  2. Player(s) being reported: , ID 237, and ID 198 Date of interaction reported: 15/April/2024 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1713215659 Your characters name: Antonio Vitto Other player(s) involved: ID 237 DM ID 189 NLR Specific rule(s) broken: 14. Deathmatch (DM) Prior interaction should include escalation such as a robbery or a report to the police. Players on foot should only be attempted to be hit with a vehicle once with valid motive. 2. New Life Rule (NLR) Upon a player's death, all parties involved in the death should forget the memory of all information and any negative interactions and events leading up to the death. Information prior to the death should be completely forgotten and is no longer a valid justification for any future hostile action against those involved. Players can't return to the area of death until the prior RP is finished, and 30 minutes Out-of-Character has passed. Government faction members may return to their HQ and resume unrelated faction duties. How did the player break the rule(s)? I had just woken up and drove to the island to see if there was weed. I pulled onto the bridge saw a kamacho and turned around to leave and was instantly killed an finished.. While waiting at the hospital ID 189 was saying to the group of friends he just died with going to island is auto loose im only goina bring a .50 next time, i have POV from both and will provide VIA pm as it contains staff chat. upon PM ID 237 he told me i was in a active shootout and wearing the same thing as the gang members. I could not of known about a shootout or what people were wearing as my POV starts from log in screen Evidence of rule breach: *Video evidence URL* *Screenshot evidence URL*

  5. So as the script is currently from my understanding a new player can heal at MD for a cheaper cost then the standard 3k. But if you make a new character your not scriptly considered a new player therefor you do not get the benefits of a new player's discounts on for example MD. I am suggesting maybe make it an XP thing vs a New Player script tag.. I recently made a new character and i have been sent to the hospital many times and honestly cant afford to even heal myself sometimes especially in the beginning and go into debt from the hospital bill due to money in salary vs bank account. " when MD takes you it takes money out your bank" I think the discount should be applied to XP vs New player Tag. Even so after 5k XP the tag is removed but the character may of made bad choices and doesn't have money. I fear the cost of healing at MD is negatively effecting the under 10k xp players and don't see a benefit to the server or its new players having to fork out so much money.
