Click register; it'll tell you the account already exists. Close RAGE:MP and reload into it, then attempt to login. The verification email should have been sent by this time. Try accessing the panel and verifying there. You should get the email quicker.

Have you tried redownloading the client resources? To do this delete the folder \RAGEMP\client_resources\51.91.16.98_22005
