  1. Hello, this is Nicolas King (ID 146), 5 seconds before him running I told him to get up and go to the cruiser which means he could hear me very well. Footage : https://streamable.com/ypef55 I aimed a shotgun at him like 1 meter away from him, he ignored the shotgun and kept running, his actions led us to an ambush in a freeway and ruined the whole RP in that parking lot.

No, we didn't catch up since someone used the elevator and we lost the track, we searched 5 or 6 floors with one of the officers but we didn't find him and we didn't enough unit so we left the area.

That's true but pressing all the floors not gonna make elevator fly from floor 90 to 68, 19 to 50 etc. You knew that there's no way for us to get you if you keep teleporting in that elevator, so you used it as an advantage which in real-life no one would use an elevator to escape from the cops by going up and down in it, also the elevator's not gonna go to floor 68 from 90 in 1 second. won't respond anymore until asked by staff.

Player(s) being reported: ID 55 Date of interaction reported: 10/8/2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1597040558 Your characters name: Nicolas King Other player(s) involved: Tyler Rogers, 128, 57, 49 Specific rule(s) broken: 9. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. Examples of actions that are considered as non-roleplay: • Baiting Government Services - Provoking a reaction from faction services without a realistic reason / or calling faction services to e.g. rob them. • Mercy Killing - Asking to be killed by a friend (Killing a friend falls under deathmatching). • Unrealistic stunt jumping or the use of an expensive vehicle to ram into other vehicles. • Spawning a scripted work vehicle and using it for anything other than its intended purpose. • Submerging any vehicle in water or unrealistically beaching any watercraft. • Swimming in water for an unrealistic amount of time or without a destination during a chase. Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. Our official discord server has a channel dedicated to game crash notifications and you should post here with a valid reason for being unable to return. If a player gets away from being chased/pursued, they must wait 15 minutes before they can logout. Players should not instigate roleplay situations if they do not have time to play it through. Players who ignore answering roleplay commands directed at them, e.g. /do. In a situation where a player’s game crashes or the player is kicked from the server, they should be allowed to have the same advantages as they have had before their leave. Players should not deprive other players of roleplay, e.g. early on the interaction asking them not to speak unless it makes sense in the roleplay situation. How did the player break the rule(s)? We had a 911 call about a guy with unlicensed firearm, I tried to tell this guy to take your mask off but he decided to run towards the elevator which is fine but after 5 seconds we all were watching elevator flying through the floors. Yes, I know, we didn't lose anything but watching someone flying all over an apartment through an elevator is not fun at all. Evidence of rule breach: https://youtu.be/Xp8nJ6RhplU
  5. Yes the name is weed table, you could've asked the seller ICly what drugs you can make with this one, also, you cannot make weed (marijuana) with none of the tables (Coke and Weed).
  6. +1, it really makes sense for an officer to have a flashlight on his pistol or shotgun.
  7. +1, it makes sense, also I suggest that we can discuss about heavies in cars, they're also follow the same rule as pistols, the rule says that if someone see the heavy inside the car they see it (does not matter if they see it by third person or first person), it makes 0 sense in my opinion. there should be at least RP for that and not just yelling that " blue car's driver has an AK".
  8. Forgot to make it public, done.

I saw a man in Gauntlet hellfire driving in wrong side of the road so I tried to pull him over, ID 3 was in his vehicle. He got out and went for his drag (Looks like he had an accident here and was injured). I was performing the traffic stop on the Jake Okibi and this guy shows up. I told him with megaphone to leave the area/keep moving for 2 times but he stayed infront of the Jake's gauntlet, he used the numbers on the keyboard or his mouse scroll to change the weapon his back from .50 to micro SMG (Admins can check this out, if you have .50 and micro at the same time you can choose which one the other players can see f you're on a bike). So he changed the .50 to micro SMG. At first, I thought this was not an intentional action, but he kept circling around the area to bait the LEO to chase him and leave his friend. After this traffic stop I tried to pull him over which he evaded, caused a 9-10 minutes pursuit and wasted time of a lot of officers. I tried to solve this in the reports but he said it was a bug, I told him that I'm going to report him so save your pov, but his answer was "no I'm fine" which made me believe that his action was 100% intentional Evidence of rule breach: https://youtu.be/OSlJ4vOZxVk ( about the background voice in the first 2-3 seconds, these guys are my friends at discord, Logan Rogers (Steve Martinez) and Ethan Taylor, so admins can check the logs and see these guys or their alts wasn't actively playing in ECRP) Edit : https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/729976977129209868/736600838642073661/20200725173205_1.jpg
  10. -1, I don't think people like to see everyone's hanging around with bulletproof vests on, imo makes everyone feel that they're in war or something like that. Even right now there's a lot of medics hanging around with those vests on, which is very unrealistic. Only god knows how they got them.
  11. @sasanmohamade you are complaining about stuff that you have legit 0 knowledge about, you don't know what's going on ICly, nor OOCly that what's the reason which drags the council to war with a gang. I'm kinda curios why did you think that the "cap limit" will prevent you from getting robbed at the chop shops, drug labs, etc? There always will be someone to rob you or shave your head, does not matter what's the color, people always do whatever they want. "destroying chop shops" they are trying to be on the top for years, why you think you have to become the best in few weeks by talking shit with them? AFAIK the robbery rule for criminals had a change and made it so better for them. btw they were not talking about not being able to rob civilians, the problem was some gangs used to go in speed limit in the city, staying 24/7 at parking lot, or baiting reports. And I say it again, don't complain about things that we both know you have 0 knowledge about.
  12. this is Nicolas King, the officer who used /takeguns on this player, I can confirm that when you use /takeguns on a player it destroys guns and none of them will come into your inventory. Unfortunately I don't have footage for this situation ( forgot to save it ).
  13. That's very good to hear that you're trying to learn things and I'm sure that won't happen again from your side. I decided to drop this report

Fear Roleplay (FRP) Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s safety and life. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger: • When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range. • When you’re in a vehicle that is off and a weapon is aimed at you at close range. • When the attacker lowers their weapon to type or roleplay, your life remains in direct danger. • Driving a vehicle into an active shootout more than once without the intent of providing cover for a friend or yourself, or fleeing with it. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is NOT considered to be in direct danger: • When you are in a car which engine is not stalled. • When you have a firearm drawn and are facing the other person before they attacked. • When the attacker’s view is obstructed by an object or when they turn their back on you. As a victim, whose life is in direct danger: • You must display reasonable value for your life and comply with the How did the player break the rule(s)? We chased him, he stalled and ignored the demands. I tried to let him know through the /pm to save his pov but he was disconnected already. Evidence of rule breach:
