I followed the above step 3 times before I got my verification email, its how I found the fix.

It also may be beneficial if you logged into an account as opposed to a guest account.

Did not receive a verification email:
Follow these steps:
- Load into the server and try registering a "new" account with the exact same details and information as your existing account.
- Click register; it'll tell you the account already exists.
- Close RAGE:MP and reload into it, then attempt to login.
- The verification email should have been sent by this time. (Huge thanks to @TwitchDadTV for this!)
- If this does not work, contact a Web Developer or above!

Another fix to this I found when I had it on first joining was to go into my computers speakers unselect my microphone and reselect it.

Reported this to moderator RedHot and advised to post here.
House at Wild Oats Drive 36 is unlocked. When you enter the house and walk out the door exiting without pressing Y you are teleported and walk out of a property inside the city.
You can walk back into the house inside Los Santos and then press Y to exit properly and you are back at the proper location.

@Jamo95 Can you provide a bit more detail in relation to what you are doing/not doing to have the issue occur? If you are losing the cursor whilst doing the quiz try pressing F2, alt tabbing out can cause you to have an issue as well.

I had the same problem when I started playing, I use trend micro maximum security for anti virus. I think @damen57 is on the money, it took me several attempts to have the program added to the trusted list after a lot of frustration and failed attempts.
Once I got it on my anti virus trusted list I haven't encountered the problem again. If you struggle getting it on your anti virus trusted list try running it as administrator.

Try validating your game files, update your graphics drivers, complete reboot or reinstall.
I had a similar issue but I was able to resolve it by completely closing out the program and rebooting my computer at its worst stage unlike your constant dramas.

Unless someone has had a similar issue as it seems to be a Rage problem you may be best joining the RageMP discord server. They should be able to help you a lot quicker then waiting on a reply which may not come unfortunately.

With boats now actively available on the server would it be possible to perhaps either make fishing faster when undertaken from a boat you own or perhaps the ability to catch higher value fish when fishing from your vessel ?
Given the price of some vessels it would be nice to see some sort of benefit.
