I believe the Transfer Request System has some ambiguity and could use an edit to clear things up. The transfer request should not exceed a value of $500,000 and/or more than 50% of the character's total wealth. The above statement doesn't make it clear which character's total wealth is in question. Is it the character transferring the items or receiving the items? What about the case where there is a sale of an asset to the other character? If the asset was sold for a fair market price, it's more of a net zero transfer. The example used in the guidelines is for transferring an asset to another character for nothing in return. It seems like the system was put in place more so for helping a new character get started in the game with a little bit of money to buy a vehicle.

Physical objects are subjected to item duping. Unfortunately that out weighs all the pros.

Since mechanics can tow cars and impound them, why not allow mechanics to release vehicles? You could further restrict it so that mechanics can only release secure impound and police must be used for regular impound.

This happened to me yesterday with a Speeder. The boat seemed to start sinking when getting further from shore with a passenger on board. After the passenger drove the boat it was difficult to resurface the boat and it eventually sank.

I agree that the debt should be serviced as a % garnishment on your salary. In real life when you owe the government money they don't take 100% of what you make, you still are left with enough to survive (enough for food, water and small supplies necessary to do your job).

Please increase the range limiter on large homes, properties and warehouses so that players may build across all the land they have rights to.

North Rockford Dr. 3, and Steel Way 3 Expected behavior: I should be able to build anywhere on my house's property. Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: I am only able to build out a short ways from my front door but my backyard and lawns are large.

Money/items can be refunded like they always have been from rule breaks.

I support a hospital bill upon respawning after death. There are not enough money sinks in this game and it's part of the reason why we have a hyper inflated economy.
