Sport driving through vespucci, i know a couple of people in Shenzhen well and was attempting to see who it was. When i finally caught up with said Issi I Observed that it was not Shenzhen dragons and drove off. Some cars followed me when I drove off and i accidently hit a pole. another individual then also attempted to rob me and had given me demands to get out of the car but didn't and returned to their vehicle and drove away(but i do not have POV of that or their ID). once i was out of my car I noticed ID 109 exiting theirs with a shotgun on their back, I then got into my vehicle quickly and attempted to leave as it appeared as a hostile situation when ID 109 shot at me. I am not sure if any demands were issued as I did not hear any but I do not see any reason why they would in the first place. I also tried explaining to ID 109 that I have no idea why I was shot and I wasn't involved in whatever he assumed I was but he was not interested in what i had to say. Evidence of rule breach: https://streamable.com/p6sl54 ( not my POV but you can still clearly see where I was deathmatched, Individual also said in PM's that they have their POV ready so there shouldn't be any issues.)
  3. Player(s) being reported: Shenzhens at Kortz Date of interaction reported: 12/04/2022 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1649785954 Your character name: Valdrin Bashkimi Other player(s) involved: BSB Specific rule(s) broken: 7. IC and OOC Interactions Public advertisements must only contain realistic IC content and cannot be used for crime. 9. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum)\ This scenario began with the ongoing relationship between Shenzhen and BSB, in which it escalated legitimately to a shootout in Vespucci. After this, BSB sets up at Kortz shortly after, gunfire still being exchanged over the duration of the 2 hours. A Shenzhen kamacho scouted the West, their BF400 scouting the South. During this time more conflict arose between our scout Byrese_Bridge and a Shenzhen member, in which the Shenzhen member was nearly killed, and vise versa. After this, Shenzhen Dragons showed no interest in pushing in, but instead decided to utilize legal channels as a criminal faction, and broadcast a "free money" event at our setup, Kortz center. At the time of the advertisement, it was mid day and the shootout was still ongoing. To no surprise, a variety of players showed up; legal characters, criminal characters and those in between. As a criminal faction, it was pivotal we left the area swiftly as we had a surplus of illegal assets not worth losing. As we are leaving however, BSB is ambushed at the entrance of Kortz, in which LSRoyals and Shenzhen are present. The majority of Shenzhen members where requested to save their POV, their in-game faction chat was utilized to spread this. Requesting them to save their POV: Requesting them to inform Royals to save their POV, confirmation OOCly Royals showed up because of the advertisement: Shenzhen member saying it's a valid IC tactic: As two official criminal factions participated in this, I feel like this report is necessary to showcase what is deemed acceptable roleplay as crims, and if these actions can be repeated and replicated in the future. I think it's important to determine the justification of the advertisement; whether this was legitimately an RP opportunity - and money was going to be distributed to the attendees there held by Shenzhen Dragons, or if it was simply a way to bait an opposing gang out of a setup spot by broadcasting their location on Weazel news, preparing for a shootout knowing full well PD would show up with legal characters, and masking a shootout with "free money” - an event. Evidence of rule breach Evidence can be sent privately as it contains family members in the background. Thank you to the staff taking this report.
  4. Player(s) being reported: ID 70, ID 151 Date of interaction reported: 07/APR/2022. Unix time stamp from HUD: 1649368113 Your character name: Joe Markov Other player(s) involved: Name(s) N/A Specific rule(s) broken: 14. Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper IC motive and interaction. Prior interaction should include escalation such as a robbery or a report to the police. How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum)\ As seen in the POV bellow, I was just traveling up north and into some labs, picking plants both alone and with the other players who I was on the same frequency with, At Sea Labs, I was constantly checking my surroundings for anyone, but there was no one to be seen. All of the sudden next thing I see is player 151 and player 70 jump out of some bushes and open fire on me Instantly, no demands given, I had never encountered/seen them before, no real reason for them to start shooting at me and kill me on sight without a word said. There was simply no roleplay in the situation and I had absolutely no time to react as they gave me no time whatsoever. In the process I had over 30 Marijuana Plants on me, Pistol .50 with 50x bullets and the car I drove was a Jugular with a flopping chop price. I will let the POV bellow speak for itself, but the DM rule was clearly broken here and I can't imagine the "reason" behind this. It is worth saying that right before I died I called for backup on the radio, the boat already sank and I wasn't given any demands that would have expected me to not do so. The "/b save your povs" was meant to be a short and quick reminder that I will be filing a report and having POV from all sides would be helpful. Evidence of rule breach
  5. Player(s) being reported: ID 63 Date of interaction reported: 29/MAR/2022 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1648596288 Your character name: Julia Knox Other player(s) involved: N/A Specific rule(s) broken: 7. IC and OOC Interactions Sexual, torture, or disgusting roleplay is allowed only if all witnesses give prior OOC consent. 9. NonRP Players should not instigate situations they do not have time to play through. If a player is chased they must wait 15 minutes before they can log out of the game. How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum) I had just finished providing medical treatment to ID 63 and was attempting to offer him transport to the hospital, as he was not scriptly injured, when he without my consent or any attempt to get it decided to perform a sexual RP action. (/do cums) As a result of this gross action and attempting to stay in character, I decided I was going to leave and ignore him and his gross display, only for him to follow me and ask for a ride. This resulted in me attempting to lock him in my vehicle only for him to escape and leave the scene after I knowingly called PD. While making a statement to the PD officer who responded, I noticed when I checked the player list/score board that he had logged off. While I myself was not going to chase him, by the time I realized he had logged off PD had deployed a few units to search for him, including an air unit. Evidence of rule breach Video evidence will be provided to staff upon request as it contains Staff chat.
  6. Player(s) being reported: ID 277 & ID 90 Date of interaction reported: 26/March/22 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1648330929 Your characters name: Rad Johnson Other player(s) involved: 160, Stela Carter(47), Jimmy Trenk(117). Specific rule(s) broken: 13. Fear Roleplay (FRP) Fear RP is showing appropriate care and concern to preserve your character's safety and life. If a player's life is in direct danger they must RP adequate fear and comply with demands. If an attacker lowers their weapon to type, victims which were under fear RP remain as so. A player is not showing proper fear if they run while on foot/bike or in an unpowered vehicle and a weapon is aimed at them at close range, or if they drive into an active shootout more than once without the intent of providing cover or fleeing with it. A player still has the option to react if they are in a powered vehicle, if they already have a weapon drawn facing their attacker, or if their attacker's view is obstructed by an object. 9. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. Players are required to remain IC at all times. RP can only be paused or voided by admins. If a crash / disconnect occurs, players must post in the crash reports discord channel and contact all parties to resume. Players reconnecting must be given all opportunities held prior. Players should not instigate situations they do not have time to play through. If a player is chased they must wait 15 minutes before they can log out of the game. Players can’t depict their character with real images or game images not possible on ECRP. Non-off road vehicles may not drive up mountains or steep hills. LSEMS & Mechanics are exempt. Examples: Ignoring RP, baiting government services without proper IC reason, asking to be killed or forcing your own death, unrealistic stunt jumping, misusing expensive vehicles, using script work vehicles for other purpose, submerging any vehicle in water intentionally, swimming for an unrealistic amount of time in a chase, stealing from / tampering with an OOC F4 menu, or using a vehicle to block doors (i.e. a bank or a store). How did the player break the rule(s)? I caught the two guys stealing vehicles from DCC and started chasing them. I had them both at direct gunpoint several times, but they acted like I wasn't even there. I arrested one of the guys and after being surrounded by a lot of guys with guns he decided to run away. Furthermore they were driving the van with blown out tires. After 277 ran away he went into the PG and took his car then came to pick his friend up, while going over stairs with a sports car.
