Hello, I have the same issue and my download speed is 13-16 mbps. I'm using a VPN on TCP protocol and it fixes the delay, I suggest you to do the same and check if it works or not.

There's a lot of people experiencing delays like that ( including myself ). For solving this issue you can use a VPN on TCP protocol.

If you're using any kind of VPN to play in the server, turn it off or set it on another IP location. If that didn't fix the issue post a ban appeal on forums. Here : https://forum.eclipse-rp.net/forum/3-decision-appeals/

I'm not sure how having the same color for their cars is considered as a crime. ICly we have a penal code for adding charges, a certain color for a car? No it's not part of the charges.

I agree with this, there's a lot of situations which I was talking in TAC by holding N and the player that I was RPing with was confused that who I was talking to. Most of the time I try to hold P for talking but since it's a bit far away from the other keys I don't use it in all the situations. I an OOC rule for holding P for talking in TAC should reslove this problem, but tbh this is not a major thing and you do not see this "officers talking on TAC while they're under gunpoint". -1 to other parts.

This is an IC issue, if they want to get attentions by using the same mask or same color for their car's, it's an IC issue which will have IC consequences. -1

I wanna keep this topic short and useful, new CCTV cameras have an option that you can watch all the CCTV cameras in the stores, live. Watching CCTV cameras from across the map makes 0 RP sense and puts criminals in a huge disadvantage. IRL police does not have access to CCTV cameras in a store few miles away. So the point of this suggestion is that it's gonna be very balanced if the option for watching these cameras live get removed.

@Sam Axe I took a look over your suggestions, all of these are for your own benefits not even a single positive point for the community. It's obvious that you're trying to make your IC life easier through OOC methods such as suggestions. Please take this section more serious and try post suggestion that has positive points for the community not only for you.

It's an IC issue, if your charges were wrong, you can go through IA ICly, I don't think this is an OOC issue. -1
