Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. If you are unable to reconnect it may be excused after providing proof that would give you a valid reason not to return. In a situation where a player gets away from an incident where they're being chased/pursued, they must wait 15 minutes before they can logout. Players should not instigate roleplay situations if they do not have time to play it through. Players who ignore answering roleplay commands directed at them, e.g. /do. In a situation where a player’s game crashes or the player is kicked from the server, they should be allowed to have the same advantages as they have had before their leave. Players should not deprive other players of roleplay, e.g. early on the interaction asking them not to speak unless it makes sense in the roleplay situation. 14. Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper roleplay reason and interaction. Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property. • If they report you to the police for a serious crime. • If they are not in compliance with plausible demands, attempt to escape, or call backup. A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands. A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands. If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand(s). Vehicles cannot be used to attack a player on foot more than once, including a failed attempt. Vehicles cannot be used as a weapon in an active shootout unless it's unavoidable when fleeing an active shootout. Killing a player that has obeyed all orders and demands during a roleplay situation is allowed, with roleplay, only within 3 hours of: Severe hostile or criminal action is taken against you, e.g. someone is robbing you at gunpoint. 3. Player(s) being reported: ID 97 Date of interaction reported: 15/05/2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1589511636 Your characters name: Elijah Petrelli Other player(s) involved: Specific rule(s) broken: " Vehicles cannot be used to attack a player on foot more than once, including a failed attempt. Vehicles cannot be used as a weapon in an active shootout unless it's unavoidable when fleeing an active shootout. " How did the player break the rule(s)? I walked up to him without aiming my weapon, but made sure that he could see it, and asked him to not picklock the car he was trying to steal, as I had just met the owner of the vehicle a few hours prior to this and he was nice to me, so I thought I'd stop his car from being stolen. The guy stealing the car agrees to stop picklocking the car and proceeds to run me over twice, then proceeds to picklock my car instead. Also important to note that the person who ran me over did not loot me, however, because of this rule breach, someone else looted me after he left and I ended up losing some items, not enough for a refund request, but it did impact my roleplay that followed that scenario. I was tabbed out of the game in my car watching a video, I hear a noise so I tab back in. I see that I am being blocked in by an expensive sports car on either side of my much more powerful muscle car, which can be considered NRP. Due to it being a muscle car, I could have rammed my way out of it, but I wanted to avoid being accused of VDM. Additionally, the whole robbery seems a little high risk/little reward. Three armed men rolling up just for a gps, bag and mask? Doesn't seem very realistic. As well as this, you can hear ID 434 saying "tell him to crack on with a report" or something to that effect, which is mixing. I made sure to inform them that they are being reported, so they should have footage. Evidence of rule breach: https://streamable.com/e1qqke I'd be willing to drop the report if they apologised and returned the items. Thank you to whoever takes this report

  6. Player(s) being reported: ID 41 Date of interaction reported: 5/11/2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1589234910 Your characters name: Lily Woods Other player(s) involved: N/A Specific rule(s) broken: 15. Player Theft, Prison Breakout, and Kidnapping Robberies are to be conducted in a realistic manner and require the robber to have a reasonable in character motive. High risk, but little reward robberies are deemed unrealistic and should not be performed. Robberies should be performed in secluded areas where there is a low chance to be seen by witnesses. Players cannot force their victims to withdraw money from an ATM, sell property, or sell vehicles. Players cannot force their victims to hand over assets that are not present in the area. Players cannot steal from players with “NEW PLAYER” above their head unless it is in retaliation. Players with the (( NEW PLAYER )) tag that deliberately insert themselves into or start active crime scenes lose their new player protection during those illegal activities. Players may not steal from their faction treasury as the F4 menu is OOC. Permission for prison break must be approved by a Moderator+ prior to the attempt. Players may participate in no more than 1 prison break attempt within 1 OOC week. Official Factions may attempt 2 additional breaks in the case the prisoner is the faction leader. Players are allowed to kidnap or to take other players hostage for these specific reasons: • You have to have a roleplay reason to kill the victim in accordance with the a, b, and c points under DM section. • If you attempt to commit robbery of a property, you are allowed to hold the players within that property until you have finished the robbery. An NPC is not a valid hostage. • If a hostage situation involves police in any way all of players involved in holding the hostage may not take another hostage for 1 OOC week. Players can give consent to other players to be kidnapped outside of the stipulations above if the roleplay makes sense, but they should in such cases avoid involving law enforcement in any way due to the consented roleplay. 7. IC and OOC Interactions Players are required to remain in-character (IC) at all times. Text chat, VOIP, radio, phone and commands like /ME and /do are to be used only for IC content. IC content must not contain acronyms like “lol” or “u” or smiley faces excluding IC SMS. For OOC content, players must use chat commands that encase the content in brackets. For example: (( this is OOC content )). OOC chat commands are /OOC, /O, /B, /PM and /F. OOC videos or screenshots can be used as IC evidence only if the footage contains the character using the /RECORD command to hold a phone in their hand. Property interiors can have cameras only if the owner roleplays installation and takes time stamped screenshots with the camera angle as evidence. Exteriors only if there is an object. You may roleplay a hidden camera, wire, or dash cam in a vehicle if recordings are unedited and include roleplay starting and ending. Attempts to search must be answered truthfully in /do. Sexual, torture, or extremely gross roleplay is allowed only if all involved parties (participants and witnesses) have agreed to it in OOC text chat, prior to the actual roleplay being performed. Only administrators are allowed force pause RP or investigate rule breaches. Only administrators are allowed to void roleplay scenarios at their discretion. Players are welcome to voice their opinion but should never disobey administrators. A /REPORT does not pause roleplay unless an admin does so. How did the player break the rule(s)? I was mining oil with my journey when I was suddenly given demands to put my hands up as ID 41 shouts "HANDS UP NIGGA, this is a fukin robbery anybody moves i shoot". I didn't understand why he was robbing me as I clearly didn't have anything that could be classified as a high reward, so I asked OOC what his IC reason was to rob me. Instead of writing in /b his reason behind he's robbing me, he says in IC chat "To stela the van" which is mixing between IC and OOC. I told him that he had just mixed and he ignored it and tells me "stop tallingh" which I assume means stop talking and continued on with the RP. I tell him that I can report him for mixing and robbing me without an IC reason. He completely ignores me and starts telling me I have three seconds to open the van which isn't very realistic as there is a gun to my head which would make me nervous trying to open my vehicle as my hands would be shaking. I only opened the van as I didn't want to be seen as stalling RP which I wasn't. The only reason I went to /b so I can understand what the RP reasons are as I didn't have any bag or gun on my character. This player also doesn't know who I am, so there is even more reason to not rob me as I am a complete stranger to him. After opening my van, he gets inside of it and begins to drive off leaving his own car behind. I attempt to get into his car wondering if he left it unlocked which he did letting me get inside and chase him which I do. He stops and says "Fuck off or I shoot". I leave telling him I will see him at chop as I assume that's where he was going with my journey. I don't know what the player was hoping to gain out of it that can be deemed "high reward" as a journey isn't much of a high reward as there isn't much inside besides the oil I was mining and an empty bag. How did the player break the rule(s)? Deathmatch: They were telling me to pull over, but I decided not to, so they decide to attempt to ram me off the road multiple time and eventually made me stall. How did the player break the rule(s)? Long story short... I wouldn't have made this report if this two guys would showed some kind of a acceptable RP. They came out of nowhere, /frisk-ed me without any kind of a RP, telling me that I'm in the wrong, taking the crate on a bike without any kind of a RP. And all of this came after the last rules changes. Who will ever go to rob someone who's mining oil and will take his watch, earrings or stuff like this? I'm sorry for this very long clip, in fact I'm sorry for this report. I was robbed many times but never ever with such a poor RP. They didn't RP anything, just took my stuff and that was all. Myself being one of the ones injured and this random guy ID 3 that i had zero interactions with decided to run up and begin to hit me killing me. He was warned that he was going to be reported if he had killed me since I was so fed up with his group that continuously terrorize grove street Dming, Vdming, Breaking NLR, breaking FRP, and possibly even metagaming since i never see them with radios but they some how manage to communicate with one another.
