  1. Player(s) being reported: ID 57, ID 221, ID 86 Date of interaction reported: 26/May/2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1590471781 Your characters name: Akio Asakura Other player(s) involved: Tom Moretti, multiple members of the Crimson Syndicate Specific rule(s) broken: 8. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. Examples of actions that are considered as non-roleplay: • Baiting Government Services - Provoking a reaction from faction services without a realistic reason / or calling faction services to e.g. rob them. • Mercy Killing - Asking to be killed by a friend (Killing a friend falls under deathmatching). • Unrealistic stunt jumping or the use of an expensive vehicle to ram into other vehicles. • Spawning a scripted work vehicle and using it for anything other than its intended purpose. • Submerging any vehicle in water or unrealistically beaching any watercraft. • Swimming in water for an unrealistic amount of time or without a destination during a chase. Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. If you are unable to reconnect it may be excused after providing proof that would give you a valid reason not to return. In a situation where a player gets away from an incident where they're being chased/pursued, they must wait 15 minutes before they can logout. Players should not instigate roleplay situations if they do not have time to play it through. Players who ignore answering roleplay commands directed at them, e.g. /do. In a situation where a player’s game crashes or the player is kicked from the server, they should be allowed to have the same advantages as they have had before their leave. Players should not deprive other players of roleplay, e.g. early on the interaction asking them not to speak unless it makes sense in the roleplay situation. 9. Metagaming (MG) Metagaming is the act of relaying IC information through any method not considered IC that has the potential to change current or future roleplay scenarios or using that information. Mixing IC and OOC information without any benefit is a minor MG offense. For example, a player uses IC chat to call someone by their player ID displayed above their head. 11. No Crime Zones (NCZ) A no crime zone is an area where players may not commit any actions considered crimes. Players must not disobey orders of law enforcement officers but are allowed to flee. The /NCZ command and HUD notification are indicators of being in a protected area although it is up to administrator discretion if your actions are in violation of NCZ rules. If a player uses the NCZ for protection the attacker must wait for that player to leave the area. Players may not go to a NCZ within 15 minutes after engaging in criminal activity or using it as protection from a resulting chase, unless you are turning yourself in to law enforcement. NO CRIME ZONES: • “Tequil La La” club, “Yellow Jack Inn” bar, and the block around them. • All government offices, law enforcement offices, hospitals, banks, and the blocks around them. • Los Santos Airport, Bus Depot, Department of Motor Vehicles, and the block around them. 13. Fear Roleplay (FRP) Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s safety and life. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger: • When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range. • When you’re in a vehicle that is stalled or turned off and a weapon is aimed at you close range. • When the attacker lowers their weapon to type or roleplay, your life remains in direct danger. • Driving a vehicle into an active shootout more than once without the intent of providing cover for a friend or yourself, or fleeing with it. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is NOT considered to be in direct danger: • When you are in a car which engine is not stalled. • When you have a firearm drawn and are facing the other person before they attacked. • When the attacker’s view is obstructed by an object or when they turn their back on you. As a victim, whose life is in direct danger: • You must display reasonable value for your life and comply with the demands of your attacker. • You cannot call 911 or call your friends or allies to aid you. 14. Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper roleplay reason and interaction. Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property. • If they report you to the police for a serious crime. • If they are not in compliance with plausible demands, attempt to escape, or call backup. A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands. A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands. If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand(s). Vehicles cannot be used to attack a player on foot more than once, including a failed attempt. Vehicles cannot be used as a weapon in an active shootout unless it's unavoidable when fleeing an active shootout. Killing a player that has obeyed all orders and demands during a roleplay situation is allowed, with roleplay, only within 3 hours of: Severe hostile or criminal action is taken against you, e.g. someone is robbing you at gunpoint. (Excluding police aiming a gun at you.) Someone is attempting to take your life. Someone is attempting to take the life of your close friend or ally, or if you have witnessed it happen. You must explain your reason to kill to the player IC and have OOC evidence proving your reason. How did the player break the rule(s)? It all started when I was driving John Corsetti’s Sultan RS to the Bank to store some cash after selling my RV to him. Then someone (presumably ID 57) steals the car right out of the NCZ but I was not able to capture it. Seeing as there is no Moderator+ online, I continued with the RP and went looking for the Sultan RS. Me and Tom Moretti find the Sultan RS and begin a pursuit. During the pursuit, ID 57 stalls the car and gets on foot and is placed under Fear RP by myself. Instead of complying, ID 57 takes out his own weapon. Rule break 1 After getting injured, ID 57 proceed to try to call for help while being surrounded by multiple armed men. I believe this is another breach of Fear RP but granted he did stop using his phone. Out of the blue, ID 57’s ally ID 221 shows up out of nowhere, with no possible way to find out that his ally was there or was in danger and runs John Corsetti over. This is Metagame and also VDM as he did not have any reason to RPly run us over since he did not know his ally was in danger and also Metagame because he just appeared out of nowhere and knew exactly what to do. Rule break 2 Then after ID 221 is shot and drove off, ID 86, yet another ally of ID 57 shows up and runs 2 more people over. Yet again, VDM and also Metagame for the exact same reasons as ID 221. Rule break 3 Once we find out where ID 86 was hiding, we come up to him and was about to place him at gunpoint when ID 86 all of the sudden very conveniently disconnects. I believe this was a clear combat log to avoid any losses as there was no crash message at all on ECRP discord. Rule break 4 Lastly, we meet ID 221 again lurking around and proceed to chase him. ID 221 then flees to the Bank, a No Crime Zone in less than 15 minutes of doing a crime and also being pursued. Once told to leave the NCZ area, ID 221 proceeds to mix in VOIP telling us to “report.” Rule break 5 The entire video can be seen below. The entire situation was such poor RP from their side and stealing cars from NCZs, fleeing under gunpoint, running over multiple people as well as hiding in a NCZ after committing crimes is something extremely unappealing to people looking for RP in an RP server. Player(s) being reported: ID 239 & Date of interaction reported: 2020-05-27 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1590595522 Your characters name: Tab Yez Other player(s) involved: Specific rule(s) broken: Robberies are to be conducted in a realistic manner and require the robber to have a reasonable in character motive. High risk, but little reward robberies are deemed unrealistic and should not be performed. Robberies should be performed in secluded areas where there is a low chance to be seen by witnesses. How did the player break the rule(s)? So I was driving my car when suddenly I see bike's driving towards me, I accidentally crashed into them and then wanted to bring the injured girl to MD when some of her friends turned to me and robbed me. They robbed me for a .50 and a gps + my phone battery in a public area (road). When I asked the man in PM's asking what rp reason he had to rob me, he said his rp reason is that ''Novak is a good chop and .50 is valuable nowadays'', the car was taken and then returned, they took my Novak into [NCZ] Medic and then they left it without chopping. After ID 40 robbed me taking a lot of my stuff, me and my friend started chasing after him, and after finding him he disconnected, waited for 20 mins and checked crash report, nothing appeared. Evidence of rule breach: I covered video part when I enter my house so the info about my safes and lock codes won't be leaked. If staff prefer raw video I can send them it in direct message. First of all I would suspect them all for metagaming, because none of them had a radio or were seen speaking and reporting ongoing situation. Secondly, ID 18, ID 244, ID 126 seen as ramming us and flying into us multiple times, crashing into us at high speeds just to kill us, by me this would be considered as poor RP (Non RP) and VDM. Thirdly, ID 53 Was stalling RP, not answering in /do (Non RP), did not give all the cash from the taken wallet and probably was relaying information to his other friends in a third party program(Metagaming). I would like to see any of reported people's POV and how they got information to check if they were not metagaming. Fear RP done by me: at the video time: 5:53 you can see me getting on the bike and turning engine on while I was held at gunpoint. My reasoning behind is that I was distracted and angry that I was still thinking my friend was there. Then I understanded that he was an enemy, I jumped off my bike and tried to shoot him. before jumping on the bike, I had my gun out and could fire back, but like I said I was not following the situation that was going around. I will accept any punishment caused by a rule break and won't argue if that action is considered as a rule break. Evidence of rule breach:

Id 156 rammed twice the person the the bush twice @ 40 seconds, secondly he broke FearRp multiple times, after i shot him and injured him, I went up to him to tell him to stop talking on radio. ID 10 provided horrible robbery role play and broke NRP I believe. I thought she was joking at first. "He's gunna rob us ooohhh nooooo" then proceeds to pull off some sort of non forceful robbery which I thought was a joke. I was really confused by the whole situation. She also says something like "Yeaaaa I'm gunna shoot you with my dick". Nobody in real life would talk like that if they were attempting to plan or rob someone. ID 143 can also be heard saying things like "You move, you dead" and "you come out the store you dead" that is NRP I think. Both of their backs were both turned to me and no guns were even held up at me so I tried to make a break for my bike. ID 143 then proceeds to DM me without giving me any form of verbal demands to stop or get off my bike. He just flat out kills me. You can hear ID 10 saying "Oooo kill him, Kill kill kill" no valid demands at all. When I tried to talk OOC to try and figure out why it happened like that, ID 10 just says "OH XDDD" "WELP XD" Evidence of rule breach: https://streamable.com/mfnxra

IC and OOC Interactions Players are required to remain in-character (IC) at all times. Text chat, VOIP, radio, phone and commands like /ME and /do are to be used only for IC content. IC content must not contain acronyms like “lol” or “u” or smiley faces excluding IC SMS. For OOC content, players must use chat commands that encase the content in brackets. For example: (( this is OOC content )). OOC chat commands are /OOC, /O, /B, /PM and /F. OOC videos or screenshots can be used as IC evidence only if the footage contains the character using the /RECORD command to hold a phone in their hand. Property interiors can have cameras only if the owner roleplays installation and takes time stamped screenshots with the camera angle as evidence. Exteriors only if there is an object. You may roleplay a hidden camera, wire, or dash cam in a vehicle if recordings are unedited and include roleplay starting and ending. Attempts to search must be answered truthfully in /do. Sexual, torture, or extremely gross roleplay is allowed only if all involved parties (participants and witnesses) have agreed to it in OOC text chat, prior to the actual roleplay being performed. Only administrators are allowed force pause RP or investigate rule breaches. Only administrators are allowed to void roleplay scenarios at their discretion. Players are welcome to voice their opinion but should never disobey administrators. A /REPORT does not pause roleplay unless an admin does so Advertising and Public Chat It is prohibited to advertise or discuss other GTA V multiplayer communities on any ECLIPSE platform including self created content promoted on ECLIPSE platforms. All players must be able to communicate in English and IC chat must be English only. Foreign language in-character must be done as such: “[Language] English Text” Other languages may be used in private only if everyone who can see has agreed to it. Players may use offensive language in IC chat for roleplay but not excessively. Players must not threaten other players or use offensive language in OOC chat or OOC context. How did the player break the rule(s)? I don't report often but this report made any sort of RP unbearable. I was camping the individual's house after he had (debatably) fear rp'ed in front his door while entering. I waited outside for a brief moment until the man exited the house. I wanted to try to RP a house raid and get inside as he was mentioning earlier he had multiple guns inside his house. I tried robbing him and as seen in the video he didn't fear for his life and kept calling me names and refusing to unlock his door. Secondly, he OOC and IC mixed by saying at the end of the video and in the screenshot below, something along the lines of you can't forum report me and then mentioning a rule. Thirdly, I was insulted over 3 times in OOC which made me decide to add this to the report. Like I said, I don't report often but these type of players shouldn't be on this server. 12. Player(s) being reported: ID 180, ID 167 Date of interaction reported: 12/04/2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1586702788 Your characters name: Carlos Rodriguez Other player(s) involved: Specific rule(s) broken: 14. 8. 13. How did the player break the rule(s)? during the shootout with Skulls ID 180 rammed several people with the elegy he then changed cars and rammed/attempted to ram more and return into the shootout with the only intent of running more people over. At :30 on the 2nd video he even hits ID 147 then reverses over him leaves the area and comes back again. The same thing happens with ID 168 he enters the shootout several times with the elegy having no fear for his life.

New Life Rule (NLR) The new life rule is triggered whenever a player’s character spawns at a hospital. Players cannot force their own death. The deceased character loses memory of their death, the events that caused it and the information collected in that time frame. Example: A player is killed in a robbery. The player’s knowledge of the robbery, the robber and their death is not usable by the player in their new life. All parties involved must avoid interaction with each other for 30 minutes. A player must not return to the area of their death for that time frame or attempt to retrieve lost possessions from involved players. Official faction members may return to their HQ and resume faction duties but must abide by the NLR rules in all other ways How did the player break the rule(s)? I accepted a call to ID 137 to drive him from Pillbox to Aegis Firearms near the foundry. When I arrived at the destination I saw a dead body that looked like my client. I then later saw my client attempting to search from a dead body that looks exactly like him. Evidence: https://imgur.com/a/EySuUlX

How did the player break the rule(s)? ID 40's car stalls and I order him out of the car, gun drawn. He refuses to comply while starting his engine back up. He then proceeds to argue some more for a few moments, before reversing and fleeing the scene. Obviously this makes me frustrated, because ID 40 outright breaks Fear RP and ruins the RP scenario.
