  1. You can see in you video the shotgun on my back and me punching the cruiser? What more proof do you need, clearly not paying attention. My buddy in the cruiser next to me saw you opening firing and told me about it, therefore giving me a right to hit you if i wanted to. If the admins deem this a poor role play and non-realistic so be it but it was not VDM and i was well in my rights to hit ID53 as i stated, just because multiple people see something doesn't mean it's true. I have plenty of evidence and for all the admins in PD/SD would know this from out PIT training that this would take into effect. I was not aiming for you and that was a fact i missed you by a centimeter. I honesty can not remember if i pulled my shotgun out RP wise as it was a moment of panic just like you picking up your friend and i didn't get to use as by the time it was in my hands i was dead, but i am guilty of switching to it. As you said they can check the logs to see and i am more than happy to take a punishment. As for the poor role-play when it comes down to it this is just a game and there are a lot of things that don't relate to real life situations. The only reason the rules are there are to make sure everyone has a good time and things function to a certain standard. I don't mind admitting when i am wrong as i said it's only a game, so if the observing party feels this is punishable i will take whatever they feel is right. Like i stated im not responding to the reporting party as im not here to have a keyboarding match. That's why there are admins to decide the outcome of the report.
  2. Firstly i'm not sure who you tagged but this is my forum name. This issue was actually sorted in-game by @Bakmeel so i never recorded any footage. Just for the record, on my screen i didn't hit you i only hit and aimed for ID53. I was at the scene sounding the injured male. Multiple people pull weapons and demand us to get onto the ground, the fact my engine was not off or stalled i had the opportunity to move from direct fire to place an emergency call i never left the scene. As i was driving away from the scene, my associate in the cruiser had turned around to see ID 24 opening fire on the officers. I then drove toward the injured man as the officers were in direct danger and i was coming to help them leave. As i entered the scene my engine stalled do to being shot and i was unable to flee. I stepped out of the vehicle and had no weapon equipped so i have no idea how i was shooting people, i was just kicking the cruiser on my game. I managed to equip my shotgun after kicking the cruiser twice than i got injured. Without waiting for backup? What am i suppose to do let my fellow officers die, we had nearly every cop in the game already there, there was 4 other units in a pursuit. The rule that i complied with is valid under the DeathMatching rule which stats: Vehicles cannot be used to attack another player more than once including a failed attempt. Also were was the RP involved in picking the injured person? It's okay for him to make reports when he is powergaming? I did not attempt more than once to hit the players with my vehicle. I aimed for someone who put my or my allies life into direct danger giving me a valid reason to attack them. I never aimed for you nor intended to hit you. If we are reporting people with 300 ping for dsync now then i could make a tonne or reports. I will not respond to any response from the reporting party, i will wait for an admin decision.

    ID 142 Fear RP

Player(s) being reported: ID 142 Date of interaction reported: 04/09/2019 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1567541408 Your characters name: Edward Mercer Other player(s) involved: N/A Specific rule(s) broken: 13. Fear RP Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger: • When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range. How did the player break the rule(s)? ID 142 attempted to steal a cruiser during an active scene, i ran towards the player wielding my Pistol .50. (The engine of the cruiser was switched off) I gave him demands and he continued to run away. Evidence of rule breach: WARNING VOLUME https://streamable.com/yve77
  5. You already got hit by your friend and you were on low health so it doesn't matter how hard i hit you, you still would have been injured. How is it not showing care for your life when for me you were nowhere near the cruiser you were off the left on the bottom of the boardwalk. Hence the reason i stated dsync in ooc. I am not here to argue this matter all the evidence has been stated, it's now up to the decision of a support member, i'm not here to keyboard warrior this on a forum. I know what happened and i believe both of our actions are non punishable, but if the support member deams it punishable so be it.
  6. This is me in this clip. For the VDM it was dsync as stated in /ooc. As for fear rp I was in a vehicle when the engine wasn't off or stalled, I also got out of the cruiser with my weapon already in my hand which is stated in the rule as not being in danger. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is NOT considered to be in direct danger: • When you are in a car which engine is not stalled. • When you have a firearm drawn and are facing the other person before they attacked. I do not have footage for this incident as shadow play wasn't working so if the Support Staff deams this as a rule break I understand but from my perspective I don't think dsync should be a punishable offence.
  7. Player(s) being reported: ID 222, ID 146 Date of interaction reported: 24/AUG/2019 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1566592628 Your characters name: Edward Mercer Other player(s) involved: Walter Pembroke @SaltyPython Specific rule(s) broken: 13. Fear Roleplay (FRP) - Fear Roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your characters safety and life. - Example (but not limited to), where your characters life is considered to be in direct danger: -When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range. 10. Powergaming (PG) - Forceful roleplay that does not give the other player a chance to roleplay their own response is considered powergaming. Other players must be given a chance to roleplay outcomes of actions. How did the player break the rule(s)? We had arrived on scene to an active store robbery. We manage to get all 3 player to surrender onto their knees. I cuff a player then dash outside to check our cruiser and i heard a vehicle arrive. My partner 'Walter Pembroke' is dealing with ID 146, which you can see in the chat that he is not responding to RP. Walter then asks the player to respond in OOC chat to which the player runs out the store into his car and flees (which is caught in the video). ID 222 then decides to run outside and i draw my firearm to him telling him to stop, He then proceeds to fail FearRP by unlocking his car with a gun to his head, jumping in his car and fleeing the scene. This is captured in the video provided. Evidence of rule breach: *Please be aware of volume i am loud* https://streamable.com/9o7kq
  8. It's not FearRP until you give demands
  9. That isn't true as A, you gave no demands and B, there was a second officer drawn at you. I also stated the fact you had a weapon out was fine but the second you hoped on the bike you failed FearRP.
  10. @Chrisy It works for me, that's strange. Here is a youtube link
  11. How did the player break the rule(s)? ID 71 and 201 were robbing a store, i approached on foot where i drew my weapon holding first at ID 201 then ID 77 where both myself and my partner drew weapons. ID 77 did have a weapon drawn but did not fire although he hopped onto the bike not having a weapon drawn breaching the FearRP rule.
