The Explanation Of What Happend of this Scene is that it was like an ooc pursuit . me and my friends were cooking drugs when somehow cops got called and they came . i made it out second from the lab , while i was going towards the tunnel a incountered a cop , i slowed down a bit and waited for him to give any demands ic i even shouted hello , since he didnt give any commands i continued my way out and kinda got far then i incountred a road block i turned back and going to the other way , same thing no demands , the only demands i got is when i crashed and i got out the car . here is evidence
