Hello, 37 Here, I would firstly like to thank the staff who are taking their time to review this report. This all started after me and my friends left sea lab and saw a few purple individuals entering, upon leaving I id 73 in a two stacked kamacho and asked him if he was with them, after he told me that he isn't I asked him if he wanted to go in and attempt to rob one of them as I had seen a .50 on his back prior to this conversation. The kamacho eventually agreed to we set off to rob one of the reporting parties allies, I instructed the kamacho to go and pull on one of the players on foot and attempt to rob him, upon him attempting to do so shots are fired, this is where I hopped out of my car in an attempt to aid Wraith, when all of a sudden the reporting player (as seen in the evidence) along with the bifta that was with them (i believe this is id 46) hop out and withdraw their weapons in an attempt to back up their friends, this is where I begin to open fire on them (can be seen at 1:11 of the footage). To me, I believe that the reporting party getting out of their car and pulling out their weapon in an active shootout clearly shows their hostile intent as they weren't withdrawing their firearms for any other reason than to shoot at me or my friends. I unfortunately do not have POV of the situation as I was playing fivem the night before and it for some reason just disables my geforce experience overlay.

if wounds to the . are really headshots, im not sure that headshots even do bonus damage considering I headshot this cop 7 times and he was still 25hp after all that

only fixes it for people who actually see you jump over the object, its not reliable at all

Currently on ECRP there is a rule that quotes "Climbing steep hills and/or mountains in non-appropriate vehicles, mechanics and LSEMS vehicles are exempt. Appropriate vehicles are for example; Kamacho, Contender, Caracara, Scout, Brawler, BF-400,, Non-Appropriate Vehicles are for example; Novak, Rebla, Shinobi, Hakuchou, Warrener, Exemplar, Elegy, Drafter." I think that a change to loosen up the rule to allow all SUV's to be able to climb steep hills and/or mountains will overall be a positive change for the server, I that it will be a positive change as it will bring more variety into the cars that are used on the server. I recently asked in a report 1 if you would be able to offroad in the Baller ST-D and was told that I would not be able to climb steep hills and/or mountains it due to it being a "luxury SUV", whilst yes, I understand that it is a very prestige looking vehicle, that car IRL is more than capable of going along extremely rough terrain. Along with vehicles that are of a similar spec (novak/rebla/toros etc). Whilst I understand that the rule is put in place for the realism aspects, I believe that the variety of cars that you see people (especially criminals) driving is so small now due to the limitations of them, back in 2020 you would see SUV's such as Novaks, Reblas, Huntley S's being used and it just seemed much nicer to have more cars being used compared to the current - 10f, jugular, paragon, issi, kamacho. Allowing the use of rally cars to be used offroad like the Comet Safari is would further increase the variety of cars used on the server.
