Regarding the "no way for PD to find out who owns the house unless something happens there" this is not true a friend of mine got raided very recently and in some places that were raided he had never even stepped foot in more than once when he was buying the place so this is false. If you seem to have a problem with us simply questioning things or suggesting changes then you simply don't have to look at them on the forums instead of trying to belittle the small criminal community when we believe there is a problem or concern.

In some cases what Checkky is saying is valid, People are targeted due to certain people not liking them OOCLY and on the other hand individuals are not raided or "let off" due to OOC friendships, there is some gangs or people that are not touched in this aspect and then others are hunted and any reason possible is found to raid them. I'm not saying raids need to be removed but potentially more thorough evidence or escalation is needed to commit these raids and or more transparency when someone is raided to make sure these raids are done properly and with proper escalation on an IC and OOC level.

They do however, Criminal John Doe is not allowed to refuel in any pursuits. Deputy John Doe types /delcruiser /fspawn cruiser and then drives off in a brand new cruiser with fresh fuel and 1000 "health" Everyone apart from law enforcement would be affected by these changes due to as previously mentioned they do not repair their cars, they do not fuel their cars, everything is instantly spawned from Mission Row. The main issue for me here is the perspective of bikes having less fuel, bikes being one of the few ways to have a better chance to escape law enforcement therefore simply just making it harder to get away and easier for law enforcement who when they run out of fuel just respawn a bike immediately with their AHK with no RP involved and always have 2 bikes on the chase anyway, more people getting 3 hours of Netflix simulator, more often.

Okay but this will only affect criminal's that is what I am saying. PD AND SD they do not refuel at all, literally not once so it will not affect them one bit, they do not have to spend money or spend the time or stop in a pursuit to get fuel or any of the above? do you not also think that should be changed to "increase the health of the game"?

Very convenient that ALL LEO's don't refuel at all, they just spawn a new bike or car when they run out of fuel, secondary point many people who choose not to buy VIP every month would be severely disadvantaged due to not investing money into the server which I do not agree with at all. I don't see anyone complaining about the fuel tanks of bikes, to me this suggestion is again heavily sided towards wanting to arrest more people and making it harder on criminals (I suggest anyone rides a BF400 or Drag without VIP around the city and see how many times they have to refuel), criminal scene is non existent can we please get some suggestions on how to improve it rather than constantly trying to drag it further down which changes that negatively affect criminals and criminals only. -1

Hilarious that people making these suggestions which directly affect and are potentially negative for criminal roleplay are people who do not play criminal roleplay. -1 unnecessary

I really don't see the point in this, for the last couple years whenever I have been in DOC just like everyone else you are tabbed out and watching netflix or just not interested as it for the most part had nothing to offer, finally something which is actually beneficial to criminals is done and you can actually now interact with other people and make good money to cover the fines you are given and there is already a suggestion to nerf it? why can't criminals just have something nice for once honestly, if sitting there in a virtual prison on a game for 5 hours not enough of a punishment already to not warrant being able to cover your fines by interacting with other people and doing an actual good job in the prison. -1

To add to what Rowze said, recently I encountered a SWAT Helicopter that Had a Marksman Rifle on the side of it, My bullets could not physically reach the Helicopter however the SWAT Individuals had no problem One-Shotting my fellow gang members while not even being in range for us to hit them.

+1 I have experienced both sides of this, and by the way the armor in the video was only 150AP, not the 200 AP that I see SWAT/SED roll around with on Active Deployments (Whenever there is a Shootout). Just Decrease values slightly and see how it feels, It should not take me 6 or more Pump Shotgun Shots to Kill a SED Member, 200 AP cannot even be obtained by criminal's, and yes sometimes D6 can outnumber PD/SD however a large amount of the time that is not the case, It is not irregular to see 20-30 PD online (on busy days, Friday, Saturday, Sunday) at once and then also being able to call backup from SD and not to mention the OOC Pager that SWAT/SED is allowed to use when there is PvP. Primarily if people with 200AP and the best weaponry are dying to an even fight then it is simply a skill issue, and also the claims that criminals shouldn't go around with good weaponry is just nonsense this is a game and it's meant to be fun not a PD/SD wins all scenario which 90% of the time they do, Saying crims have better weaponry to begin with is just simply not true, the vast majority only have .50's to use or the occasional heavy weapon due to the price of these item's, recently I have been told that SWAT has Carbine MK2's and new weapons that criminals have not even had the chance to touch yet so I fail to understand how criminals have better weaponry than any LEO.

This would not be an issue if criminal's where accommodated more on this server and also if the population of criminal's was not non existent. If gang's where to be capped then so should SD and PD, PD/SD already have the biggest advantage in the server (I was personally in PD/SD for 2 years and saw this), lowering the gang cap would make this advantage bigger unless similar restrictions where put into place for them. It would be unfortunate to not be able to have good friends in the same gang as yourself due to a cap and I believe that instead of lowering the gang cap the server should look at being more open to criminal roleplay and spend more time and effort on bringing in new players or bringing returning players back.

+1 I already know a large amount of people who don't have the best hardware are struggling with the FPS losses and C0 issues, I would also argue there is too many and look unrealistic.
