  1. Player(s) being reported: 226, 229, 63, 259 Date of interaction reported: 18/09/2022. Unix time stamp from HUD: 1663527273 Your character name: Felix Zhang Other player(s) involved: Name(s) Parosh Xiao, Jason Comanchero, Liam Zhang, Rashard Hunter Specific rule(s) broken: Ruleplaying Ruleplaying is a term used when players are using, manipulating, or interpreting rules or rulings falsely or outside of their intention, in an unrealistic or unintended way that does not constitute quality or realistic RP standards. Non-Roleplay Non-Roleplay behaviour is considered as actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay. It's difficult to interpret or understand what good roleplay can be sometimes, and we aim to steer players in the direction we want them to go through our server rules. Players are welcome to speak to staff for guidance in regard to roleplay. How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum)\ While running from the police me and Parosh Xiao noticed that there was a large amount of GBK members on motorcycles which normally indicates to them attempting to rob a bank, so once me and Parosh Xaio had successfully evaded we called it out on radio and then everyone on freq spread out to find which bank they were doing, after we had located the bank they were robbing we waited for them to finish it and began to follow their member from the bank to find out where they were having their meet up to stack the cash gained from the bank. after searching for a while Jason Comanchero found a scout and a few bikes, the scout had its trunk open and was sat next to a dealer so we began to chase it. After chasing the scout for around 5 minutes he decided for some bizarre reason to park it. He then got into a 3 stacked contender and sat at the taxi rank opposite city parking and kept doing laps of legion square, for around 10 minutes they kept circling legion square. I am unsure as to why they were circling at legion square but i assume they were trying to bait us into shooting them. 2. Player(s) being reported: 101, 117, 78, 48, 182, 62 and more gbk. Date of interaction reported: 12/9/2022 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1663011918 Your character name: Rava Xiao Other player(s) involved: Lewis Kipp Specific rule(s) broken: 14. Deathmatching (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without proper IC motive and interaction. Prior interaction should include escalation such as a robbery or a report to the police. Players must be able to explain their reason and provide proof of prior reasoning if requested. Vehicles cannot be used as weapons in active shootouts unless where unavoidable. Non-Roleplay Non-Roleplay behavior is considered as actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay. It's difficult to interpret or understand what good roleplay can be sometimes, and we aim to steer players in the direction we want them to go through our server rules. Players are welcome to speak to staff for guidance in regard to roleplay How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum)\ Me and ID 89 Lewis Kipp were scouting Grove as we were suspicious of a Rook order deal happening between them and GBK as we recognised a Rook speaking to them at Grove Gas. We were there for less than 2 minutes. As we were leaving my game bugged and my screen was stuck in the car at grove while Lewis was already driving away. Lewis pulled over and waited for me to re-log and then began to leave grove and were attacked by GBK. No demands, No reason. You can also see them ramming with a scout which is NON-RP, and this is not the first time they've done this before. Evidence of rule breach: https://streamable.com/i606xd

    ID 71 - VDM

Player(s) being reported: Name(s) or ID(s) here. Date of interaction reported: 11/08/2022 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1660198663 Your character name: Skylar Romano Other player(s) involved: @DoubleAWolfgang Bathsheba and some Lost members as well as some officers from SD. Specific rule(s) broken: VDM: Vehicles cannot be used as weapons in active shootouts unless where unavoidable. (This was the best one I could get to fit) How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum)\ I'd been chased for several hours on and off with the awareness that SD and PD were after myself. I began evading as the people I was doing stores with dipped. We began riding and they got cornered with SD holding them at gun point telling them to get on the ground. We open fired and downed the cop who later got killed. Moving forwards, cops would find and chase me more and more and we began holding ambush points as I wasn't able to shake them off, we had done around 5 ambush points which didn't seem to be working and had one final attempt. In my efforts to get towards the ambush spot, a SED scout drove towards me and hit me off my bike with the intention to ram me off and injure me. I was travelling around 160mph at the time and realistically, you'd kill someone at that speed. (Apologies now, I went into /b as I was upset and confused as to why I was rammed off my bike.) I don't have longer footage because I'm stupid and deleted the 10 minute video. Evidence of rule breach https://streamable.com/j9tvmw
  4. Player(s) being reported: ID 23 Date of interaction reported: 12/AUG/2022. Unix time stamp from HUD: 1660303750 Your character name: Kai Jaxon Other player(s) involved: N/A Specific rule(s) broken: How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum)\ ID 23 did a /me "attempts to pat the man down from head to toe in a thorough manner" then proceeded to /frisk me without me having the option to do a /do in response Evidence of rule breach I do not have the specific Unix time stamp as I only have a screenshot of the messages. However I do have a recording of what happened a few minutes after and used that to work out the Unix time stamp. It may not be accurate. I also did a /report in-game where a member of staff checked the logs but then quickly told me to post a report on the forums as the situation involved a member of staff.
  5. Player(s) being reported: 159 Date of interaction reported: 22/APR/2022 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1650655944 Your character name: Joe Booster Other player(s) involved: n/a Specific rule(s) broken: VDM NONRP driving How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum)\ I was going along the highway when I was about to bypass player 159 when he intentionally wanted to hit me with his car to probably make 178(New player) laugh. 6. Player(s) being reported: [Unknown] Luka_Roselli. Date of interaction reported: 02/04/2022 Unix time stamp from HUD: https://imgur.com/HaPMtz5 (The situation happened maybe an hour to 2 hours before this stamp) Your character name: Patrick Blades Other player(s) involved: Chad Rapkov, Bianca Allison Specific rule(s) broken: I believe there was Meta-Gaming How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum)\ So I want to Clarify, I'm unsure if I'm correct in saying that SD should not know about drop points ICly? And they shouldn't be able to use that information to pull someone over if they never saw someone pick up the drop or if someone "snitched"? From our perspective Luka_Roselli was just cruising down the road as we were leaving the powerplant, I never saw him have Direct line of sight on us picking up the Drop. So we were no longer near the drop point we were just leaving the powerplant and Luka_Roselli turns around on us proceeding to pull us over then sits in his car until back-up arrived (There was three of us in the car so makes sense) after 5-10 minutes back-up arrived he proceeded to approach the vehicle and asked for Chads License plus taking off the masks as well as ours (I want to mention that we didn't choose to evade earlier as we fully believed this guy could only be pulling us over for a simple traffic stop). He then randomly decided to check if there was a crate in the back of the truck, my question and thoughts are / A: Why did he pull us over, under what right was he allowed? We didn't speed, we didn't make an incorrect turn he simply just saw us leave the power plant and turned on us (As far as we are aware) / B: Why would he check for a crate and use that as suspicion to detain us and search the vehicle if he was just merely pulling us for a traffic stop? / Later on (Sadly I can't record or clip as my graphics card is old and dying) he pulled me over after I had my phone off for 15 minutes, changed clothes, changed cars to a vehicle not registered to me but I had keys. I did nothing wrong other than leave a gas station and then he decided to pull me over again... My thoughts again are why did he pull me, what reasoning? My ID was the only thing that was the same I'm not trying to cause any trouble here with this situation I'm simply confused on why this guy was pulling us over multiple times for what seems like 0 reasoning other than the Meta of knowing Drop Points OOCly and knowing my ID OOCly. I just want to know if the info was available to him ICly, like if he was tipped off Evidence of rule breach Hopefully others have some evidence, even better would be to see his side of things. The only evidence I can provide to the first pullover at the powerplant is the two others that were with me at the time and they might have footage possibly.
  7. Player(s) being reported: Harvey_Keller Date of interaction reported: 06/March/2022 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1646590449 Your character name: Alexander Olsson Other player(s) involved: Jeff_Babatunda, Peter_Stanford, Multiple members of PD & Royals Specific rule(s) broken: 13. Fear Roleplay (FRP) Fear RP is showing appropriate care and concern to preserve your character's safety and life. If a player's life is in direct danger they must RP adequate fear and comply with demands. 15. Player Theft, Prison Breakout, and Kidnapping Players are allowed to kidnap or to take other players hostage within the context of reasonable escalation. Your escalation and reason behind the kidnapping should be able to be easily documented and explained if required by server staff. If your intention is to harm another player (e.g. injuring or killing them), then you need to refer to our DM rules. The situation can of course naturally develop into one where the player gets harmed. How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum)\ 10 minutes after a failed bank robbery at Chumash Bank the individual Harvey_Keller decided drive around the highway openly with a Micro SMG leading to him being pulled over by an officer, against all recommendations from his gang members he decided to get off the bike and take the officer at gunpoint in the middle of an open highway. As the situation escalated several officers with heavy weapons arrived and aimed at the individual demanding that he start negotiating with the LSPD so that we could get the officer back safe and resolve the situation together. The reporting party chose to completely disregard any fear for his own life or safety by ignoring the demands and instead start setting time limits on the officers life for the LSPD to allow his friends to rob the bank without any other communication with the officers aiming several heavy weapons on him. I don't believe there was any escalation or planning on the reporting partys side to justify holding an officer at gun-point in the middle of a highway with little to no cover nor do I think that the reporting party showed ANY fear for his own characters safety as he only focused on personal gain via having his friends rob a bank ( Against his gang members suggestions and wishes ). Rather then speak with the individuals aiming heavy weapons at him or get to a better covered position he chose to only focus on the money inside the bank failing to immerse himself in his character and roleplay any sort of fear or show ANY concern for his own safety by either asking officers to get rid of their marksmen and sniper rifles or get to a more covered position. I want to note that the reason for this report is not necessarily to get the reported party punished but rather to have clarifications on what counts as reasonable escalation to hold an officer gunpoint in the middle of a highway as well as to get clarification on when Fear RP does or doesn't apply to a hostage taker in situations such as this. It's to my understanding that due to support staff management handling the other report they will be unable to comment or give clarifications taken by Harvey_Keller hence this report being posted As such I'd personally prefer if this report was denied and used as a teaching opportunity for what could be improved during future hostage situations.
