ID 125 misses me and Chuck_Derda in the first part. It can be seen clearly that he makes an attempt to hit us, as he comes barreling through the electrical poll, where we were standing. Next, he turns around and hits me. He failed his first attempt, then goes for a second, which is considered (V)DM. ID 8 can clearly be seen trying to hit me multiple times, after he has already missed me. The major loss here is that we lost a shoot-out due to the VDM. This type of roleplay is unacceptable. How did the player break the rule(s)? After being in a pursuit down East Highway, two cruisers swapped and positioned in the opposite lane of traffic, then attempting to head on collide with me whilst travelling at speeds greater than 180kmh directly leading to my arrest. ID137 was the initial car to position onto the oncoming lane of traffic to attempt to drive directly into me causing me to swerve as seen in the SlowMo video from 00:03 to 00:10. The cruiser moves from a halt, steering directly towards me attempting a head on collision, ID136 was the second car to position onto the oncoming lane directly in my way can be seen in the SlowMo video from 00:10 to 00:16. He reverses from a stand still in the oncoming lane attempting to directly intercept me with the rear of his car after I dodged the first vehicle. Still travelling at speeds excessive of 150kmh From 00:19 to 00:24 in the SlowMo video you can see me attempting to correct the swerve caused by the ram which takes longer than usual due to a popper front wheel, where I am then desync pitted by the SD SUV pushing me back into the central reservation and instantly injured, all of while the SUV slams itself into a brick wall going 160kmh. From 00:27 to 00:35 in the SlowMo video it can be seen that the both the cruisers who attempted to intercept me nrp'ly caused direct injuries to their allies, seen by the PD cruise that does multiple rolls by up the slip road. As seen in prior reports it is known that the above is both NRP/FRP as this action would not be realistically performed in real life at such high speeds of the incoming vehicle, especially as the occupants were still present in their vehicles in a crash that would have likely killed them, not to mention the critical injuries would have came with causing their allies cruiser to crash into them and flip further down the road. In a TAC channel where everything is clearly communicated ahead of time, there was no excuse for not planning ahead and exiting the cruisers which would have prevent them from directly endangering their characters lives. These actions directly resulted in my arrest, whereas if this never occurred I still faced a chance to escape due to driving a vehicle that is able to easily outrun police vehicles. Due to this arrest I faced 70 minutes being processed, a further 140 minutes in jail, 10k in fines and losing the following items: AK with 100~ bullets + Extended Mag, Pistol .50 with 50~ bullets, and an overall poor experience. Metagaming is the act of relaying IC information through any method not considered IC that has the potential to change current or future roleplay scenarios or using that information. The new life rule is triggered whenever a player’s character spawns at a hospital. Players cannot force their own death. The deceased character loses memory of their death, the events that caused it and the information collected in that time frame. Example: A player is killed in a robbery. Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper roleplay reason and interaction. Vehicles cannot be used to attack a player on foot more than once, including a failed attempt. How did the player break the rule(s)? Alot of rules are broken in the video, Firstly all of the players who are being reported logged off after being shot at. One of them comes to the area with another character in hopes to collect their loot, I anticipated this and waited. I see the random come to the exact location where one of them logged off, and one player logged back on, so me thinking ahead(Metagaming), I kill him to make sure he doesnt get away with loot. I leave the area after a while and see a money truck coming. Im thinking that its some random person, but he goes to an area where there are no ATM's, I see that their id's are the same from the people that logged back on and that I killed.(NLR) They take their car from Sandy Shores and leave briefly. They come back to the exact spot where they just died, and see their friend has also logged back on.(NLRx2) WHAT A COINCIDENCE(Metagaming x2). Now this is where I know I fucked up, I approach them in attempt to tell them that they are breaking NLR. I see that he is looting the person that just logged on. In attempt to stop him from doing so, and me being greedy I try to rob the man. I point a gun at him while he doesnt have one out. He ofcourse breaks the (FEAR RP) Rule and shoot me. Once they start leaving, You can see that one of them shoots their friend in order to kill them and pick him up at Pillbox MD, also seen in the video. As im leaving the PillBox to go to my house, I can see them returning to City (Picking up their friend). I see one of them turning around and chasing me, which leads into him attempting to smash into me (VDM). He then continues going and smashes into me once more. (VDMx2). Evidence of rule breach: You can see some parts of the clips are stuttering, this is due to me alt tabbing to try to communicate to an admin in discord as most of them are observing/participating in the ongoing event. EDIT: You can see that the person I pm'd doesnt care that he will be punished as "its only 30 minutes in jail" EDIT 2: I would like to be compensated/refunded my items. This level of RP is unacceptable in the community and I almost left from these guys pissing me off so much. I understand that the value of assets doesnt exceed 25k, But I hope that the administrator taking this report can acknowledge my frustration.

How did the player break the rule(s)? He was robbing me in the meat drop off point, I had my hands up and he was behind me pointing gun at me. He tried to frisk me and I accepted it because he was aiming and I couldn't do anything. Then he lowered his gun and got busy taking stuff from my inventory ( he didn't search me for weapon first, my knife was completely visible ). While he was busy, I lowered my hands, took my knife while turning around and stab it into his neck, which takes less than 1 seconds IRL. When I asked will I success he said "No you won't be able to with your hands up". He was taking stuff from me! I clearly had enough time to lower one of my hands and do it, and he wasn't RPly aiming at me. Then he refused to accept it and kept doing the RP he wanted! I contacted an admin with /report but he shot & killed me and said I'm refusing to RP. (??!) Mixing IC and OOC information without any benefit is a minor MG offense. For example, a player uses IC chat to call someone by their player ID displayed above their head. How did the player break the rule(s)? So, they had an SMG pointed at my vehicle, as I hit their vehicle on the highway, (even though it was a bit of desync), now, bit of context, I had just returned from Code 0 and did not realise that my unit number had got screwed, so I had to /joinunit again in order to press panic. Now, I spoke and started to exit the vehicle, and as I done so, I pressed the panic button on my radio. If I was exiting a vehicle, as they demanded, and pushed a panic at the same time, which would have been on the radio on the duty belt, while exiting a vehicle, I very highly doubt this would have been visible to them. They have seen the /ame above my head and assumed they would have seen it. After discussing with fellow faction members, they said that they shouldnt be RPing they would have seen it if I was inside the vehicle. I'd say that its even more difficult they see it as i exit the vehicle. I'm unsure of this one, but ill post anyway so that it's cleared up in my head. Mixing IC and OOC information without any benefit is a minor MG offense. For example, a player uses IC chat to call someone by their player ID displayed above their head. How did the player break the rule(s)? 8, NRP: I tased 159 when they were climbing up a ladder. They were inside a cage, so there is no way they would have landed on the roof. This is poor quality roleplay. 8, NRP: ID 159 must have asked their friend, ID 78 to mercy kill them. They were just standing there typing in PMs to me, while allowing their friend to punch them to death 8, NRP: ID 78 hightailed it to the parking lot, parked, and immediately logged after the incident, giving me no time to check his plate to ID, and maybe trace him if I had chosen to do so. I dont have any attachable evidence other than that @punched took my IG report and said they had logged already, giving me that information. I think it could be argued that me trying to initiate Fear-RP on him (commence police roleplay) would count as pursuing him (synonymous with engage), even though I did not physically chase him as I was completely baffled at what I had just seen and decided to call an admin instead 14, DM: In the Non-RP rules it states that asking to be mercy killed is Non-RP, while actually mercy killing is DM. There was no RP reason why their friend would murder them 9, MG: I suspected metagaming right from the start, as ID 78 shows up to my traffic stop (about 10 minutes before the first clip) without any radio or text messages being exchanged, and then blocks my door. Later, when the mercy killing happened, im pretty sure there was no IC request to be mercy killed; I'm assuming they asked that OOCly, knowing it was a rule breach. Additionally, I saw no IC communication telling ID 78 where ID 159 was, considering he would be hard to spot on a rooftop and that I should have been in range to hear it Evidence of rule breach: This first clip shows ID 78 and 159 evading together, which shows me they are allies. @punched told me that ID 78 was indeed the same person in both clips. Unix 1578270419 https://streamable.com/ve849 The second clip shows the chunk of the poor RP, starting with 150 running the instant they spawn, with no regard to what would actually occur IRL in that situation. Then, when I ask them to step out, they run again, and the rest of the above-mentioned happens https://streamable.com/tu3zm At the conclusion of this, I would like to know whether I should be placing charges for what they did after running from the hospital (the start of this report). I had already placed charges when he was first placed in police custody, as we never have anyone die while in our custody. When people do die at scenes, we do not place charges due to NLR. Since he died through a rulebreak, should I treat that as I saw it ID (death, no charges), in which case, what should I do about the charges I had already placed? Or should I ignore the death as it was a rulebreak and place the remaining charges?
