Something that I have noticed is that I sometimes have to use 2FA IG and that usually only seems to happen when my IP changes, same reason as to why my login info is deleted every time I restart PC. I am 99% sure that if you tried to login from another household/IP to your Eclipse Account in-game it would request for you to input your 2FA.

Usually respawning the vehicle works for them to see it. ( I have never tested if they have too just leave the stream range or the actual respawn of the vehicle matters )

Yes, it still happens sometimes. It's an issue with modded vehicles and because Police vehicles are majority of modded vehicles that is why it's only seen with these.

You can only have two firearms active at the same time. You already have two pistols therefore you can't buy the shotgun. Unless you are reporting that money is taken but no firearm is given
