  1. Player(s) being reported: IDs 123, 49, 70, 60, 54, 93, 138, 123, 192, 5, 168 Date of interaction reported: 18/04/2024 Unix time stamp from HUD: 171340871 Your character name: Saint Verstappen Other player(s) involved: Martin Griggs, Jafari Griggs, Adrian Dox, Dillon Bing, Joel Wynn, Liam Raven, Jay Valentino, Kaydon Garza, Zara Darling Specific rule(s) broken: 2. Backup Rules Factions may not seek assistance/backup from other factions outside of a pre-established and organized activity. With proper IC reasoning, individual(s) who naturally stumble upon a situation may interject but cannot call their own faction for additional backup. Players are expected to consider the risk vs reward in relation to their interjection. The use of joint frequencies is prohibited outside of a coordinated activity taking place. Activities are intended to be majority stationary and do not include travel from location to location. They must have a specific accomplishable purpose and may not include hunting other factions (ie: ‘rolling labs’ is not an activity). In the event of chain activities (ie: robbing stores) the activity is considered a specific robbery. All parties on a joint frequency must be in the same location (surrounding areas apply should the activity require it ie: scouting). Engagements that take place while enroute to an activity location are permitted to be responded to only by the singular associated faction. Calling and texting others with information about an active situation needing backup will be considered an attempt to bypass the rule. Having members of different factions in a vehicle for the purpose of being able to utilize both factions during a need for backup is prohibited. How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum) Whilst my faction (CSB) was holding Elysian Lab to cook drugs and spend time together as a group, The Rooks arrived and a shootout began. After the shootout it was discovered that Rooks had pushed with members of OTF and non faction members present. As seen in the footage non faction members of the Rooks are seen actively participating in the push of the lab, Additionally the fact rooks arrived with heavy's and armor ready leads me to believe they were fully aware we were present at the lab and still chose to push with these non faction members. ID123 was killed by either Kaydon_Garza or Liam_Raven and was confirmed not to be a member of the Rooks faction Evidence of rule breach POV 1 POV 2
  2. I believe irish mob from a couple years ago did this as an alt rp which was quite cool to see, Would overall be a fun new robbery if devs chose to implement it.

  5. Big +1 gives benefits to both sides of the server with crims having more vehicles they can use on a daily basis for typical criminal activity's such as getting drops, evading and visiting various labs such as island. Also benefits the LEO side of the server with crims likely driving less "meta" vehicles.
  6. Massive +1 make weazel adds either an app or give players the ability's to toggle them via a command. My friend @Diddern cant take playing the color guessing game every 30 seconds much longer
  7. As it currently stands there are 4 labs in rotation, with there being 15 labs in total and it being random chance there is certain labs that do not appear for weeks at a time (such as LSD which i think has been open once or twice since the update). With the current 4 active labs I believe one large/major lab should be active at all times (Garbage, LSD, Island, Cave) with 3 of the smaller labs in rotation. If the large active lab is raided, the same cooldown as other labs would be in effect, however one of those 4 labs would then open in its place. This in my opinion would keep the criminal drug economy flowing more smoothly as drug making is a large part of turfs and the smaller labs make it a double or even triple the effort task. Additionally these labs bring a lot more interaction between gangs.
  8. +1 the wheels a scam right now so a daily login spin would be good, Also will likely cause players to spend even more time in the casino so I doubt it would have a major effect on the economy.
  9. Big +1, been loving the directions the servers been going but the new lab system is negatively affecting crim rp and crim economy and i think a rework would be good.
  10. I would like my forum name changed to Saint if possible.
  11. Overall this is a +1 however there's a few things id like to touch on. 1. AP prices right now in my opinion are very good, I feel anything less and everyone would be running around with 100aps 24/7 which isn't really ideal in my opinion. they have also been considerably reduced in price from what they were before the gun update. 2. I very much agree that LEO Armor shouldn't be 200ap, its isn't actually used as much as people would think, most of the time not being more the 150ap for SWAT and 100ap for you're standard police officer. I think even a slight decrease to 75ap for the Standard Kevlar and 100-150 for SWAT Kevlar's. At the end of the day AP isn't all that and with the gun update changing the .50 damage you can still kill anyone with a 100ap with 8 shots from a .50. 3. Crims would definitely benefit from having 150-200 aps being a special import via the cartel such as for an example 40k for 200ap being double the price as a 100ap. This would also be a benefit as the pool of special import weapons has shrunk due to the gun update making certain weapons importable. 4. this is gonna be my only negative I feel although a "sluggish" movement speed from heavy armors would be realistic, It would impact the usefulness of the AP if you cant even try and move out of the way of bullets. I think overall gameplay should be the focus over realism
