  1. I'd say it's the best solution. They would at first be a little preoccupied, but I think they could handle it. I don't think I saw more than 5 bank robberies a day. We don't need to include fake robberies into the rule, just the ones where intention is to do the full robbery, aka steal the money.
  2. Unpopular Opinion Inbound. I believe that current state of all robberies and especially Bank Robberies is in a really bad state. We want this server to be realistic? Not a cops v. robbers experience? How does 15 BF400 bikes robbing a bank and immediately running up the hill help with that? Currently 95% of all bank robberies and most of store robberies present LOW to NONE RP at all. How healthy is this for the community? Criminal organizations just rob the banks for personal gain and quick money with no RP attached to it, as if we were not playing an RP server at all and this needs to be fixed. My suggestion is to make it a mandatory requirement to have moderator+ approve a bank robbery after he's given insight into the plan. The moderator should then spectate the robbery thoroughly. This forces players to focus more on RP and less on running on their bikes up the hill soo dumbly unrealistic. If no staff members are available, do the robbery another time. I've been apart of communities that don't have Bank Robberies at all, and honestly that is much better than what I am experiencing right now here. That forces players to focus on criminal roleplay on the street with other players and gangs, instead of their sole purpose being getting a BF400, quickly and unrealistically robbing a bank and running up the hill. I don't mind all the -1s I am going to get. This is my honest opinion and I hope I am not the only one who sees the current terrible state of this kinds of roleplay.
  3. -1 I don't know any place on earth where police clears your record after a certain time. Things you did are kept on a file for a reason and the record doesn't really get deleted nor it can be. I might be wrong, but it makes no sense to me and I cannot find RP logic in deleting records.
  4. Looks good so far! I always get nostalgic seeing criminal groups from older GTAs. I wish you the best of luck.. we'll surely cross paths at some point hehe...

This is one of the first factions I ever interacted with. You guys gave me some good RP that I will not forget. See you later bratans, you will be missed. Good luck in your future endeavours.
  6. +1 This is amazing, I would just like to add Bank Transactions History to the list of applications... that would've been very convenient.

Ha that's very cool. That's exactly how you say it on Serbian as well.
  8. Allow players to have access to the history of their bank account transactions, (money transfers, payments, etc.) I just feel like that is something that a citizen should have access to. It can be either implemented to your game phone, or I guess some kind of website.
  9. Ace LaRoche shows affection for his colleagues.
  10. Does the suggestion require developer support?: Yes Describe the suggestion: I would like to suggest to change the script in the way to allow moderators+ to change names of players in format Firstname_LastName (letters in the last name can be capital). In this way it's still going to disallow people to changing their name to JhOn_DoE (only moderators will have access to this), and it is going to provide people an opportunity to request their names to be arranged in order to be more realistic if they are coming from cultures which have 'la', 'de' and similar words in their name. For example my character name currently is Ace_Laroche. In real life it would probably be "Ace la Roche". What I am asking is to give my character a possibility to at least be Ace_LaRoche. As far as I am aware, MDC is not affected by this if the user is online (meaning that if they type Ace_Laroche, my name is going to pop up), but however with the current status of script, it affects the MDC if the user with the uppercase letters in name is offline. But I believe that even that can be fixed easily. Also currently there is one person who has a last name in format I mentioned and there doesn't seem to be any trouble for that person. How would the suggestion benefit the server: It would allow players like myself to have a little more realistic character names for those whose names have French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and other similar origins.
  11. This is amazing work and it's clear you invested some time into it. Good luck in your future endeavours
  12. I think you got the wrong Ace. Unfortunately that's not my character
  13. A Balkan criminal faction for my Balkan soul. This is beautiful
  14. Hello good people! I'd like to request a name change! New name: Ace Secondary name (first not available): NotOnlyAce Very likely not available, but doesn't cost me to try. Thank you.
  15. +1 Can't wait to find a rich lady at the Pier.
  16. Obviously /b mute should not apply to admins on aduty. If players really need to tell you something OOCly they can always use /pm, therefore not interfere with active roleplay. Everytime you log into server your /b shall be unmuted making it impossible to keep it on mute by accident for a long time. By the server announcement /b shouldn't be used for SAVE POV anyways.
  17. THE PROBLEM I think that the current usage of /b in roleplay scenarios is starting to get completely abused and out of hand, which ruins not only mine, but the experience of many players on the server. I've been on multiple situations where people get shot down and then immediately rush to /b saying things like ((SAVE POV)), ((THAT WAS FU***ING DEATHMATCHING)), ((BRO YOU CAN'T DO THAT)). In most of those cases, players continue to argue in /b and the only thing I see in the chat is those blue brackets that I am starting to very much hate. How am I and other players that are here to roleplay supposed to do /me and /do commands in those circumstances. It's soo disturbing and puts you out of focus especially when you are positioned in a thrilling situation and are trying to remain in your character. It's getting to a point where I can't remember being in a gang/police situation where /b wasn't used. OOC chat should only be used if necessary. Calling someone out in it is absolutely not it. This is ruining the experience of the server and I believe some adjustments should be made. SUGGESTIONS Better enforcement of the OOC communication rules. Allow players to mute /b, making them unable to read OOC chat until they turn it back on. Thank you for reading this.
  18. +1 This is very detailed and I see a lot of potential. This would make RP on the server a lot more in depth and I am all here for it.
  19. BIG +1 Honestly I can't agree more with everything written here. It would be amazing if ideas pass and get implemented.
  20. Hopefully we will see some more love stories. You are not called mister 1.17 for no reason ;).
  21. I absolutely agree with what Bala is saying. Things are definitely not fine as they. Punishment for those who use derogatory slurs is not strong enough and sometimes very bad enforced even. I witnessed reports being denied where players used those slurs to insult someone way beyond IC level. As Dezzy is saying, if people knew at the end of that rainbow is a serious punishment that will be enforced, things would very likely be different. Then some people that would usually use those slurs maybe restrain from using them due to the punishment they may face for that. You definitely shouldn't use any of derogatory slurs in front players you don't know for long time because you never know what is someone going through in real life. People come here to play a game and feel safe, not to be insulted the same way they do in real world, which might be the reason they spend more time in video games. When people use those words on someone, it can really hurt and the damage is already done. And people who get hurt are not snowflakes, they have a right to be hurt and not to get called out for it. They might have much bigger problems in life than you do, so you might want to restrain calling them that. Implementing stronger rules and educating the community on these thing would very likely set the things into a better course.

Since people always tell me different numbers. Would someone mind explaining me how many xp is needed to join and is it xp on any character or the one that is joining. Thank you! Edit: You guys have amazing posts and stories and I love reading them.
  23. We were in a situation where multiple people were overusing the word f****t, @gmtavares told them in /b to stop doing that. Only reply we got from them was /b cut /b. So I think it's not going to well and the damage is already done at that point.
