  1. I tried to, but no one has the evidence, since I was the one who said that is going to do the report. I did not know that an ID in the video was needed. so go ahead and close the report. Sorry for your wasted time!
  2. There were multiple officer involved in this situation, the officers name was Jason_Steel , he was in the white and black HSU but I am not sure if he had any evidence, as so I can list other officer that were involved but I do believe they do not have any kind of evidence. @RedHot
  3. @RedHot Unfortunately since I was in a helicopter, as an X-RAY unit I was really high up and was not able to see the individuals ID, as of I asked in the /f chat for his ID. If you take a look at the logs you can see me PMing him after the incident and him responding to me. If you need a video with his ID and Unix at the same time I do not have it since there was no possible way for me to go that low with the helicopter and take a look at his ID, it would have been taken as NRP for my self flying too low and too close too the ground, especially at Fort Zancudo where there are barriers and blockades all around the place. (My personal opinion).

    ID 137, NRP

Player(s) being reported: ID 137 Date of interaction reported: 20/07/2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1595226557 Your characters name: Benny Fox Other player(s) involved: N/A Specific rule(s) broken: 9. Non-Roleplay (NRP) • Unrealistic stunt jumping or the use of an expensive vehicle to ram into other vehicles. How did the player break the rule(s)? As we can see on the footage, we were pursuing the individual with the Sultan RS. As so he was going on the highway he decided to turn around and jump into Fort Zancudo, by going to the hill at high speed and jumping over the fence, after landing like nothing happened turned on his engine and resumed the pursuit. The individual was PMed afterwords by myself and he did say that he did not know he can not do that and it is a rule breach. Evidence of rule breach: https://streamable.com/79q53l
  5. Hey, @Aldarine any update on this report? I know you guys have a lot of them, but I never had a report that took this long. Sincerely, Benny Fox.
  6. Hey, 24 hours have passed, any update?
  7. I have nothing against you RPing correctly as you are trying to express your chars emotions, but it's not a correct way to break the rules at the same time because of them. I do not have anything else to say. We shall let the admins do their work and decide what's going to happen.
  8. Player(s) being reported: ID 7 Huang Pyong Date of interaction reported: 06/09/2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1591722706 Your characters name: Benny Fox Other player(s) involved: Jessica Nash, Audrey Hartwell , Cyrus Carver, ID 328, ID 401, Specific rule(s) broken: 10. Powergaming (PG) Forceful roleplay that does not give the other player a chance to roleplay their own response is considered powergaming. Other players must be given a chance to roleplay outcomes of actions. Roleplay of unrealistic actions like super strength is another form of powergaming. All statements in /DO must be factually true in the roleplay as it sets grounds for roleplay. Roleplay is required before forceful server commands which may be used without consent from the other party if they are unresponsive and not typing for 30 seconds or more. A player cannot use the faction management script to destroy a faction as it is OOC. Government funded faction members must not abuse the salary system and must go off-duty when they are not performing their faction duties. If you perform an action which will influence potential RP in the future, you must have OOC evidence of performing said RP. OOC evidence should consist of a recording or screenshot and it needs to be timestamped (/time). RP would only be valid for 48 hours or until your character dies and NLR is triggered. The time limit does not apply to rule 7. 13. Fear Roleplay (FRP) Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s safety and life. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger: • When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range. • When you’re in a vehicle that is stalled or turned off and a weapon is aimed at you close range. • When the attacker lowers their weapon to type or roleplay, your life remains in direct danger. • Driving a vehicle into an active shootout more than once without the intent of providing cover for a friend or yourself, or fleeing with it. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is NOT considered to be in direct danger: • When you are in a car which engine is not stalled. • When you have a firearm drawn and are facing the other person before they attacked. • When the attacker’s view is obstructed by an object or when they turn their back on you. As a victim, whose life is in direct danger: • You must display reasonable value for your life and comply with the demands of your attacker. • You cannot call 911 or call your friends or allies to aid you. How did the player break the rule(s)? So as we can see in the video, officer nash started a pursuit and it came along as it should have. But Huang decided to go over the limit and break the rules. As we can see he had a gun pointed in his head, as closest as he could've and he decided to go for the stab, which I consider breaking FearRP. After that he decided to PG too, as you can see he was tased over 3 times and he just continued to stab us with the broken bottle. Evidence of rule breach: https://streamable.com/uo5jhn

Player(s) being reported: ID 195 Date of interaction reported: 25/05/2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1590426921 Your characters name: Benny Fox Other player(s) involved: Guilherme Tavares Specific rule(s) broken: 13. 8. Non-Roleplay (NRP) In a situation where a player gets away from an incident where they're being chased/pursued, they must wait 15 minutes before they can logout. Players should not instigate roleplay situations if they do not have time to play it through. Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. If you are unable to reconnect it may be excused after providing proof that would give you a valid reason not to return. How did the player break the rule(s)? Me and my fellow officer were on duty. Before this situation we had a pursuit on a Red stolen hellfire, which we found at the Chopshop we were checking when we saw him too. I just want to point out that the other officer knew about the active chopshop before this, so that's why we went to check it out! After we caught the guy with the Hellfire we took him to DOC and processed him. After that we had a little chat with the DOC guards. After that we went to the shop at palomino highway TheWantedReup. After that he suggested to check the Chopshop again since we were there about 20 minutes ago. And we said that if everything is cool there we would just go off duty. But we caught this guy trying to chop this car. So we turned on our lights and tried to get him out of the car. As we can see on the video I did not manage to get my gun out at the right time and he flew. After that we caught him as he lost control, we got out of the car, pointed guns at him and waited for him to get out of the car. As you can clearly hear he said wait I'm lagging or something like that, and then he left the server and I did a /time. 10 minutes later he came back probably expecting us gone and left the car there. But we were waiting as we are supposed to because of the 15 minutes. And we continued the RP. After we said again "On your knees, get out of the car" he left the server again. I want to point out that we were on TeamSpeak3, but as you can clearly see and hear we were only using it OOCly and not trying to ruin the quality of the RP. And if you do look up on discord crash-reports channel, you can see my buddy asking and informing the guy if he is coming back and etc... Evidence of rule breach:

    ID 151 (DM)

Player(s) being reported: ID 151 Date of interaction reported: 08/05/2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1588970099 Your characters name: Benny Fox Other player(s) involved: N/A Specific rule(s) broken: 14. Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper roleplay reason and interaction. Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property. • If they report you to the police for a serious crime. • If they are not in compliance with plausible demands, attempt to escape, or call backup. How did the player break the rule(s)? As we can see in the video, I am just doing my job of a bouncer in the agency called Cerberus Security and minding my own business, taking peoples ID and taking the entrance fee. And out of no where this guy decides to punch me in the head for no reason. We can see that I answered his questions really calmly and with a nice voice, I even apologized to repeat his question because I did not hear him from the radio. Explained all of the questions he asked, never raised my voice and he just decides to punch me for no reason. I did take my pistol out after he punched me, but there fore I am a police officer I can not open fire since he did not open one on me, and there wasn't really a good reason to shoot him and so I placed my firearm back in my belt since I knew he is not worth the one bullet in my chamber. We can see he did it on purpose since he started to run away, if he just said in /b mc/missclick I would be chill with it but I guess he was really down for a fight. Evidence of rule breach:
  12. Hey! 24 hours have passed any signs of what's going to happen? Thanks for the fast response! Sincerely, Benny Fox.

    ID 19 (NRP)

Player(s) being reported: ID 19 Date of interaction reported: 02/MAY/2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1588436948 Your characters name: Benny Fox Other player(s) involved: Name(s) Pablo Manzaneto ID 335, ID 417. Specific rule(s) broken: 8. Non-Roleplay (NRP) • Unrealistic stunt jumping or the use of an expensive vehicle to ram into other vehicles. How did the player break the rule(s)? So first of all me and my friend which was sitting in my car, wanted to go to the High End market, because I wanted to list my car for less money. Once I took it out i couldn't return it back. So I left it there, knowing that someone would probably steal it what happened as the video shows. To be correct the alarm went off 2 times. After coming to the alarm for the 2nd time, we found the guy who was stealing it and so as everyone else would do I tried to talk since I did leave my weapon in the car, but as anyone else would do is just run with the car. After that we were chasing him to get my car back, since I kinda remembered that it was low on fuel. After that he stopped and asked if that's my car which was really odd and was kinda NRP too. But I'm not intrigued by that, anyways we continue the chase and out of nowhere this guy ID 19 come flying into us, with purpose which we can clearly see on the video evidence. I am not sure if they are friends, but if they are I would say that they were MGing because who in the living life would just ram someone with his car and then come back and say sorry, clearly seeing that we are chasing him. And I believe I can't really see him use the radio this whole time, so that is the cause of the thinking they were MGing too. Another note is that the guy in the elegy retro custom was at High End before this started! Evidence of rule breach:
