  1. Player(s) being reported: ID 179, ID 446 Date of interaction reported: 07/03/2021 @12:37 am GMT Unix time stamp from HUD: 515 1615078136 Your character name: Phil McGee Other player(s) involved: - Leron Davis @Dashingly Specific rule(s) broken: Deathmatch - Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper IC motive and interaction. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. Mixing IC and OOC How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum) After some banter back and forth between ID 446, Leron and I, where at no point no threats nor hostile actions toward ID 179 were made, ID 179 decides to punch me (DM) and ID 446 joins in. This escalated to melee combat between Leron & I and ID 179 & 446. ID 446 gets downed, and I purposefully leave him alive, as I wanted to have some follow up RP and didn't believe that bantering back and forth should lead to someone dying like this. We specifically didnt continue to attack ID 179 when he was limping and getting his car out so he could bring his friend to MD. I think it's poor RP what he did after this. Leron and I run, while ID 179 unparks his car, grabs his pistol out of it and kills me in the public bus depot, 1 block away from SD. As soon as he kills me, he puts his pistol back in his vehicle and parks it back in the parking lot, despawning it. I believe this to be script abuse because he gives no chance for SD to investigate properly because he intentionally despawned his vehicle with the murder weapon inside which would not happen IRL. ID 446 bleeds out and spawns in with me at the hospital, at first denying any involvement with the previous RP in /b, and proceeds to call me a "silly fuck" in /b (OOC insults). ID 179, meanwhile has medics revive him at the hospital, at which point ID 446 and ID 179 immediately start interacting with each other and me, directly breaking the NLR rule. ID 446 calls me a daft cunt over voice and starts saying he will report me (mixing IC & OOC). I tried to ask/reason with ID 179 and ask him why did he punch me with no real escalation, to which he states "I punched you for a laugh." That directly led to me being killed and losing all of my items. 4. Player(s) being reported: 442 Date of interaction reported: 03/03/2021. Unix time stamp from HUD: 1614801997 Your character name: Luka Rosselli Other player(s) involved: ID 169 ID 376 Specific rule(s) broken: 14. Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper roleplay reason and interaction. Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property. • If they report you to the police for a serious crime. • If they are not in compliance with plausible demands, attempt to escape, or call backup. A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands. How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum) The Reported Party was the passenger of the car I was pulling over for driving recklessly, once I asked the driver to step out he reached in the glovebox, we spoke about this for a bit and I detained the man as he was asking for a supervisor and I did call for one. So far the traffic stop was calm and they were pretty compliant as I was doing my best to be nice to them both, when I was investigating further searching the car noticed that the glovebox is empty, so I asked the passenger if I could search him, he refused and again I called for the supervisor one more time, the moment I did that he got his gun out started shooting me, no interaction no RP no Demands, Note: I was not calling for backup I was simply getting a supervisor because they asked for it, the passenger was going to be let go if he refused a search and the driver was gonna get 10minutes in jail or just a warning, Evidence of rule breach:

  6. Player(s) being reported: 106,164 Date of interaction reported: 2/28/2021. Unix time stamp from HUD: 1614566715 Your character name: Symere Blackwood Specific rule(s) broken: Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper IC motive and interaction. Prior interaction should include escalation such as a robbery or a report to the police. Players may not kill victims who have complied with a plausible demand in reasonable time unless involved in severe hostile activity against them or an ally within 3 hours. Players on foot should only be attempted to be hit with a vehicle once with valid motive. Vehicles cannot be used as weapons in active shootouts unless where unavoidable. Players must be able to explain their reason and provide proof of prior reasoning if requested. If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand. How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum) I drove into the gas station to refuel my vehicle as I am refueling it ID 106 walks up to me and begins to speak to me I can not hear him so I tell him he needs a cough drop. He pulls a gun out I unlock my vehicle thinking that he is trying to rob me for my vehicle (non rp robbery). He begins to shoot and kill me. He later finishes me off by running me over with his car. I am also reporting ID 164 because he watched the entire thing happen he knew that what happened was a rule break and he still chose to abuse the rule break by stealing my car and taking the gun out of it. I tried to solve this with ID 164 as I was solving it they relogged and never returned to give me back my items. I had no prior Interaction with any of these players. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. Players are required to remain IC at all times. RP can only be paused or voided by admins. If a crash / disconnect occurs, players must post in the crash reports discord channel and contact all parties to resume. Players reconnecting must be given all opportunities held prior. Players should not instigate situations they do not have time to play through. If a player is chased they must wait 15 minutes before they can log out of the game. Players can’t depict their character with real images or game images not possible on ECRP. Examples: Ignoring RP, baiting government services without proper IC reason, asking to be killed or forcing your own death, unrealistic stunt jumping, misusing expensive vehicles, using script work vehicles for other purpose, submerging any vehicle in water intentionally, swimming for an unrealistic amount of time in a chase, or stealing from / tampering with an OOC F4 menu. Non-off road vehicles may not drive up mountains or steep hills. LSEMS & Mechanics are exempt. How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum): Was standing for a while, till this guy decided to ram me. Evidence of rule breach:

RP can only be paused or voided by admins. If a crash / disconnect occurs, players must post in the crash reports discord channel and contact all parties to resume. Non-off road vehicles may not drive up mountains or steep hills. LSEMS & Mechanics are exempt. How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum) In the first video provided in shows that my car was flipped and ultimately could not be moved and must be fixed by a mechanic. I waited there for a bit, but no mechanics were coming so I decided to come back another time. https://streamable.com/we6cmh Then I get a notification that my car is being picklocked. Wanting to watch them use all their picklocks only to realize the car is destroyed, I pulled up alongside and watched from a distance. You can hear me laughing in the background because my friends and I have wasted a ton of lockpicks breaking into broken cars, so I thought it was funny that it was happening to someone else. They successfully picklocked my car and hopped in it. I then see the second guy circling around in a much MUCH smaller car then my truck, he pulls up behind and rams it from behind, This pushes the car forward and they circumvent the fact that a tow truck needed to come to repair it. Both ramming it with a smaller car and circumventing the fact that the engine was destroyed are both NonRP. https://streamable.com/kxf2oa I tried to contact a staff member, but none responded, so I decided to message ID 39 to handle it between ourselves. He then lies to me and said that I had the wrong person. I then stated what car he was driving and he told me to have a great day. I would have gladly settled the problem in game by them either returning my car or giving the money they got from chopping, but they wanted no part. I checked the player list and it was indeed the same person. https://streamable.com/avgctm Evidence of rule breach: Same videos as above. https://streamable.com/we6cmh https://streamable.com/kxf2oa https://streamable.com/avgctm
  9. ID 211 (14. Deathmatch, 8. Metagaming [Mixing], 9. Non-Roleplay ID 141 (10. Power gaming, 8. Metagaming [Mixing], 9. Non-Roleplay Player(s) being reported: ID 141 & ID 211 Date of interaction reported: 22.2.2021 Unix time stamp from HUD: 11614044460 Your character name: Ravyn Leroy | Olivia Harlow Other player(s) involved: N/A Specific rule(s) broken: 8. Metagaming (MG) Mixing OOC and IC during interaction 9. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Using scripted job vehicles and ramming repetitively. 14. Deathmatch (DM) Ramming repetitively without any RP reason to do so. 10. Powergaming (PG) Using /do without any RP to depict them 'Cumming in #39's mouth" with no RP or ability for me to respond. How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum) I was at the Tollbooth on west highway to work the booth when I seen player were working and was approached by another player while pulled on the side of the road. After they left I stayed on the side of the road with intentions to get out and talk to them to see how long they would be working. The players mics were very loud and peaking so I was trying to let them know in /b for a heads up and they were starting to mix IC by saying I am not fixing my mic and then proceeded to tell me to get out of /b. As I was on radio and in fchat they continued the rule breaks, Ramming me with the hearse, the one player running over my car to complete a /do, and so forth. Proof:
  10. Player(s) being reported: Player ID 105, 89 Date of interaction reported: 23/02/2021 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1614068831 Your character name: Eli Venture Other player(s) involved: Specific rule(s) broken: Rule 15 - Player Theft, Stealing a new players car. How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum) Player ID 105 and 89 had drove up to my parked Intruder and began acting a little suspicious, I watched and realized they were going to try stealing it and when I told ID 89 several times 'Thats my car, back the fuck up' he continued to ignore me and stole it. (I did not hear him say 'lock and unlock' the car at the time in game) Evidence of rule breach:
  11. Player(s) being reported: 110 Date of interaction reported: 22/02/2011 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1614053660 Your character name: Swarles Barkley Other player(s) involved: Joe_Maxwell (Ally needing backup), ID 49 occupant Specific rule(s) broken: 9. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. 13. Fear Roleplay (FRP) Fear RP is showing appropriate care and concern to preserve your character's safety and life. If a player's life is in direct danger they must RP adequate fear and comply with demands. How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum) ID 110 proceeded to U-Turn out of nowhere while I was on my way to back up an ally currently being chased and rammed, I could not have gangmembers following me into a shootout so I questioned what they wanted and they immediately responded with nonsense "OUCHIE WOUCHIE"???, asking where the store is while they're driving a high $$ customized vehicle while in gang outfits, I can IC'ly assume that they're lying. They then begin to threaten me, so I pull my handgun in a discreet manner to intimidate them into leaving the situation so I can promptly leave and attend to my ally "Go for it" was to indicate what would happen if they continued their line of action NOT to goad them out of the vehicle as realistically this wouldn't happen as you wouldn't have the time to do the actions that 110 did without being pointed at and shot, ID 110 however decided the most rp course of action was to hop out, realistically you wouldnt just hop out of a vehicle when someone has a gun drawn with the upper hand. I then proceed to point my gun at ID 110 to put his hands up, and I was going to tell him to drop the gun and get back in the car, where I would then leave and return to my vehicle to go assist my ally. ID 110 however begins to pull his gun and rolls backward at the same time, I then shoot as he is in immediate threat to me and hit him, however due to his rolling and strafing I dont kill him and I ultimately die. This whole scenario is instigated seemingly randomly and with no intent to rp whatsoever. When questioned in /b they say their actions are all because I pointed a gun, when I only pointed the gun when he drew the pistol immediately upon exiting the vehicle. 12. Player(s) being reported: ID 57 Date of interaction reported: 11/02/2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: (You can also take it from the video) Your characters name: Frank Morello Other player(s) involved: Zane Graziano Specific rule(s) broken: Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper IC motive and interaction. Prior interaction should include escalation such as a robbery or a report to the police. Players may not kill victims who have complied with a plausible demand in reasonable time How did the player break the rule(s)? I was at Braddocks with Zane. All of a sudden, id 57 spawns behind me, giving me demands which I can't even hear, and shoots me instantly, couldn't even see him and just died. Then he did the same to my friend Zane. He probably had hacks aswell & ban evaded, considering the fact he has 8000 exp. He didn't miss one shot and he also hs my friend from a pretty long range. Evidence of rule breach:
  13. Player(s) being reported: ID 40 & 243 Date of interaction reported: 20/01/2021 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1611170120 Your characters name: Bob_Stuart Other player(s) involved: ID 39 (He was in the same car but he did nothing) Specific rule(s) broken: 14. Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper IC motive and interaction. Well I had just passed the toolboth and was going south on the highway. I then did a U-turn and was going back north when the Neon started chasing me for some reason, he then drove right into me and injured me. It would be alright it could have been an accident but it really did seem like it was on purpose so I asked ID 40 to Save his POV so I could see what it looked like from his POV and we could have solved it there between us no problem. However ID 243 decided to loot me and take advantage of the VDM. I ended up bleeding out and dying in this situation. Also I would like to point out that I had just logged in like 10 minutes ago and had no interaction with these players previously. Evidence of rule breach: https://streamable.com/468t2z Here's my POV from start to finish. You can see that at 0:48s the Driver of the Neon swerves to my side and attempts to hit me the first time. He fails and then pulls a U-turn and starts following me, thats when he hits me and injures me. He had plenty of space to my right side to pass but he didn't and rammed right into me. Afterwards I was looted by his ally.
  14. Player(s) being reported: Gerald Garvey Date of interaction reported: 2/11/2021 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1613018991 Your characters name: Albert Taylor Specific rule(s) broken: Not sure which rule it breaches I just know it's against the rules (Maybe It's Non RP?) How did the player break the rule(s)? They flooded the chat. Evidence of rule breach: https://imgur.com/a/OqN70uV
  15. Player(s) being reported: ID 319 Date of interaction reported: 9/2/2021 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1612810606 Your characters name: Derek Neeraj Other player(s) involved: My Rooks Fellows Specific rule(s) broken: 9. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. Examples of actions that are considered as non-roleplay: • Baiting Government Services - Provoking a reaction from faction services without a realistic reason / or calling faction services to e.g. rob them. • Mercy Killing - Asking to be killed by a friend (Killing a friend falls under deathmatching). • Unrealistic stunt jumping or the use of an expensive vehicle to ram into other vehicles. • Spawning a scripted work vehicle and using it for anything other than its intended purpose. • Submerging any vehicle in water or unrealistically beaching any watercraft. • Swimming in water for an unrealistic amount of time or without a destination during a chase. Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. Our official discord server has a channel dedicated to game crash notifications and you should post here with a valid reason for being unable to return. If a player gets away from being chased/pursued, they must wait 15 minutes before they can logout. Players should not instigate roleplay situations if they do not have time to play it through. Players who ignore answering roleplay commands directed at them, e.g. /do. In a situation where a player’s game crashes or the player is kicked from the server, they should be allowed to have the same advantages as they have had before their leave. Players should not deprive other players of roleplay, e.g. early on the interaction asking them not to speak unless it makes sense in the roleplay situation. How did the player break the rule(s)? We were covering up for my friend who was planting at drug lab. Suddenly a group of people pulls in and starts to give demands to my friend and it leads into the shootout between us and them. During the shootout me and my friends[id 172] makes id 319 injured and I got injured too. ID 172 runs out of ammo then ID 319 decides to shout our location to his friends while getting injured multiple times which was NRP and I have seen many people getting punished by doing so. I wasn't expecting players with 150k, 500k xp with this type of poor knowledge about rules. I didn't get chance to get all pov of him shouting multiples time and He have also shouted saying that ID 172 ran out of ammo. I think as long as we have exact UNIX, logs can prove it. 16. Player(s) being reported: ID 322 Date of interaction reported: 2/7/2021 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1612651961 Your characters name: Lewis Guadalupe Other player(s) involved: N/A Specific rule(s) broken: 10. Powergaming (PG) Forceful roleplay that does not give the other player a chance to roleplay their own response is considered powergaming. Other players must be given a chance to roleplay outcomes of actions. Roleplay of unrealistic actions like super strength is another form of powergaming. All statements in /DO must be factually true in the roleplay as it sets grounds for roleplay. Roleplay is required before forceful server commands which may be used without consent from the other party if they are unresponsive and not typing for 30 seconds or more. A player cannot use the faction management script to destroy a faction as it is OOC. Government funded faction members must not abuse the salary system and must go off-duty when they are not performing their faction duties. If you perform an action which will influence potential RP in the future, you must have OOC evidence of performing said RP. OOC evidence should consist of a recording or screenshot and it needs to be timestamped (/time). RP would only be valid for 48 hours or until your character dies and NLR is triggered. The time limit does not apply to rule 7. Also he lied on OOC (ooc scam) How did the player break the rule(s)? Hi, i posted an ad to sell my drag, got in contact by the reported player, we met at paleto bank after discussing about the price that was set to 500k cash. we RPed making a contract and we both signed on 500k cash for the papers and the original keys of the drag (which can be prooved by logs) so after discussing to much with the player didn't cut /b for one second trying to convince me in ooc that he will not scam me. so we proceeded the trade and i RPed giving the guy the original papers and keys when he gives me the 500k cash at the same time ''/me takes out the original keys and the papers from his right pocket and hands them to Kentrell carefully waiting to give him the 500k cash'' But the player response to my rp was not complete ''/me accepts the ownership of the bike'' and thats when he powergamed even that i told him to correctly respond to my RP but he proceeded the scam SCRIPTLY not RPLY when he told me in ooc '' /transfervehicle then i will do the other rp'' Also he lied on ooc even tho that he told that he's not gonna scam me ''dawg how am i trying to scam. you signed the papers, it was made so that i don't scam and you don't scam, your bike is movable, i hand you the money and you get on'' My answer was '' read the rp (/me) i can't drive it after i hand you the papers and the keys its powergaming'' After all of that he gave me 50$ while he was supposed to /pay 500k as my /me can show and the ooc when he told me ''i don't scam and you don't scam''. Thats 50% of the scenario. sorry about the abuse of the /b because we were talkin about scam Evidence of rule breach: Screenshot 1: https://imgur.com/undefined Screenshot 2: https://imgur.com/undefined Screenshot 3: https://imgur.com/undefined Screenshot 4: https://imgur.com/undefined 10 minutes Record(40% of the scenario):

Information prior to the death should be completely forgotten and is no longer valid justification for any future hostile action against those involved. How did the player break the rule(s)? Myself and other FSO members were at ocean lab cooking weed. Jonas and I exchanged names and I asked him why he was wearing a triad mask, to which he responded by insulting me etc. He then went to talk to a high command member and ultimately got himself kicked by saying to them "I have smoked Rex so many times" Which is also NLR btw. We then begin to insult each other back and fourth on freq. He obviously got a little too upset despite everything being IC, he for whatever reason brings up a past shootout that we had had a few weeks prior. During this whole argument never once did either of us say we wanted to kill or smoke each other, we were simply arguing and then he says this. This is obviously NLR as he states things like "Fun blasting you the other day when you tried playing hero saving Mufasa" He is referring to the fact that we tried helping an injured ally on the road into ocean lab, and they initiated a shootout against us, in which we lost. Its weird to me that you said it was fun blasting us though, normally killing other people and being shot at isn't particularly fun, I suggest finding something to enjoy on the server besides shooting, because that statement really sounds like you are only here to shoot people, which is apparently '"Fun." He then goes onto say "How many bullets did you fire, like 20? You hit me once nigga, your so unbelievably bad." Yet another blatant NLR statement, especially when all past conflict is supposed to be resolved with a players death, and your excuse of "Oh I didn't know he full died" Wont work, as you and your 67 gang or whatever it is, clearly killed and finished us, there is no getting around the fact you knew it was a shootout and would end with our conflict being NLR'd. Yet another statement where it seems like you only play the server to shoot aswell, "you only hit me once" so you got shot and you are playing it off like nothing ever happened, seems like more of a video game/only here to smoke statement, then actual realism. He is also going to claim "we were not supposed to finish you" Who initiates a shootout with someone without the intention of fully killing them? seems a bit sus bro. All in all you clearly knew you won a shootout yet you are saying things that blatantly break NLR, because you got OOCLY angry about an IC argument. These comments also show you only care about smoking on the server, so I suggest you figure it out. Evidence of rule breach:
  21. Player(s) being reported: I don't know how to get his name Date of interaction reported: 1/23/20 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1611446249 Your characters name: Anthony Baucci Other player(s) involved: none Specific rule(s) broken: 14. Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper IC motive and interaction. 15. Player Theft, Prison Breakout, and Kidnapping Robberies should be conducted in a realistic manner with reasonable in-character motive using secluded areas. Players should not conduct minor robberies in situations with high risk. Desert or forest areas are considered secluded but witnesses should still be considered. One cannot force victims to withdraw money, sell script assets, or give assets not present IC. One cannot steal from players with NEW PLAYER above their head unless they have deliberately taken part in an active crime scene in which protection is temporarily lost. Players may not steal from their faction treasury as the F4 menu is OOC. Permission for prison break must be approved by a Senior Moderator+ prior to the attempt. Players may participate in no more than 1 prison break attempt within 1 OOC week. Players are allowed to kidnap or to take other players hostage for only these specific reasons: • You have to have a roleplay reason to attack the victim in accordance with the DM rules. • If you attempt to commit robbery of a property, you are allowed to hold the players within that property until you have finished the robbery. An NPC is not a valid hostage. How did the player break the rule(s)? 1st, He tried to rob me right by mining job which is a popular area which is really unrealistic, 2nd he shot me then just finished me without any rp or anything, 3rd, This isn't realistic at all we are right by a popular area and I can't really rob or retaliate due to the new player rule which is why I believe that that should be removed or they shouldn't be able to rob.
