  1. Player(s) being reported: ID 66 Date of interaction reported: 18/08/2019 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1566126016 Your characters name: Karl Suptic Other player(s) involved: Specific rule(s) broken: 8. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. Examples of actions that are considered as non-roleplay: • Cop Baiting - Provoking a reaction from emergency services without a realistic reason. • Mercy Killing - Asking to be killed by a friend (Killing a friend falls under deathmatching). • Unrealistic stunt jumping or the use of an expensive vehicle to ram into other vehicles. • Spawning a scripted work vehicle and using it for crimes or submerging any vehicle in water. • Swimming in water for an unrealistic amount of time or without a destination during a chase. Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. If you are unable to reconnect it may be excused after providing proof. In a situation where a player gets away from an incident where they're being chased/pursued, they must wait 15 minutes before they can logout. Players should not instigate roleplay situations if they do not have time to play it through. Players who ignore answering roleplay commands directed at them, e.g. /do. In a situation where a player’s game crashes or the player is kicked from the server, they should be allowed to have the same advantages as they have had before their leave. How did the player break the rule(s)? Attempted to arrest him, tells me "fuck off" and logs out. Waited 15 mins no response and even tried to contact him on discord. Evidence of rule breach: https://prnt.sc/ou65ur - Attempted to contact on discord https://streamable.com/16vtk - Evidence http://prntscr.com/ou66ln - Waited roughly 17 minutes for his return.

    ID 81 NRP/DM

Player(s) being reported: ID 81 DM/NRP Date of interaction reported: 06/03/2019 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1559602212 Your characters name: Michael_Reese Other player(s) involved: N/A Specific rule(s) broken: 9. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. 14. Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player or their property without a proper roleplay reason. A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands. You must give demands via text if used as a reason to attack as VOIP isn’t always heard. The act of killing a player with no engagement in roleplay is not allowed. How did the player break the rule(s)? I had just got into the city, and have had no interaction with this individual not only today, but ever that I am aware of. He randomly starts ramming my semi truck on the Highway with his car (NRP & DM as someone would not be ramming my semi with the vehicle he was driving and had no reason to ram me). Finally crashes into me after countless rams and gets me stuck on a rock. I then hop out of my car to see what his problem is, and he shoots me with no demands (DM). He does ask me going 130 KPH "Are you with the wanted". Which I didn't reply due to going 130 KPH and my loud semi. I had no prior interaction with this individual. First interaction begins at 3:50 in Video #1 where I am rammed repeatedly and he tries to drive his car in front of my semi to stop it. Side Note: The section of me speaking in the first video is me on the phone with my Wife, my kids just took their driving exams and were talking to me on the phone while I was playing. My apologies for the annoying conversation. Evidence of rule breach: Video 1: https://youtu.be/RXB0NFaq-mA Video 2: https://youtu.be/ONDznZM9oHQ Video 3: https://youtu.be/rv7UgCaQFMc

  4. Player(s) being reported: ID 135 Fear RP Date of interaction reported: 27 May,2019 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1558940637 Your characters name: Steve Martinez Other player(s) involved: 22,63,23,28 Specific rule(s) broken: 13. Fear Roleplay (FRP) Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s safety and life. Examples, where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger: • When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range. • When you’re in a vehicle that is stalled or turned off and a weapon is aimed at you close range. • When the attacker lowers their weapon to type or roleplay, your life remains in direct danger. • Driving a vehicle in an active shootout more than once without the intent of protecting a friend, fleeing with it, or using it as cover. Examples, where your character’s life is NOT considered to be in direct danger: • When you are in a vehicle which engine is not stalled. • When you have a firearm drawn and are facing the other person before they attacked. • When the attacker’s view is obstructed by an object or when they turn their back on you. As a victim, whose life is in direct danger: • You must display reasonable value for your life and comply with the demands of your attacker. • You cannot call 911 or call your friends or allies to aid you. How did the player break the rule(s)? I was roaming at HE but suddenly someone came and pointed a gun at me. My co-worker exited his ambulance and pointed a gun at ID 135 and after that, I pressed my panic button. We told him to drop his gun but he didn't comply and He used his radio and called for backup. When the other unit came on the scene, He decided to run away and He started shooting at us. Evidence of rule breach:
  5. Account name:mctfozzi Character name(s): Virgis_Alosas Admin who issued punishment: Dqaniel Date of punishment:26/03/2019 Punishment received: permanent ban Reason given for punishment: Reason for ban was VDM #2 Your explanation of what happened: I've already explained what happened in the last appeal but basically me and a friend knocked a person of his bike and we ended up just looting him out. I understand that this is not following the server rules and there was no roleplay in this situation. I am very sorry about this and i have had enough time to think about it. Why should your appeal be accepted?: I was told i needed to wait at least a month to write another appeal. I am very sorry for my actions and I promise to follow the server rules if i do get unbanned. Post any evidence or further details:
  6. Account name: Biggiesalt Character name(s): Leon Salt Admin who issued punishment: Dqniel Date of punishment: 02/May/19 17:41 Punishment received: 60 Minutes Jail Reason given for punishment: Death match First Offense Your explanation of what happened: I last played on the server the 27th of April and I wasn't doing much besides fishing and driving around. I had logged on at 3/May/19 to find out that I have been jailed for 60 minutes supposedly for Death match. I don't understand why I was jailed and believe this was a false punishment. I would like an explanation as to what lead to me being jailed. Why should your appeal be accepted?: Because I do not recall doing anything that could get me punished whilst I was playing and was also punished 5 days after I was even active on the server. Post any evidence or further details:
  7. Player(s) being reported: ID Player 12 Date of interaction reported: 3/11/19 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1552288574 Your characters name: Nick Stone Other player(s) involved: ID Player 12 Specific rule(s) broken: Rule 8. A No crime zone is an area where players may not commit any actions considered crimes How did the player break the rule(s)? Player 12 attacks me as I run inside the Bank to collect my salary. The video clearly shows him chasing me inside after he chats in game "Hey" twice. Assuming he attacked me for ignoring him, he is still braking the rules of the NCZ. It is not a misclick. He hit me 3 maybe 4 times and it injured me to the point of death. Evidence of rule breach: https://streamable.com/s/1wrln/otfhcw
  8. Player(s) being reported: ID 84 Date of interaction reported: 3/11/19 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1552348196 Your characters name: Igor Morozov Other player(s) involved: Collie id 5 Specific rule(s) broken: "Players must not threaten other players or use offensive language in OOC chat or OOC context." How did the player break the rule(s)? Insulted me by calling me a "dumb bitch" Evidence of rule breach:
  9. Player(s) being reported: ID 13 Date of interaction reported: 25/02/19 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1551111016 Your characters name: Shen Wong Other player(s) involved: Specific rule(s) broken: 9. Non-Roleplay (NRP) • Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. • Unrealistic stunt jumping or the use of an expensive vehicle to ram into other vehicles. 14. Deathmatch (DM) • Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player or their property without a proper roleplay reason. • You must give demands via text if used as a reason to attack as VOIP isn’t always heard. How did the player break the rule(s)? I was following a mechanic request from PD to tow a car to the impound, as I was driving back the players pulled up and only said “Please Stop” whilst travelling at 90kmh which is Non-RP for a start. I then ignored this as it was not a threat and typed “/do Windows are up” which they chose to ignore. Following this the driver of the High Value Saloon rammed into my trying to stop my truck, which is again Non-RP as they’re not showing value for their vehicle and attempting to ram a tow truck. Further down the road the players are constantly brake checking me when driving to try and get me to pull over. I slow down to warn the players that this who scenario is Non-RP and they continued to ignore this. Eventually you can see them pull me over in the truck and then instantly aiming guns and opening fire at the truck with me still in it with 0 demands, therefor breaking Deathmatch. As the new rules have been enforced on this server since this interaction occurred. Any demands must also be given via text as VoIP is currently buggy. So, there is no excuse to say that the players had been giving demands via VoIP. Evidence of rule breach: https://streamable.com/23s5c https://streamable.com/phg2t
