  1. Isn't this already the case? just that its not that easily or heavily enforced
  2. if i understood Paulius correctly when he was setting up the NPC cars. They use player cars are Pre-fabs. Meaning they are an exact copy of the vehicles that real players own. But I do however. not know if it just clones the visual mods of the cars. or if it clones the entire /modview of the vehicle
  3. Hey. So my suggestion is to have the ability to pay a NPC [Shady DMV Worker] to print new plates for a NPC vehicle and give you the ability to replace the plates of the vehicle. The inside of the vehicle [Inventory of the vehicle] Would still be red as it is still only a temporary inventory like any non player owned vehicle. You would also get a key for the vehicle after fully re-plating the vehicle with your own new plates. You would need to drive the vehicle to a [Shady DMV Worker] and then pay them a set amount of money depending on what the vehicle type is "low, medium, high or top" The vehicle would not have insurance so if it blows up it would not be possible to reclaim from Mors. when PD scans the plate. it would show up as YOUR vehicle and not as stolen. however. PD would now have the ability to check vehicle VIN's. They would be able to inspect the vehicle VIN and run it with DMV to see if the vehicle is reported stolen or not. They would need to stand near the vehicle and select it and do /viewvin. a 15 second action timer would then play as they inspect the vehicle frame for a VIN. It would also require the vehicle to be unlocked and the hood open.
  4. Hello, I've always found it a bit odd. How someone blowing up a table 100% of the time. will get a property compromised. I think there should be a way for players to counter the call in the event of a table blowing up. I was roaming the map and came by one of the random crime NPCs and thought to my self. These can be used for more then this. My idea for the re-work. Is to use NPC's instead of a direct GPS tracker to the door in question. Upon a table exploding, an NPC could be spawned within about 150 meters of the door to the property. upon spawning the NPC will wait 5 to 10 seconds before making the 911 call. The players would then have the ability to find the NPC and ether hold him at gun point for X amount of time, to make him run away (De-spawn) Or they could bribe the NPC an X amount of money to not tell where the sound came from. [Honest] Passer by: The explosion came from the property right there! *Officer/FD player gets the exact location of the house marked on their GPS* [Bribed] Passer by: Sorry, I don't know where it came from exactly. I just heard the sound. FD/PD/SD Could still inspect the properties in the area to see if they see smoke or fire from the doors, but the players could use a fire extinguisher to put out the fires to prevent FD/PD/SD from spotting it.
  5. he bought a bike to evade cops. And got arrested due to not being able to lose a cop on a bike
  6. Due to the size of a few vehicles. This would be impossible. Would be nice to have more things to do there. But the hight limit prevents any "essential services" such as the vehicle market from being operated down there.
  7. Hello, So I've been an inmate at DOC and worked as a guard there for a long time. And something that I think DOC guards need is a form of panic alarm. I'm not talking about a panic alarm like PD or MD has where they do Ctrl-E and it triggers a call with a GPS tracker on them. What I'm thinking of is to take use of the In-game sound effect that the prison has from singleplayer. With a command such as /pem "Prison Emergency" that triggers a message in chat like the front desk message saying. To disable the alarm there could also be a command such as /Endpem [Emergency] PLAYER / UNIT has triggered the Emergency alarm (This is only visible in the chat of any on-duty PD/SD/DOC players who is AT DOC) and it would start playing the alarm sound effect from GTA Singleplayer on the property. Alarm fx: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5qt6WXv_hPA This alarm is loud and can be heard from the highway or route 68. Any PD/MD/SD officer passing by on the highway or route 68 would hear the alarm and could radio in to ask if they need assistance or PD and SD could respond. This would also let every guard currently on duty know that something is wrong and they could declare a Code 1 or something and comb the prison. To find out why the alarm is triggered.
  8. Your house does not get auctioned off if you've got Active VIP on your account. So if you buy a year's worth of VIP. and then go inactive. you don't lose your houses. Unless that was changed with the recent VIP rework. But from what i know. VIP status effect prevents house removal due to inactivity.
  9. Attaching this here I've also noticed that my truck don't take any damage ether. I can ram anything at any speeds. the vehicle stalls. but it takes no damage, no lights, windows or vehicle parts take damage ether. not even paint scratches. It used to take damage. so its at 996hp at this point. but suddenly 1 day it just stopped. Vehicle in question:
  10. Date and time (provide timezone): 10:52 UTC +01:00 Character name: Inori Komatsu Issue/bug you are reporting: When de-spawning a vehicle in anyway "leaving the area, parking it, entering a house" Expected behavior: For the vehicle to have all its engine mods active when it spawn. and not need players to swing by a mechanic shop to /modview to active them Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: In the video attached, you can see that. right after I spawn in from a relog. the vehicles top speed and acceleration is horrible. but after I /modview its going about 40kmh faster then before Vehicle license plate number*: SHEE
