  1. Sponsored By Motorsport Introduction On December 4th, Adaline Lovelace and Tyrone Cox were roaming around Los Santos. Adaline decided to bring up the frozen lakes around the city, and mentioned she'd like to see Mirror Park's now frozen over lake. Tyrone admitted he hasn't visited any frozen lakes this season so they quickly did so. Looking at the Winter Wonderland that was now Mirror Park, Adaline felt inspired. Originally, she planned to not have a Bayview Auto Center event during December as she felt really unable to come up with a winter-esque idea for Public Relations, and she was terrified of making it too close to the holiday season. However, she saw potential all around her. After Tyrone and Adaline did some brainstorming they decided they were going to do a Bayview Winter Ice Karting event. They immediately started to talk about a date and time, raffle car, a DJ, catering, and furnishing. It was now officially only six days away till the event. It's Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas.. Tyrone and Adaline began designing and furnishing the event. Tyrone was super brave, climbing the poles and stringing the lights as Adaline watched, being her bossy about how she wanted everything to look. Over the next few days Adaline would demand more Christmas decorations. It felt as if there was no such things as too many! A bright circular DJ podium, repair bays for the mechanics, and snowmen everywhere. Adaline, Tyrone, and Kellie Vaeseri all decided to hide a very spicy gnome on the outskirts of the lake who may or may not have had a candy cane stuck somewhere.. deep. Bayview's Christmas Gift Adaline was very happy to work with Motorsport again for this event. This partnership has been very helpful for events in the past, and have always delivered only the best! As the Director of PR she felt it may be a nice treat to let Bayview employees participate in the event raffle for a change. This meant she would be maintaining the money and raffle booth by herself for the whole event. The vehicle of choice was a MAXED Christmasified Kamacho! DJ Boris || The Flying Dutchman Bayview Auto Center was very happy having DJ Boris perform a set at their pop up event with Weazel News. Adaline was very impressed with his DJ'ing skills that she immediately gave him the offer to perform at this event. The DJ podium housed many dancers throughout the night as The Flying Dutchman spun the tables with ease. Seaside Supplies Saved Our Lives! Jo's Put On A Show The day of the event, Adaline, Tyrone, and Kellie all frantically called a contact to help them purchase Hot Coffee and Fresh Donuts in bulk. Tyrone got a response from Jay Jacobson, the owner of Seaside Supplies. They explained their dilemma and Jay was happy to help. Jay stuck around to load the crates for them and even planned a drop off of more donuts for later in the event. Bayview Auto Center is eternally grateful to Seaside Supplies and their immediate assistance. Throughout the event, Bayview lost their food cart handler, and Adaline began to panic. However, Kellie saved the day by having Jayden Jo and Jamie Jo, on-duty mechanics, take care of the cart. Bayview's Winter Ice Karting Winter Festivities In Los Santos! Maxed Kamacho Raffle Winner AGAIN?! The Maxed Jugular Kamacho sponsored by Motorsport was won by Aiden Jo. Bayview was super surprised he won twice in a row! Aiden Jo bought 50 tickets. Adaline was speechless. Thank you to the following factions/companies for coming to the event to either station, or rep your set: LSPD, LSEMS, DOC, LSSD, GOV, SAJB, DCC, Downtown Drift Club, LSMC, ENVY, Los Santos Customs, Motorsport, and more! Thanks again to Motorsport for sponsoring the event, you're the best uwu! Finally, thank you to Kellie Vaeseri | Silja for helping me with this forum post, they take me hours and hours to make but your help allowed me to get some rest. Much love!
  2. Sponsored by Introduction On November 1st, Adaline Lovelace was given the Assistant Director title of the Public Relations Division. After some time she became the only Director in Public Relations. She began making some changes by revamping the division, and providing a PR handbook, and creating financial incentives/bonuses for employees. In all her joyous celebration for her recent promotion, she knew deep down she had to do something big. Adaline created a way for employees to easily give their event ideas. While looking through the list, she noticed a new idea. Manuel Romero's idea stood out to her; 'Car Show at the Terminal'. The Schematics Adaline thought, why not go even bigger and add a Job Fair to this event idea. So she had reached out to Manuel to let him know his event was now in the works. Manuel mentioned that before in Public Relations, he had mentioned this idea with little to no avail. Adaline reassured him that this would get done. Manuel emailed her the schematics for the event he had in mind. They were beautifully crafted with care, and filled with passion. Looking over the schematics, she felt herself smile. She thought, 'This potential was in our PR team after all..' It included an amazing race track, and thoroughly thought out stationing points for the event. Bayview's Human Resources Team Adaline reached out to the Human Resources team with her Job Fair idea. Public Relations wanted a Car Show, a Race, and a Job Fair. A triple threat, and it seemed nearly impossible. Bayview was ready to tackle this challenge as Human Resources was immediately on board and started drafting an interview process made specifically for the event! Maxed Jugular Sponsored by Motorsport Adaline was under some pressure. 'Bayview needs to get this event out before the snow piles our roads', She thought to herself. Adaline decided on November 25th at 9PM, and planned to stick to it. She reached out to one of Bayview's excellent partnerships and requested a sponsor car for their event. James Eriksen, the CEO of Motorsports, happily took Adaline up on the collaboration. Bayview quickly MAXED the Jugular, and started selling raffle tickets. A Picture Is Worth A Thousand Words.. First things first, Bayview needed a poster for this event. Adaline reached out to Kellie Vaeseri, a Public Relations Member, for a poster. This would be a paid job offered by Bayview's PR team bonuses. Swiftly, Kellie crafted an amazing poster, it left Adaline speechless. 'How could my girlfriend be this cool?', Adaline considered herself extremely lucky. As the Assistant Director of PR, she paid Kellie for her fabulous work with a grin on her face. Can I Get A Number 9.. The citizens of Los Santos needed to have their cake, and eat it too. Adaline reached out to many known caterers in the city. Clappers, Cool Beans, and more, but to no avail. She could feel her hair turning grey from the stress. For days, this was her biggest challenge. She wanted to support a local business, but she was appalled by the idea of buying it from a mart. Her girlfriend, Kellie, suggested that they work at Burgershot part-time to prepare the catered food. They hurried to their new job and started an assembly line. Kellie took care of the Submarines, and Burgers, while Adaline took care of the Fries. Soon, they had enough to feed the upcoming event attendees! Eliza Honk helped handle the catering table throughout the night. Eliza Honk was the life of the party, being super sociable and caring, offering food to everyone she saw. Bayview's Car Show, Race, and Job Fair Event! A Great Turn Out! The citizens of Los Santos lined up their cars one by one in the parking spaces provided. It was like a mechanic's guilty pleasure. You had drift cars, off-roaders, sports, and supers all waiting for you to appreciate their modifications. It was hard for the mechanics to not drool over these sick vehicles! It was a great time for people to show off their neons and xenons to the crowds. As the vehicles pulled in, Bayview employees kept their judgy eyes out for potential winners of the competition. DJ Quiet! Adaline, being a big fan of DJ Quiet, just HAD to get her there. After many talks with her manager, Lynn Foster, it happened! The crowd danced to her mixes throughout the night. Quiet spun the tables, and danced along with her crowd to hype them up. Looking at the DJ stand you could see DJ Quiet partying away with her entourage. Adaline was so busy maintaining the event she forgot to ask Quiet to sign her breasts! Bayview Hard At Work! Bayview had many responsibilities throughout the duration of the event. However, the new environment filled them with excitement. It's tiresome always being at the ledge, and the event was a nice way for all of them to blow off steam. Pictured, Blake Briggs working at the Raffle table at the event, Kellie Vaeseri working at a Human Resources table at the event, and Boris Jo working at our repair and car wash bay at the event. All the Bayview employees worked diligently during the event, and did not flinch when crowds formed. Races Bayview's track designed by Manuel Romero was a huge hit! Many drove the track for fun before we started our official cash prize races. Plenty of winners went home that night, with Tyrone Cox giving them their prizes. Maxed Jugular Raffle Winner! The Maxed Jugular Raffle sponsored by Motorsport was won by Aiden Jo. Adaline overheard him tell someone he bought 50 tickets- HUGE profit! Car Show Winners! The Bayview employees enjoyed being able to judge the vehicles in secret and discussing their options. The winners of the Car Show had varying styles. With one vehicle decked out for the holidays, one a prestigious super, and the last a super sick drift car. Each car stood out in their own way and stole the show that night! The Bayview Scrapbook Conclusion Thank you to all who participated in this event and I hope you enjoyed it to the fullest extent! Thank you to the ECRP staff (timbit) who helped set up the crazy amount of props for this occasion. Thank you to Bayview Auto Center for working so hard to bring this triple threat to the table! Thank you to the following factions/companies for coming to the event to either station, or rep your set: LSPD, LSEMS, DOC, LSSD, GOV, SAJB, DCC, Downtown Drift Club, LSMC, ENVY, Los Santos Customs, Motorsport, and Burgershot! Thanks again to Motorsport for sponsoring the event, couldn't have done it without you.
  3. Introduction On Wednesday 1st November 2023 Bayview Auto Center's Public Relations team directors were sent an email by a team of event organizers from the San Andreas NASCAR Association. The San Andreas NASCAR Association invited Bayview to help run the event on Saturday 18th November 2023 by putting together a pitstop crew. The mechanics of Bayview would be partaking in repairing the NASCARs in-between each race. The Email The Assistant Director of Public Relations, Adaline Lovelace, was super excited for the event. She sent a mass email to her Public Relations division letting them know the great news. Many were anticipating the event. Over the next few days, Adaline researched many NASCAR pitstops so she could train her future pitstop crew to their fullest. Adaline gathered some worthy mechanics, gave them some pitstop training, and awaited the day of the event. The Pacer Car Adaline Lovelace checked her inbox on her email to see a Public Relations discussion unfolding. Manuel Romero had brought up the amazing idea of Bayview providing a Pacer Car to the NASCAR race. The PR team was immediately on-board! Adaline Lovelace quickly emailed the San Andreas NASCAR Association with the proposition. Once the SANA agreed, Adaline let Manuel know the great news. NASCAR RACE DAY The Races The day was filled with many races, and a lot of media coverage as a Weazel News' blimp could be seen in the sky. The track, at the San Andreas International Airport, was beautifully crafted. With a barrier made of license plates, and the American flag styled bridge over the track, the sights made it a moment to remember. The Bayview mechanics were able to enjoy spectating these races while preparing themselves for their upcoming repairs.. The Bayview Crew The Pacer Car In Action! Bayview's own Manuel Romero can be seen preparing his Pacer Car for the race introductions. Bayview Auto Center cheered him on over the radio for his epic coolness! The Pitstop Crew! "Pitstop to the Top!" The pitstop team consisted of Miles Minnies, Blake Briggs, Katie Fire, and Adaline Lovelace! The Pitstops came in quickly and Bayview worked even quicker. Blake Briggs would haul the 70lb tires over the the Tire Changers, Adaline and Katie. While Miles Minnies would fuel the cars with fuel tanks and help change tires when needed. The team worked hard and diligently throughout the event and were ecstatic to be there! Bayview Auto Center was happy to see their sister company Los Santos Customs and many chats were held between the mechanics of Los Santos. The Bayview Scrapbook Conclusion Thank you to the ECRP event team for organizing the event. It was very enjoyable and for all of us to participate in. Thank you to the ECRP staff who helped set up the props for us to use as mechanics, and more! Thank you to Bayview Auto Center and Los Santos Customs for working so hard to bring the event to life with our pitstop roleplay and quick repairs!
  4. I see what you mean. I just wish there was a bit of a positive to the rain. Mostly because in Paleto if you get a car wash and drive into the city, it's already dirty. So if it's that easy to get dirtied maybe we can give a positive quick wash for free. I think it would be satisfying. However, this issue could be fixed with how fast cars get dirty being altered..
  5. This is just a simple QOL of life change that I'm unsure people would be too interested in but I am a sucker for a polished vehicle. When it rains, ICLY, I would like to suggest that the vehicles become clean like from a car wash. It would help with immersion a bit, and also would be a plus to enduring the scawy thunder storms! Just a playful suggestion that isn't too big.
