cars dont despawn unless left alone for a long time, if its parked and unparked it resets the timer

Run time is Effected by the run level on the base GTA game, if you are level 1 on gta online/offline and the run skill is low, you can only run for like 10-30 secs before your health bar goes red and you run slower. i dealt with this when i got my new PC as i didnt have my old game save files on it "there is no effective way to stop them from running." think this comes down to IC things, have one chasing on foot and a 2nd in a car going around, cutting them off then do the tackle thingy.

+1. Allow mechs to take cars out of impound, or make it like a 911 call and it lets you know when someone is coming to impound so you dont need to be waiting 3 hours or even more to get your car out. Maybe make it a rule that you cant be ignoring faction duties which i think is already a rule so cops actually go to impound to help, ive seen it so many times cops just drive past when there s like 3/6 people waiting to get their cars out and they aren't doing anything. ALSO if you could add a NPC to get your cars out when there is no cops online kinda like when you cant do banks or things if there is no LEOs online i dunno just some ideas

+1 Make it player based and not veh based, so we the mechs pick who wants to pay, it will add more RP for people who want to fix cars for others and fix the BIGGEST issue, needing the owner to fix the car if they are offline

Very simple, could we get a car wash Implemented up north so we can wash our cars like we can in the city. By the time you wash your car down south and head up north its dirty again.

-1 imo it will become toxic and you will run into the issue of where if you cant do the needed hours you will be kicked, most gangs already have an LOA so i dont really see the need for the times being logged for a crim faction, its more for legal jobs as you need to clock on to even work. you wouldn't be locking on duty to be a gang member. so RPly there is no way to track them. it kinda takes away the RP of finding out if your member is inactive or just isnt going on freq seems like it would be fun RP.

+1 a new phone UI or some sort of instagram app would be awesome, built in news app for ads, mechanic app too all would be awesome new custom ring tones and alot more
