Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger: • When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range. • When you’re in a vehicle that is stalled or turned off and a weapon is aimed at you close range. • When the attacker lowers their weapon to type or roleplay, your life remains in direct danger. • Driving a vehicle in an active shootout more than once without the intent of protecting a friend, fleeing with it, or using it as cover. Powergaming (PG) Forceful roleplay that does not give the other player a chance to roleplay their own response is considered powergaming. Other players must be given a chance to roleplay outcomes of actions. Roleplay of unrealistic actions like super strength is another form of powergaming. All statements in /DO must be factually true in the roleplay as it sets grounds for roleplay. Roleplay is required before forceful server commands which may be used without consent from the other party if they are unresponsive and not typing for 30 seconds or more. A player cannot use the faction management script to destroy a faction as it is OOC. Government funded faction members must not abuse the salary system and must go off-duty when they are not performing their faction duties. If you perform an action which will influence potential RP in the future, you must have OOC evidence of performing said RP. OOC evidence should consist of a recording or screenshot and it needs to be timestamped (/time). RP would only be valid for 48 hours or until your character dies and NLR is triggered. The time limit does not apply to rule 7." Combat logging as well but thats not in the rule book How did the player break the rule(s)? Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player or their property without a proper roleplay reason. Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property. • If they report you to the police for a serious crime. • If they are not in compliance with demands, attempt to escape, or call other players for help in a situation where they are required to display fear under fear roleplay rules. A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands. A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands. If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand(s). How did the player break the rule(s)? At blatant gunpoint they showed 0 to very little care for their life. Normally a scenario like this wouldn't warrant a report, but I felt as though after this player stole a vehicle from us, was chased for roughly 5-10 mins, and was held at gunpoint, they'd engage in some roleplay. They did not, and proceeded to try and punch me while being surrounded. I PMed the reported party shortly after to tell them the rules they broke, but they had already logged off. Running into the complex i spot another and tell him multiple times to put his hands up to which he does not comply to. How did the player break the rule(s)? I saw this guy trying to jack a car i knew was broken so i roll up next to him and tell him to put his hands up. He is very resilient about not doing what i tell him though. I tell him to go towards to church and get out of the road as i dont want all the heat on me he then slowly starts walking left and right. I then finally tell him to take a right up here and point with my gun. To this he just kinda walks away from where im trying to get him to. At this point i can tell what im dealing with so i decide to have him drop the gun right then and there before he becomes a issues that might kill me for not following rules. I notice he keeps turning towards me as i told him to drop his gun. While at gunpoint he pulls out the gun though instead of dropping it starts shooting at me. I then put him down and leave then scene only to show up 2 minutes later to tell him he is getting reported to which he just talked to me in voice chat instead of /o as i was talking to him in. How did the player break the rule(s)? We chased him 2-4 times after he had kidnapped and robbed one of our friends, and every single time he fled to the parking lot behind the bank stating that because he didn't attack us specifically, he can do that. Evidence of rule breach: After we had mentioned the NCZ evasion OOCly, he then chose to sit there like this for 15+ minutes. The other players involved are mentioned as they were in the chase with us. He did this 2 or 3 more times afterwards as well, but I only have this footage. I don't have the chase on shadowplay as I didn't think he'd start hiding in an NCZ and my shadowplay was only set to go back 1min and 15sec. He does somewhat acknowledge the chase in OOC and all of the other players involved can vouch that it did happen, as well as multiple LSPD officers which I can name if needed.

If you crash, you must reconnect to the server and inform the other parties and attempt to resume the roleplay scenario. 7.8.2 In a situation, where a player’s game crashes or the player is kicked from the server, they should be allowed to have the same advantages as they have had before their leave. How did the player break the rule(s)? When we wanted to steal from the target person. He left the game twice consecutively. We still waited and the person did not enter the game. 21. Player(s) being reported: ID 58 Date of interaction reported: 15/06/19 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1560570416 and 1560570888 Your characters name: Skye Luna Other player(s) involved: Jordan Basco (76) and Earnie Shavers (123) Specific rule(s) broken: Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. Examples of actions that are considered as non-roleplay: • Cop Baiting - Provoking a reaction from emergency services without a realistic reason. • Mercy Killing - Asking to be killed by a friend (Killing a friend falls under deathmatching). • Unrealistic stunt jumping or the use of an expensive vehicle to ram into other vehicles. • Spawning a scripted work vehicle and using it for crimes or submerging any vehicle in water. • Swimming in water for an unrealistic amount of time or without a destination during a chase. Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. If you are unable to reconnect it may be excused after providing proof. In a situation where a player’s game crashes or the player is kicked from the server, they should be allowed to have the same advantages as they have had before their leave. Fear Roleplay (FRP) Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s safety and life. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is NOT considered to be in direct danger: • When you are in a car which engine is not stalled. • When you have a firearm drawn and are facing the other person before they attacked. • When the attacker’s view is obstructed by an object or when they turn their back on you. As a victim, whose life is in direct danger: • You must display reasonable value for your life and comply with the demands of your attacker. • You cannot call 911 or call your friends or allies to aid you. How did the player break the rule(s)? Myself and my cadet were on a general patrol and respond to a store robbery call, upon arriving we can see about 5 or so suspects wearing orange inside the store robbing it. Upon having a bit of a shootout with them, they run out the store and I chase after one of them (ID 58), he goes to a dead end and has his gun lowered, I aim my shotgun literally point blank from him and shout "Hands" and he just run straight past me, literally touching my gun and continues like it never happened, screaming over his radio for backup, therefor breaking Fear RP the first time (after he runs again, I catch a different person and yell "hands" and "on your knees" and they heard me and complied so my microphone was definitely working) then maybe 10 mins later as we are finishing up the scene and have 2 of them in cuffs, ID 58 and his friends pull up, ID 58 gets out his friend's car and runs to his car which was left at the scene and gets in it while another officer is literally aiming a shotgun at him again point blank almost and telling him "hands up" and "dont get in the car" then he just drives away. Approaching the scene with armed officers, running straight into the middle of the scene to grab his car back is none rp in my opinion and also Fear RP because he got in the car and drove it away while having a shotgun pointed at him. Evidence of rule breach: First video where he is running and aim shotgun point blank contains staff chat/reports and will need to be sent privately to handling staff. Second video for when they come back 10 mins later for the car: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V2awkMgzC0k
  22. Player(s) being reported: ID 99 Date of interaction reported: 15/06/2019 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1560621199 Your characters name: Ayjay_Harlem Other player(s) involved: ID 4 witnessed this take place, he was with the individual who robbed me. Specific rule(s) broken: 15. Player Theft, Prison Breakout, and Kidnapping Players cannot steal from players with “NEW PLAYER” above their head unless it is in retaliation. How did the player break the rule(s)? Whilst I was delivering a parcel as a Courier, I fell from a balcony and had to call for a medic. Two indivudals pulled up in their cars, one of the indivudals (99) asked me what happened. Whilst I was typing a response, he began checking my inventory and looting my body. Little roleplay happened here, it all felt quite unfair from my perspective as there was little I could do to stop this from happening. I'd also like to point out that I am under 5k XP, if I'm not mistaken this means that I display the "new player" tag above my head in-game still, which means this user shouldn't of stolen from me. I have never met these guys before, I haven't given them any reason to rob me. Apologies if I'm missing something, it might turn out what these guys did was completely fine, but after revising the rules quite a bit it seems that they were in the wrong here. Evidence of rule breach: Thanks!

    ID 94 DM

Player(s) being reported: ID 94 Date of interaction reported: 12/06/2019 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1560377262 Your characters name: Ray_Gonzalo Other player(s) involved: N/A Specific rule(s) broken: Deathmatch (DM) ● Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player or their property without a proper roleplay reason. ● Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property. • If they report you to the police for a serious crime. • If they are not in compliance with demands, attempt to escape, or call other players for help in a situation where they are required to display fear under fear roleplay rules. ● A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands. ● A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands. ● You must give demands via text if used as a reason to attack as VOIP isn’t always heard. ● Vehicles cannot be used to attack another player more than once including a failed attempt. ● Kill on Sight (KoS) is the act of killing a player with no engagement in roleplay. The person who has KoS rights must have evidence prior to committing the kill. ● Killing a player without warning or roleplay is allowed only within 24 hours of: • Your life being threatened not including law enforcement aiming weaponry. • The life of your friend or ally is presently being threatened or if you have witnessed it happen. • A player attempting to steal your assets worth greater than $75,000 not including vehicles. How did the player break the rule(s)? The guy attacked me when I released the spacebar, as I was on the hill I rolled down slightly and he shot at me instantly - Not to mention the fact that I can't even see his gun until he shoots. On top of that, his demands were extremely basic and gave me no threat - "Out of the fucking bike". Evidence of rule breach:
