  1. Please note that this faction thread is completely out-of-character. No information from this thread should be used in-character. Originally, Los Santos only had one mechanic shop. After sometime of that them operating as the sole mechanic shop in the city, a second was opened under the name, Biggs' Premium Motor Works. The new shop was opened in the southern part of the city. Eventually Biggs resigned, and the shop was renamed to Bayview Auto Center by the new management. Bayview Auto Center continued to operate in the southern end of the city for a few years, but has since moved to Paleto Bay where it has continued to offer all of its services. Bayview offers four types of mechanic services; repairs, modifications, roadside repairs and vehicle towing. Besides that, Bayview are always collaborating with other government companies helping them out on their duties, such as impounding vehicles and providing our assistance with their organised events. Repairs Bayview offers both visual and engine repairs for all sorts of vehicles at our shop. Modifications We also offer a range of modification options for most cars, motorcycles, and boats. Some examples of modifications we offer are paint jobs, performance upgrades, and body work, which can all be done at our shop. Roadside Repairs Our roadside vehicles are equipped with a variety of tools and parts, which can be used for minor engine and visual repairs away from the shop. Towing Service We are equipped with tow trucks and flatbeds, which both have winches installed. These are used for transporting cars and motorcycles to places like gas stations, vehicle flips, and impounds. Flatbed The Flatbed is our most used vehicle, it is used similarly to tow trucks. It can be used to transport most types of cars and motorcycles. Heavy-Duty Tow Truck The Heavy-Duty Tow Truck provides us with extra power for jobs that need it. It is fitted with a tow hook and a winch to get vehicles out of sticky situations and tow them to safety. Light-Duty Tow Truck The Light-Duty Tow Truck is useful for hard to reach areas, such as small narrow alleys. It has the same capabilities as the Heavy-Duty Tow Truck. However, it can not tow larger vehicles. Utility Truck(s) This is one of three Utility Trucks that we have, and is our most commonly used Utility Truck. We primarily use our Utility Trucks for car meets and events as it can be loaded up with many parts and tools. Granger The Granger is one of Bayview's most versatile vehicles. It is used mainly for roadside repairs, but can also be used to flip cars. It is also especially useful because it can reach off road areas that a regular tow truck can not. Caracara The Caracara is used to assist customers in hard to reach, off-road areas. This vehicle can reach almost anywhere our other vehicles can not. Similar to the Granger it is used mainly for roadside repairs, but can also be used to flip cars with the fitted winch. Oracle The Oracle is used by management and Human Resources primarily for business trips, meetings and record checks. Bagger The smallest vehicle in the fleet, the Bagger is used for quick and easy small repairs in locations that are hard to reach. It is also used to do local patrols around the area. Owner The CEO of the company, represents the company in talks with the Government. Also makes sure that the day-to-day workflow runs smoothly. Co-Owner The owner’s right hand and most trusted advisor, helps with whatever the owner needs, ensures company rules and policies are implemented on a daily basis. General Manager(s) General Manager(s) are the third-in-command at Bayview. They relay messages between the Owner(s) and Manager(s). Helps make decisions and implement changes for the company, alongside the Owner(s). They ensure that the management team are performing their duties as they should. Manager(s) Relays messages between the General Manager(s) and other management members. Makes sure all other mechanics are following the best standards, actively communicates with other management members about the promotions, and suggests potential candidates for promotions. Supervisor(s) Reports to the Manager(s) of any inquiries surrounding the company, and oversees the work of mechanics. The Supervisor is an experienced mechanic, and a person considered to have exemplary conduct and one that is highly respected within the company. Assistant Supervisor(s) The first management rank, Assistant Supervisor(s) help with the day-to-day running and managing of Bayview. They report directly to Supervisor(s), and are given more responsibilities to manage employees. They also help other employees with their tasks when needed. Senior Mechanic An accomplished mechanic that serves as an example for up and coming mechanics at Bayview. Often works with the Trainee(s) to help them get settled at Bayview. The Senior Mechanic(s) are given access to the Caracara, which they can use for roadside requests. Mechanic An employee who takes care of their tasks well, knows the rules, and can advise other mechanics. They are also fully capable of handling tasks by themselves and do not need additional training beyond the one that has already provided to them. They are given access to the Granger, which they can use for roadside requests. Junior Mechanic An employee who has just passed the training period and has shown good work ethic and ability. Also knows basic rules and procedures and has enthusiasm to keep learning. Trainee Recently hired at Bayview, works on basic tasks while learning the trade. This is a probationary period in which the trainee will need to prove themselves. After the training period ends they will be assessed and management will decide whether or not they will progress to Junior Mechanic. Management A division including the Owner(s), Manager(s), Supervisor(s) & Assistant Supervisor(s). They are in charge of the employees and the facilities at Bayview. General Operations The operations manager(s) are in charge of planning, directing, and coordinating the operations of Bayview. They ensure and improve the performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability of the company as a whole. Human Resources Responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing, and placing workers. They may also handle employee relations. Human Resources-members consult with the management team to identify needs and preferred qualifications for future employees. Public Relations Maintains mutual relations and understanding between Bayview and the public. They improve the channels of communication and institute new ways of setting up a flow of information and understanding between the company and other companies/organizations. Training Division Makes sure every employee is properly trained, and ensures that the quality of training at Bayview is high. Trainers are knowledgeable and experienced mechanics that have been chosen and trusted by (Assistant) Head(s) of Training to perform their duties as trainers. Our recruitment process is separated into three parts: Application Process Bayview is constantly recruiting new members for entry level mechanic positions. Our application form can be found on Bayview's recruitment forums, where you should also read the other important information. The following requirements must be met for your application to be considered: - You must have at least 5000 experience on the character you are applying with. - You need to have a clean admin record of at least 14 days from when you submit your application. Interview Process If you pass the application phase, then you will be invited for an in-character interview. This interview will be used to judge your ability to roleplay and communicate effectively. Training Phase If your interview is accepted, you will be invited to join the faction, and to complete your training. The training can be the most difficult part of the recruitment process for some, as it is very roleplay intensive. It can also be fairly difficult because mechanic RP has a learning curve to it, and can be difficult for some to learn. The initial training will teach you some of the basic mechanic RP, where you will learn how to roleplay basic engine and visual repairs, and how to roleplay some types of modifications. We will also teach you how to use the tow trucks and flatbeds. After your training we will provide you with resources where you can learn more about how to service cars, and will also provide feedback as time goes on. "Have a Bayview Day!"

  2. Freddie West "Growing Up" Freddie West, a working class individual, born in Northern England did not grow up with many chances. Freddie did not grow up the traditional way; instead he had to scavenge for money, committing minor, less relevant crimes in order to make enough to survive off. Freddie had a partner in crime, his brother ‘Billy West’. One of their first acts of crime was nothing malicious, shoplifting; they took what they needed, not what they wanted. After committing countless petty crimes, they decided to step things up. To make some serious money, to get them off the streets for good. Starting their own vendetta, Freddie and Billy aimed for the stars. In their minds, there was no limit. Taking money off the rich and fueling their robberies, Freddie and Billy purchased their first firearm. It was nothing special, just a M9-22, but this was England. Guns had just been removed from the general public, only used in very severe cases by the police. With the purchase of this firearm they knew they needed to be careful, planning out every small act of crime, every large act of crime. With their newly acquired weapon, they decided that they could finally upgrade from the small crimes to a much, much larger one. A bank. Knowing that they could not do it alone, they needed help. Rich people didn’t need the money, poor people needed it. Recruiting some poor, some homeless people, they devised a plan. It was simple; no faces, no fingerprints… no evidence. The bank in question was a well known bank, with the blueprints to the building already published, it made the whole robbery much easier. After only a few months worth of planning, they were ready. All that was needed now was the equipment. Billy took the task of getting the drills and the clothing; Freddie, the vehicles. The vendetta decided it was best to steal cars that looked like the owners had forgotten about them. The clothing was nothing out of the ordinary, something you could wear when having a night out. But there was one important feature, no tattoos could be seen. The masks they wore were not identifiable, they didn’t allow the authorities to link the members together after the robbery. Not a single piece of clothing could be traced back to Billy, instead they were never removed from the clothing store’s stock list. The vehicles had to be quick; they couldn’t stand out; they couldn’t be linked to Freddie in any way. Taking the vehicles from a parking garage was not easy, but Freddie had an eye on the vehicles during the whole planning process; these vehicles were not looked at or even moved during the months it took to plan. Noone would notice them missing. "The Robbery" They had to be quick, there was only a small opening; miss this, miss the opportunity all together. With the gun in his hand, and the drill in Billy’s, they stormed the bank; Freddie taking aim at the crowd and the tellers, Billy heading for the vault. As Billy drilled through the vault it dawned on them… this was the change they needed, the last crime they ever needed to commit. Throwing the vault door open, Billy began stashing the goods that were inside. Gold Bars. They had not planned on this, they assumed it would be notes and small but valuable goods. Filling his bag as much as he could carry, Billy swapped places with Freddie, now holding the guns at the crowd. As Freddie headed towards the vault, there was a golden glow coming from inside. Even though Billy’s bag was completely full, there were stacks on stacks of golden bars; giving in to his greed, Freddie began filling up his bag and his pockets until they began to tear. Leaving the drill behind they radio’d to the drivers and the lookouts to pick them up. Throwing the golden bars that he was carrying into the back seat, Freddie hopped into the car slamming the door shut behind him. Billy instead hopped on the back on the bike, heading for the dirt tracks. “On The Run” Meeting up was the hard part, it seemed that everywhere they went was being watched by cops 24/7, but how? Arranging a new meeting spot was hard, but what was to follow was even harder. Realising that the drill they left behind had fingerprints covered from previous days of planning, they knew they had to leave the country. The pair knew they had to go to America, they just didn’t know how. They ultimately decided to split up, promising to meet again in Los Santos, ‘The place where dreams are made’. Unknowing of how his younger brother would make it, Freddie planned to take a trip straight to the location. No stops. No delays. First he began to beg for money, all of his money was in golden bars; something he couldn’t just pass around after a robbery. Making his first £1.50 he took the closest Bus as far as it could take him. They reached a location, unknown to Freddie, but it seemed he could walk around without fear of being tackled by every person who walked by. Now for the tricky part, purchasing a fake ID and passport from an old friend of his, he headed for the nearest Airport. Knowing he could not afford the high prices of a flight to America, he began running across the runway, merging with the people getting onto the plane. “Back to it” After landing he once again took to running, covering his face, making sure he wouldn’t become wanted here too. When asking around he was informed that he had landed in a place called ‘Los Santos’. He had made it, now time to locate Billy. Freddie began looking around at banks, feeling the greed consuming him, all of the money he had previously made had been left behind. He was now broke. When looking at these banks Freddie got into a scuffle with a few members of the public, due to the way he presented himself. It was then, during this scuffle he heard someone call his real name “Freddiee!”. It was Billy, calling his name from the other side of the bank. The loud calling had caused the fight to end, everyone was watching. Dashing across the bank, through the people, Freddie and Billy had met again. Everything went to plan, there were no issues with the people, there were no police looking for them. During the short time he had in Los Santos, Freddie had gotten some contacts. One by the name of “Lez”, had access to a range of weaponry. Although they vowed never to lay hands on a firearm again, they knew the only way they were gonna become rich was to rob once again. Purchasing the firearm off Lez for a promise of 50% of the cash stolen, Freddie and Billy felt the power, the thrill once again. It was like old times; taking the money from the rich, fueling their robberies. No crew, no plans needed. ‘The Chop Shop’, a store north of Los Santos that was quite secluded, in the middle of the countryside. This looked like the perfect store. Apart from a few houses, there were no signs of civilization for miles. No planning required. Whilst robbing the store, Freddie got that sensation once again; the adrenaline, the thrill. Whilst grabbing the cash Billy heard a noise; by the look on his face, Freddie knew something was wrong. Forgetting the cash, they sprinted outside to the sight of 4 police cruisers, all with heavy weapons pointed at the brothers. It was inevitable, one day they had to be stopped. Freddie was sent to SADOC whilst Billy was sent out of town, to ASDOC. The pair were split up once again. Not forever, but for a while. “A new beginning” Freddie used his time in DOC wisely, getting to know people, getting contacts. This was not the end of their criminal career; just a new beginning. Meeting a biker called ‘Salvatore Rizzo’, he began to learn more about the criminal life in Los Santos. Sonny (Salvatore) was in a Motorcycle Club by the name of “ ”, offering Freddie to join them. With his little knowledge but his understanding of how this could help him connect with more people in the criminal lifestyle, Freddie quickly accepted, following his every order. In the MC Freddie met a few other bikers, one by the name ‘Tony’, Tony seemed to have so much criminal knowledge, almost too much Freddie would tell himself. Sadly the MC was short lived, causing all the members to search for a new opportunity. Sonny had a dream though, offering Freddie to join him once again but this time it was going to be a car club. Unsure what he wanted it to be called Sonny and Freddie began to brainstorm ideas. After sharing their interests they found that they both appreciated Muscle cars. American Muscle Cars. It was decided, the Club was going to focus on American Muscle cars. ‘American Muscle Club’, not very unique but it got the job done. Whilst Sonny focused on the more important side of things, he set Freddie on a task. The logo. With only a few things for certain, Freddie began to mess with a few ideas. After getting input from Sonny they eventually ended up with a final design. https://imgur.com/89EtHO7 No gang colours. Included the name and muscle cars. It “suited the club perfectly”. It was time to purchase a HQ. A few places came to mind, but one location stood out to Sonny and Freddie, Amarillo Vista. There was a house there which could hold over 20 cars, perfect for when the whole club wants to hang around. At first it was successful, having races everyday without a single internal issue. But with the Club going all too well there had to be some issues coming in the near future. One day it happened. Sonny had to fly out of town for what was supposed to be a few weeks, in this short time there was no backbone to the Club. No races. No family… Sonny never returned and piece by piece Freddie watched the Club crumble to pieces, all his friends leaving it and joining other things. “Alone but not really…” Freddie had to move on, but not without his new Friends. Whilst the club was falling apart a friend of Freddie, Ryan Petford, began researching drug recipes. With the success of ‘Cocaine’ the pair began to search for something to cook on, drug tables. With the friends he made in DOC, Freddie managed to get hold of tables quite easily. With the press of 2 buttons Freddie had ordered roughly 10 tables for him and his friend to cook on. Now all they needed was a place to cook. They couldn’t use the old HQ, that was still owned by Sonny; they needed somewhere else. They needed an apartment. With low funds they decided to get a loan out under Ryan’s name, at the time he still worked at LSC meaning he got a lower interest rate. http://imgur.com/gallery/Z59C9Yk With the tables now setup. The recipes learnt. The apartment acquired. All they needed to do was cook. With the loan needing to be paid off the pair would cook all night and day, trying to make enough to pay it off. They were quite successful, making hundreds of Cocaine on countless occasions. Selling the cocaine to pay for their resources and the loan. One day this changed, Goblins were in town. After noticing that the pair had exited the apartment and headed towards a drug location they became suspicious. Eventually they were sure there were tables inside, rushing the apartment with heavy weapons; taking every last piece of Cocaine, every last table. Freddie decided to take a long nap… When he woke up everything had changed, there were new gangs roaming the streets, new people he had to meet. One of which was ‘Russian Mob’, similar to the old ‘Russian Mafia’ with some of the same members. But a newer generation. The leader, Dimitri, had met Freddie in DOC when he first moved to the city, but never since that point. Dimitri was a good friend of Freddie. Someone he knew he had to get on the good side of. “Taking Logan Hostage” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1GWV_CXtq1o The pair were out fishing, staying out of harm’s way, when Freddie spotted an old friend in trouble. It was Ryan. An officer by the name of ‘Logan’ spotted Ryan’s Pistol .50 at the pier and proceeded to put him at gunpoint. After learning that Ryan was an old friend of Freddie, Dimitri took control of the situation. Taking a gun out of the glovebox with the brave words “We aren’t going to let that happen now, are we?” The pair ambushed Logan, taking him and Darion hostage at the Pier. The situation ended up with all 3 of them plus some of Ryan’s friends who attempted to help back in DOC but it showed the cops what they were about. Since that day, Logan hasn’t stepped foot onto the pier. “Russian Mob” Freddie once again, was given an opportunity to join his friends in crime. Dimitri had invited him to Russian Mob. After hearing about the banks and stores they robbed daily Freddie knew if he were to refuse he would be missing out on so much experience. After getting into the Mob he began to understand how things were ran, robbing stores and getting away at any cost. The Mob did hold labs, with quite some success but it wasn’t their priority. “Taking a Drop” Whilst holding down Sea Lab, they noticed a large number of people setting up outside. Not being the type of people to fight everyone they get the chance to they tried to talk things out with words, which they were successful at. But one Russian by the name Alberto noticed something… They were collecting a gun shipment. Without hesitation they all got into position, ready to steal the drop from these unknown people. https://youtu.be/8Jj27L42tIU “All of you Hands up” After the first shot was fired Freddie began to unload bullets into the strangers. This being the first time he had actually shot a gun. Taking down 3 of the remaining strangers, Freddie began searching for any injured Russians whilst the rest took the guns off of the enemy’s bodies. Being able to locate all of the injured Russians, Freddie brought them to the middle, alongside the deceased enemies. A gang showed up… LNF. Apparently this was an order made by LNF for some of their customers; already being paid they requested a small fee of the shipment. This was not going to happen. Unfortunately the underboss, Alberto, decided it was a good idea to lead LNF to the location we were splitting the guns at. Being unpleased with this Freddie and his friend Samoa decided to ignore the orders given by the underboss, instead satisfying the rest of the Russians. 34 Pistol .50’s; 3 each. LNF wanted 16 of these guns which they had already sold to someone, once again Alberto was okay with giving them these. With Samoa taking the rest of the Russians to a seperate location, Freddie began to talk with LNF about the guns. With the constant input of Alberto, Freddie was only able to lower it to 5 .50’s, even though it should have been zero. Enraging Freddie and Samoa, they began to plan out a way they could get revenge on Alberto. “Revenge” The plan was simple. Wait for the Russians to head to a drug lab that is located in a secluded area, preferably ‘Chiliad’’, this being the most hidden with the easiest getaway options if the plan goes south. Still being in the Russian Mob allowed the pair to get close to Alberto without anyone questioning their actions, potentially even giving them time alone with him. https://youtu.be/59qlsLAQm0A With the help of a friend, Gabby, they began to set up at the lab before the Russian’s entrance. Taking out Alberto, the pair were, once again, successful. Time was ticking, more and more russians were getting ready to enter the lab, they had to leave now. The trio simply drove out of the Lab, not being chased. Instead they went searching for Alberto who was left in the middle of the Lab. “Russian’s Revenge” Without thinking about his actions too much Samoa decided to show Dimitri around his and Freddie’s Drug lab. This not only gave Dimitri a good understanding of the layout, but they also knew exactly what was inside… (http://imgur.com/gallery/4DC9zIX) Freddie randomly got a call from Dimitri; warning him to get ready. The pair knew what this was, instantly they headed to the apartment, packing away as many tables as they could. Being prepared to leave Freddie could hear a noise from outside of the apartment. Checking his phone he was bombarded with an insane number of text messages all warning him of what was to come. *BANG BANG BANG* 3 shots were put into the lock and within not even 2 seconds there were 10 Russians and 10 Los Santos Drift members inside of his apartment, all armed and ready to kill. Knowing they were outnumbered they decided to give in, remembering each and every face inside. (http://imgur.com/gallery/2iwt6bG) This wasn’t over. They were going to suffer.

  3. Hello YuSo and thankyou so much for your reply. I don't want this to become a petty back and fourth but I need to touch on some of your accusations directed at me. David_Michael was the one you forced to open MY apartment, he is a friend who has keys. The fact you don't know who owns the apartment concerns me dearly, thinking its owned by Lucas although that character doesn't have keys. In my opinion, this already shows that you haven't got enough IC motive and the raid was random. Lucas_Micheal is not MY alt. I wasn't recording at the time and have no POV but David_Michaels does. I said this in my report but it seems you haven't read it. I reached out as soon as possible over discord to your leader and tried my best to get in contact. I came into apartment and within seconds was shot and killed. I didn't remember anyone's IDs. You are responsible for having recorded evidence before a raid, anyone can pretend they saw something and go ahead and raid someone. Your only IC reason from what YOU just said is we had a .50 on us entering the apartment which isn't sufficient and I would of thought you as an Admin would know this. Otherwise almost everyone could be raided. Our gangs are not at war. This is shown in our f4 menu as you know. What was the "altercation" that happened before the raid? Because if it was bad mouthing I believe your actions to raid over this alone is very poor behaviour indeed. You mention I and David have shot at you and I believe this to be false and misleading and would like you to provide some sort of evidence to these claims Thankyou so much for reading my response and I'd like to thank the staff members who will be handling this report. If it is to be denied, a clarification would be greatly appreciated. Frankly, Yuso believes a .50 on your hip and badmouthing is enough motive for a house raid. EDIT I have reason to believe you have broke the player theft rules in this situation. This message was made on 27/04/2021 https://imgur.com/gallery/G06Ux5g

  5. Player(s) being reported: ID 39, 72, 146 Date of interaction reported: 26/April/2021 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1619497256 Your characters name: Johmarcus Johnson Other player(s) involved: Kyle Radzvin Specific rule(s) broken: 4. Hacking and Exploits Players must not have mods, trainers, or any kind of software installed that gives any advantage. Server bugs may not be used for advantage and must be reported on ECLIPSE Roleplay forums. Server scripts must not be exploited in any way, e.g. circumventing AFK timer. 8. Metagaming (MG) Metagaming is the act of relaying IC information through any method not considered IC that has the potential to change current or future roleplay scenarios or using that information. Mixing IC and OOC information without any benefit is a minor MG offense. For example, a player uses IC chat to call someone by their player ID displayed above their head. Players may not have any interaction or knowledge from their alternate characters. 9. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Examples: Ignoring RP, baiting government services without proper IC reason, asking to be killed or forcing your own death, unrealistic stunt jumping, misusing expensive vehicles, using script work vehicles for other purpose, submerging any vehicle in water intentionally, swimming for an unrealistic amount of time in a chase, or stealing from / tampering with an OOC F4 menu. 13. Fear Roleplay (FRP) Fear RP is showing appropriate care and concern to preserve your character's safety and life. If a player's life is in direct danger they must RP adequate fear and comply with demands. If an attacker lowers their weapon to type, victims which were under fear RP remain as so. A player is not showing proper fear if they run while on foot/bike or in an unpowered vehicle and a weapon is aimed at them at close range, or if they drive into an active shootout more than once without the intent of providing cover or fleeing with it. A player still has the option to react if they are in a powered vehicle, if they already have a weapon drawn facing their attacker, or if their attacker's view is obstructed by an object. 14. Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper IC motive and interaction. How did the player break the rule(s)? Under the assumption we were allies this person showed us his cook house, about 10 mins after he left we attempted to bolt cut the door and Id 39 pulled up and attempted to hold me up, but I shot him, and he got injured. In the POVs you can clearly see ID39 Fear Rp and Stalling as he was not responding to my /me's and was tabbed out constantly. This makes me suspect that he was metagaming to ID 146 that he needed backup, and you can see him tab straight back in when a cop is seen coming our way. I would also like to point out that Id 39 was doing random /do's and made OOC excuses on why he could not respond to rp or occ unlock the door to wait for cops or for him to bleed out. ID 146 decided to call cops to the scene where his friend or ally clearly was involved in the shootout and most importantly he called cops to his friends own cook house. On top of the metagaming accusations already stated, I fail to see why ID 146 opened the door to the cook house which was never breached with bolt cutters or with keys as he had to unlock the door himself to enter, with a Tec-9 into an instant combat roll and began shooting with no demands or DM rights, when i believe the only way they knew he was there was through OOC chat to ID 39. I'd just really like to know how ID 146 seemed to know there was someone stuck inside the lab, so sure that he brought a tec-9, one of the most expensive weapons currently circulating on the server. Evidence of rule breach: My pov: https://streamable.com/qy0qr0 - First time Id 39 stalled rp/tabbed out and me running away as I saw a cop cruiser https://streamable.com/gzez7e- Second Time ( I returned to the situation as I did not see any cops at the scene) Id 39 - Responds with a /me looks blankly instead of responding to my /me https://streamable.com/cc1j9i - Second half of the situation where Id 39 can be seen making ooc excuses and Id 146 Calling cops over to Id 39's cook house. Kyles Pov: https://streamable.com/inevc5 - Us finding out there were a bunch of tables inside the shed that only had one door https://streamable.com/b8cdvc - Kyle glitching through the roof https://streamable.com/itupr5- Kyle getting dm'd and Id 146 possible health hacks

  7. Not long after my humble beginning's , I became trusted and known in the gang and reached the SENIOR rank. Here is when I went from , moving drugs and COOKING drugs. It did take a little bit of time but, hey I made it. There was UPs but also DOWNS, there was PEACE, but there was CONFLITCS. With more freedom, came more RESPONSIBILITY. This meant that I had to step up and do more and expect less. I slowly started getting involved with higher ups in other gangs and got to know a little about the DEEPER things in gangs. Got my own place and started dealing with more and more MONEY. Soon enough was I BUSTING banks. My first bank ever was the FLECCA bank on Route 68. I was nervous at first but nothing to stop me from doing MORE. First BANK I ever scored, I got about $20,000 by myself. The other BOYS probably grabbed around $50,000 all together maybe more. It was a joined operation with the GLOBINS and 67. After a lot of grinding later , I got the ultimate bond and respect from the gang. OVERLORD, UNDERLORD and HC , ANGELO CAPONE, VIKSTAV ZARKOVIC, and LJ. All agreed that I should be the commander for the gang so they PROMOTED me to COMMANDER of MS 13. I was excited to keep growing the gang but that only means MORE "DEMON SHIT" HAHAHA

  8. Player(s) being reported: id 27 Date of interaction reported: 27/04/2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1619503282 Your character name: Brent Adams Other player(s) involved: ID 175 Specific rule(s) broken: 15. Player Theft, Prison Breakout, and Kidnapping Robberies should be conducted in a realistic manner with reasonable in-character motive using secluded areas. Players should not conduct minor robberies in situations with high risk. Desert or forest areas are considered secluded but witnesses should still be considered. One cannot force victims to withdraw money, sell script assets, or give assets not present IC. One cannot steal from players with NEW PLAYER above their head unless they have deliberately taken part in an active crime scene in which protection is temporarily lost. Players may not steal from their faction treasury as the F4 menu is OOC. Permission for prison break must be approved by a Senior Moderator+ prior to the attempt. Players may participate in no more than 1 prison break attempt within 1 OOC week. Players are allowed to kidnap or to take other players hostage for only these specific reasons: You have to have a roleplay reason to attack the victim in accordance with the DM rules. If you attempt to commit robbery of a property, you are allowed to hold the players within that property until you have finished the robbery. An NPC is not a valid hostage. All included players may not take another hostage for 1 OOC week if police are involved. 9. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. Players are required to remain IC at all times. RP can only be paused or voided by admins. If a crash / disconnect occurs, players must post in the crash reports discord channel and contact all parties to resume. Players reconnecting must be given all opportunities held prior. Players should not instigate situations they do not have time to play through. If a player is chased they must wait 15 minutes before they can log out of the game. Players can’t depict their character with real images or game images not possible on ECRP. Examples: Ignoring RP, baiting government services without proper IC reason, asking to be killed or forcing your own death, unrealistic stunt jumping, misusing expensive vehicles, using script work vehicles for other purpose, submerging any vehicle in water intentionally, swimming for an unrealistic amount of time in a chase, or stealing from / tampering with an OOC F4 menu. Non-off road vehicles may not drive up mountains or steep hills. LSEMS & Mechanics are exempt. How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum) So I was investigating a Crime scene at Los Santos Freeway. There were around 5 bodies and I was taking IC evidence to submit them to the PD database. While I was doing my job on the highway ID 27 just passes by the scene. After few minutes ID 175 arrives on the scene and says that he owns the faggio. So I was talking to him that I need the bike for a few minutes for some evidence of the scene. He didn't comply with me so I said " You will be charged for tampering with evidence and failure to comply if you didn't give it to me now". Then Suddenly ID 27 pulls up and points a gun at me while I was talking with ID 175 on the High way. It's unrealistic because he points a gun towards a Law Enforcement officer in a highway without a proper/strong IC reason. He doesn't fear to point a gun towards a law enforcement officer on a highway. In real life, The highway would be full of vehicles, and it's not rp to point a gun towards an officer on a highway. You can see he is not roleplaying properly as well in the footage. Finally, ID 175 and ID 27 just stole a police cruiser and I think its a high-risk low reward situation Both players are informed to save their pov. Evidence of rule breach: Evidence will be provided to the staff member taking the report since it may be included staff chat

  9. Advocating for communication is fine. That doesnt mean you have any right to the future information on development. What devs have for ideas or projects are up to them to decide to share. Some ideas we try dont work and in testing they get scrapped, making community hype and then removing it will just generate more posts like this talking about ideals and communication. They share what they can when its appropriate and there also are times features that are best recieved in a new update, or are tested & reviewed after implementation, not promised and permanent features. Thanks for the suggestion on communication, we will be re-creating a new community suggestions team for the forum sections in the near future as well which will accomplish the feedback piece you're looking for I believe. 10. PENDING RESPONSE ―――――――――――――――――――――――――― Thank you for submitting this report. Please be patient as we review the evidence. We’d like to hear from the following player(s): • Robert_Birch (377) - Why can you been seen driving your Exemplar around Chiliad Mountain, up and down the hills? Do you feel it is realistic for that car to be maneuvering like that off-road? Can you also please explain the collision at the start of the footage? Provide any POV you may have now. • Ian_Marks (314) - You claim that Reblas can drive off-road but not up/down steep mountains. Yet in your own footage you are seen driving the Luxury SUV down steep ledges. Can you explain how that vehicle would realistically be able to drive like you did in this scenario? All reported parties will be notified here and in-game and will have 24 hours to provide a response. If no response is given, a conclusion will be made based on all available evidence provided in this report. Thank you. Kind regards, RogueK & Doan

  11. The goal of the server isn't to make as much money as you can and buy everything you want, it's to roleplay. Yes, money can help with this, but it's not the thing you should be focusing on. Joining a faction isn't about making money, it's about joining a community of people to make friends and roleplay with. Script jobs pay significantly more than faction jobs to balance out the loss of roleplay by doing them.

  12. Please read the whole thing before commenting on the post, thank you. Well, description says it well. Planes! I miss planes on the server, a lot actually. I would love to be able to go off duty, and take my little light aircraft out for a spin. or perhaps start an Airline. ( i get not many people would RP passengers, but regardless i would love to RP owning a little plane, and being able to fly out to sandy shores , the little airfield by the farms or even fort zancudo ( which is an awesome airport ) Add: Pilots license How to get the license: Scripted like with Car and truck license, and a very hard course, not as easy as the drivers license, but something that will test your skills in an RP manner, like touching down on a marker, and stopping in a certain distance, correct takeoffs and such. The license needs to be an exclusive thing, and not something you can just do in 1 day, unless you are very good, i think a pricing around the 400k Marker is good, this way if people really want it, they need to save up for it, and cannot just get it within a week of playing on the server. You enter an interior located somewhere in the airport, and there would be a door that says "Flight simulator" once you press "E" in a marker by the door. a menu pops up with 5 different courses. Each flight lesson will cost 80.000 and will be hard to pass. If you fail the flight lesson, a symbolic fee will be taken from your bank account ( perhaps maybe 1-5K, to avoid people abusing it for fun) The 80K will first be taken from your bank account, once you have successfully completed the course. when you spawn in the course, it will spawn you in another Dimension ( hence the flight simulator ). The last exam could be done in the active Dimension, or in the Flight simulator like the other lessons. You will have 2 attempts at each course, before it gives you a cool down of at least 1 Irl hour. The last flight lesson would be the exam, you will have 1 attempt at passing the exam, and if you fail. It will also have a cool down of at least 1 Irl Hour. Also perhaps even adding a quiz, that you would have to complete (like when you make a server application) before getting your pilots license, where it states the IC rules and OOC rules. And you would have to pass it with 8/10 correct, or 10/10 correct answers before you get to actually purchase the license after the final exam, which also would have a cooldown of about 1 hour IRL. Add: Planes Single engine/Multi Engine Propeller planes. JoBuilt Mammatus Western Duster Mammoth Dodo JoBuilt Velum Western Cuban 800 Multi Engine Luxury Jets: Buckingham Luxor Buckingham Vestra Buckingham Nimbus Full list of planes. https://www.gtaall.com/gta-5/vehicles/planes.html Plane-prices. from low to high Western Duster: $500.000 Jobuilt Mammatus: $600.000 Mammoth Dodo: $725.000 Western Cuban: $850.000 Jobuilt Velum: $975.000 Buckingham Vestra: $1.125.000 Buckingham Luxor: $1.500.000 Buckingham Nimbus: $2.000.000 Add: No Fly Zone(s) Aka "NFZ". This is just an example of the no fly zone that only includes LS. (The Area marked with a black circle and red stripes is the NFZ.) Faction Helicopter traffic would be allowed in the NFZ. (MD, PD and Weazel News) With the PDM Rule i don't think Sandy Shores and Paleto Bay would have any issues. These areas are not very populated either, regarding player traffic. The No Fly Zone could also include the prison. Add: One refueling point at LSIA, and one in the sandy shores airfield. ( basically plane gas stations ). Fuel prices at these places can vary between $15-$25. Since AVGAS and JETA1 is not very cheap per liter, this could be also be raised if needed. Add: Plane parking garage: At LSIA, it should work like the Community parking, when you take out the aircraft, it will spawn it at the next available parking position. ( Make the parking positions gates and the real plane parking spots in order to make it realistic and make sure planes don't spawn in each other ). Add: Mors Aircraft insurance ( Could be the big open hangar at LSIA ) Planes would not be cheap to get back, since they should be priced high. eg: Buckingham Nimbus could be about 60k to get out. and the cheapest one around 10k or more. To further avoid people abusing it. Add: A forum section (Under Government preferably) dedicated to people making applications to own planes, and perhaps making an IC forum for Registering your aircraft. (this is most likely a future thing, since it is not a thing yet.) Add; rules such as the NFZ (No Fly Zone). And "PDM" Basically VDM, but way harder punishment, i say add this rule, because there's always this one person who has to try and mess it up for everyone else. I honestly think this could work on eclipse. I've seen other Rage:MP servers with planes, and it works just fine with no plane-bombings going on.. Obviously they would have to be pretty pricey. to avoid "everyone" owning one. Just like with Supercars, its an Exclusive thing to own an aircraft! This also limits the actual people flying on the server. Perhaps if people violated the No-Fly-Zone (harmlessly, eg. flying over the city and not injuring anyone). they would get their plane license revoked, and it would render their aircraft useless ( maybe make a script, so you are unable to Press F on the aircraft if you have no license ) Also, i don't think you should be able to pickpocket planes. This would also limit the abuse very much. I read on other posts, where people said people would most likely abuse it -> well yes, there will always be some idiot who thinks it's fun to plane-bomb somewhere, but in the event that, that happens? Perma-ban. Since adding Larger populated areas to a NFZ (No Fly Zone), they cant just say " /B i de-synced " There would literally be 0 excuse for causing any havoc in the NFZ ( No Fly Zone ) This would also stop people who only buy planes to show off and fly around the city. You cant really show off in it, why get one? there are loads of RP reasons to buy an aircraft. And perhaps people who actually wants to RP Transporting cargo around the different airports, or flying a business man to his retreat in Sandy shores. Because he can afford the luxury, not because its faster! Since it can be rather inefficient compared to driving. Obviously some more clear guidelines on this should be made, and further suggestions are very welcome on this post. I'm just putting this out there, to see what the community thinks. i know by fact I'm not the only one out there that wants this. I'm still working on streamlining the suggestion! So consider it a work in progress for now.

Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper IC motive and interaction. Prior interaction should include escalation such as a robbery or a report to the police. Players may not kill victims who have complied with a plausible demand in reasonable time unless involved in severe hostile activity against them or an ally within 3 hours. Players on foot should only be attempted to be hit with a vehicle once with valid motive. Vehicles cannot be used as weapons in active shootouts unless where unavoidable. Players must be able to explain their reason and provide proof of prior reasoning if requested. 18. This thread has been started for others to express and share their feelings about the current state of the server. [DISCLAIMER]: THIS IS MY HONEST AND PERSONAL REVIEW. YOU ARE ALL ENTITLED TO YOURS, SO FEEL FREE TO COMMUNICATE THEM BACK It's sad to say this, but it feels pointless trying to suggest improvements here anymore, regardless of whether there is a good idea in discussion. After looking through the suggestion threads almost every day, there are a lot of good ideas which are pushed aside and shunned by admins. I don't know why 99% of credible suggestions are never pushed forward or end up on the server. Is it because you guys see how much time that it would take to script and immediately push it aside, or just because nobody checks this to gain enough traction, or is it because you have put up with poorly built systems for so long you have just mentally accepted it to be ok? I can only assume these things as it's just so unclear to why very little has been done. Have a look at either the changelogs or the #development tab and try and find at least one major update; within the past 8 months, there have literally been no significant changes to the server. If you exclude all the bug fixes and the tiny additions of small items being added to the import list, extra furniture, some more cars at the dealership, extra things on the credit-shop and extra commands for police/admins or additions to government buildings, you find nothing significant that helps improve what is wrong with the server. The forum is host to rational and reasonable suggestions/changes to help players, something that looks to be treated poorly by the staff team. Legal Jobs: Jobs in the city are genuinely the most boring shit I have ever experienced and they feel like dull, monotonous chores that pay terribly. People don't pick which job they want to do out of enjoyment, but instead the money they receive from it. Right now, mining will make you the most if you know a trick or two with crates and an RV. The job itself is in a reasonably good state but the NCZ's are so poorly explained and enforced on this server. New players ignore those rules every single day, and will try to rob you as soon as you get in your vehicle outside the mine. The bus route is and has been the second best consistent and safe money making job since the addition of the Paleto route. As a result, it's accumulated with braindead children who trash your car ignoring every single road rule that has ever existed. Nobody actually enjoys doing this job but the money is so much better per hour than most jobs. The city bus route is a joke and pays twice as less, there is literally no point in doing it. Postal delivery is bad. It is so much of an RNG fest that it solely depends on whether or not you get a job in the hills (your shitty van can barely even get up them), the distance and the number of packages you get before you have to travel all the way across the map to just refill your van. The armored van money deliveries, despite also subjected to bad RNG, pays an ok amount but also falls so short because of its terrible torque getting up hills. Farming is an RNG fest but in a completely different way. Out of 10 full crop-rotations I completed, half of them were stolen by other farmers with zero RP. I always made sure to lock my van whenever I wasn't taking crops out the back but you can't keep the car locked and open the back doors at the same time, so people just abuse you being stuck in the harvesting animations, as there is no way to cancel them. This has been mentioned countless times and nothing has been done about it. Woodcutting is mediocre with pay, nothing special, nothing awfully exciting. Trucking is abysmal: despite countless people complaining about the loading times, the poor pay/time spent ratio and huge inconsistency in pay, it remains as one of the most deserted jobs. The garbage truck job can be ok pay, that's as long as there aren't more than 3 doing it at the same time otherwise you have travel to the other ends of the city because the respawn rates are so bad it isn't viable anymore. The toll booth is just appalling. Whilst having so much RNG involved with how much you get paid, half the people glitch-ram their way through the barrier or just wait until somebody else goes through to avoid paying and go behind them. Fishing is the most relaxing and requires the least amount of effort out of them all, which is why you find half of the city's population at the pier all talking to each other about how shit the other jobs are. The oil-rig drilling pays fairly well, but only if you've invested a lot into a truck, RV and some extra storage. Criminal jobs: Illegal work has no depth or content: Robbing banks seem worth it at first, but the amount of people you require and time spent preparing for it all you could have made the same amount of money doing bus routes at Paleto. I, and several other friends, have carried out bank robberies many times. Some were done with no more than 5 people, and even then having escaped with ALL cash, in both lockers and table, the cut after laundering was literal piss. But lets say you wanted to just go and rob another bank, what's stopping you? Well you're in luck because you can only do 1 hostage situation a week otherwise you get apprehended by an admin. In this case, your only option is to get a massive group to all rush the room in hope of escaping before any cops come. If that goes well, you've probably only come out with anything between $10,000-20,000 depending on the amount of people. The reward vs risk is again just terrible. Want to rob a store? Simply a 50/50 roll of the dice whether or not you get police patrolling past them and metagame out of their ass. If you get lucky and succeed with either of these jobs, you walk away with a relatively small amount of money. If you don't, you get locked up with the most ridiculous prison sentence, accommodated with the most dry role-playing experience you could imagine from a Cop type RP-ing. Want to get into the drug game? Don't, the money is shit unless you have 20+ tables running simultaneously. The profit for even the highest paying drugs is shocking, even after looking at all dealer NPC's. Pretty much any moderately entertaining illegal content is from gang engagement and shipments, but why should they be the only people who have access to the fun? The content has literally been designed around gangs. Overall, the amount of illegal jobs you can do is just stupidly sparse. Pretty much every other server I have played on has double the amount of criminal work, with twice the enjoyment. The risk vs reward on the server right now makes none of these illegal activities worth it. You will make more money participating in E-RP sucking some gremlin's toes in the nightclub than you will with anything in the city right now. Overall feel: The standard of RP in general is on the extreme low and I personally expected better from a larger whitelisted server such as this. It's rare to come across a unique character with a fun voice, detailed personality, character weaknesses that are actually portrayed properly and somebody who creates unique roleplaying scenes. It seems now that everybody roleplays as them self, letting events in game affect them personally IRL and hence reacting in such a boring, predictable and immature way. Nobody wants to sacrifice any potential success or personal gain in this server in return for a comedic and enjoyable roleplaying experience. I was lucky enough to find a very rare small group of good role-players, whom of which I stuck with for quite some time. Another huge problem on this server is racism. Call it what you want, "E-RP", ICC or whatever; there is simply no excuse to give room for people to call others the hard N-word because they got killed or beaten up. Most gang members think they are special and claim they are acting as their character, but really they are just racist, white prepubescent degenerates who want a free N-word pass. The amount of people breaking rules everyday its just absurd by looking at the report section here, and its clear that very immature people are being let in. The entry test to gain whitelist status is probably the easiest I have ever completed. It is simply copy and pasted information from forum threads. At the end of the day, you are all responsible for setting the standard here and whilst we appreciate banning those who break rules and some work by the staff here, the server is just so far from feeling like a completed experience and there is just an overall lack of effort when listening to the community.

  22. I think there's a way to be critical of something, without getting yourself yeeted from anything. I think in all honesty, you have to temper your expectations when it comes to the suggestion forum. This is not a project in the construction phase where it's about building what the server is, it's about maintenance of the old with some implementation of new systems. I say this as someone that's made some pretty well received threads on those forums, but while something might be a great idea on paper, there are reasons why the majority of those suggestions don't make it to the server. it's not that they are shunned by administrators, the admin team doesn't decide what is implemented and what is not, the developers do. Those are the same developers that founded this community and created it's script between them. Considering the popularity and longevity of the project, I'd say they've done pretty well and deserve some respect for that. They also have the right to choose what goes in and what does not. I don't take it personally if my ideas don't get added and to be honest, I've spent a significant period of time over the past couple months working on spec to add some things to the server. There are no guarantees that that stuff will go in, but that's not the point. Because I've approached them in the right way and been respectful, they're more open to the ideas I might put forward. There are bugs in the script but show me a server that doesn't bug fix and I'll show you a server that doesn't develop anything. Like you and me, the developers have lives and responsibilities outside of coding. It's subjective really. You might look at the development tab and not really see anything to you but for example, adding the police vehicles opens up the server to adding additional custom vehicles down the road. Not just for government factions, but other parts of the server too. Adding the EUP uniforms to the server might benefit the government factions but it's also the first step in adding custom clothing to the server. Since you have brought up Furniture, I personally spent the best part of 12 hours collecting those two lists of furniture. There is currently a final list with about 350 objects to be implemented as we speak, but that extra furniture has afforded people of all areas in the server to customise their homes and businesses. Yes, you know what, I think it would be fantastic if we added the Cayo Perico idea I suggested or the Criminal Overhaul suggestion thread. I think it would likely improve the criminal side of things significantly, but if it doesn't go in, I'm not going to make a thread about it. Eclipse is not perfect, there are things that could definitely be improved but I wouldn't play anywhere else for GTA V. You just have to decide whether you can play in the server the way it is. If you can, great. If not, I'm sure you'll find enjoyment somewhere else. What I don't like is those people that do not enjoy the server, but rather than go elsewhere and find enjoyment, they linger like a foul odour and try to ruin it for other people.

  28. Leon was born in Los Angeles. As a kid, Leon didn’t have any other choice but to get involved with crimes in Los Angeles since money was a big problem in the family and school wasn't a place for Leon so he chose the hard way of life, the criminal life. Leon used to run around in the streets of Los Angeles and rob stores and people to be able to survive. Leon saw how easy it was making money in the streets, on good days Leon could be making thousands of money as just a kid. This made him go even further into the criminal life and at the age of 15, Leon joined MS-13 in Los Angeles. Life in MS-13 was tough, the higher-ups made Leon do stuff every day, stuff he wasn't ready and capable of doing. It went from delivering drugs to different junkies to going on missions to end different people's life. All these things just for stashes of money, but was it worth it? These were questions Leon asked himself every day even though he didn't have a choice, leaving a gang like this wasn't an option, this was the new lifestyle and it couldn't be reversed. Leon was in MS-13 for 4 years. In these years Leon built up a name for himself: LJ. This was Leon’s new name that the older members of the gang called him. LJ was a runner in the gang and had no choice but to listen to higher-ups even if it could mean risking his own life. This was the lifestyle LJ had chosen when he decided to join, and he had no idea of how he’s gonna be able to leave without getting killed. But the luck was with LJ. On a meeting day at MS-13’s warehouse, cops rushed in and raided the whole warehouse. 50+ tables, 100+ pistol .50s, 25+ different heavy guns...all gone. Not only that but all High Commands (except one) were put behind bars with only a few of the lower ranks who managed to escape. Two of the ones who managed to escape were Vikstav and Angelo. We all immediately knew that we can’t stay here anymore, we had to move somewhere else and hide. And that's what they did. LJ, Vikstav, and Angelo bought a single ticket over to Los Santos. Angelo’s ambitions with the flight over to Los Santos was to build up a new, better, and more friendly MS-13 but LJ was done with that. LJ didn't believe that it would be possible to have a “friendly” MS-13 after everything that happened in Los Angeles, so the idea got left behind… In Los Santos LJ decided to still be a criminal, but not part of a gang. He continued robbing people, hit labs to cook drugs, rob stores but something was lacking: money. In the old MS-13, LJ made five times more money than he did as a criminal in Los Santos. This was a problem because LJ needed stuff he couldn't afford, for example, straps to rob people with. So LJ hit up Vikstav and Vikstav had the same problem as LJ. So they decided to roll together and try different drug setups and different things to make money but it never worked well for them. So they made a gang: The Bloodz. But they couldn't keep up with all the work that had to be done for the gang to keep on going so they went to Angelo. They all three discussed what they will do, how they will do, and came up with the idea that Angelo had a long time ago. The return MS-13 but a better version of it. And from there everything has been going well for LJ. He’s been setting up a drug setup together with one of the members making loads of money to buy weapons, ingredients, and different stuff. They have been making alliances with different gangs and continue to do so. LJ together with MS-13 still has loads of goals for the future and LJ’s story just started here in Los Santos. He has a long way to go.

  29. Part 2 Alberto woke up on a sunny Sunday. He started his day like every other days. He opened his phone and started scrolling on live invader. After scrolling into bed he got up and went to the bathroom. and took a shower. When he got dressed, he looked in the mirror again. And thought of his father who died years ago. Then he came to think of nice memories with his father but then came a moment before his father was murdered he said that there are still marijuana tables in his warehouse near by the coast in Belgium. So when alberto remembered that he went to Los Santos Airport and took the first flight back to Belgium, Brussels Добро пожаловать домой Welcome home When he arrived, his cousin Alfredo Lanzaro was waiting at the airport. By the time Alberto arrived, it was late. So his cousin took him to his apartment and went to sleep. Alberto couldn't sleep at the time and kept thinking about his father's warehouse. So alberto woke up his cousin and went to the warehouse near the coast. транспорт Transport When they arrived at the warehouse, the marijuana tables were indeed there. Everything was covered in dust. Alberto called his old friend who worked in the port of Antwerp. Alberto had to have a boat that went to Lost Santos so they could transport those tables. When the boat is arranged, Alberto had to have someone he can trust who can pick up the tables at the port of Los Santos. So that's why Alberto called Andrei Golovkov. Трудные времена Hard times When everything was fine, Alberto had to pay a visit to his mother. Alberto’s mother was really sick. Before he had to leave, he had to shed a tear because his mother will no longer live. The disease that the mother has is very rare. When everything was in order, Alberto had to go to the port of antwerp and had to say goodbye to his friends and family in belgium. Alberto had to leave quickly because business in Los Santos didn't go well. A lot of bratans have left the mob. Воспоминания Memories Before alberto left, he went to his father's grave. The grave he hasn't visited in a long time. Alberto sat next to the grave and was talking about life in Los Santos, The New Bratans that Alberto met in Los Santos, The mob that Alberto is in it as a High Command. вернуться к бизнесу Back to business When Alberto left the grave off his father he needs to go to the port of Antwerp has his boat is ready to go to Los Santos. When Alberto arrived in Los Santos His bratan Andrei was already waiting on him. After Alberto long journey he went home, took cold vodka out of the freezer and went drunk to bed. Server bugs may not be used for advantage and must be reported on ECLIPSE Roleplay forums. Server scripts must not be exploited in any way, e.g. circumventing AFK timer. How did the player break the rule(s)? I have had my vehicle (V12 shafter 09FFMTC0) vanish from me three times within the span of two days two of these incidents have happened because I parked at the farm and it got stolen with out me receiving any notification about it getting stolen or the notification you get when its scraped at the chop shop so something weird is obviously going on. The most recent incident I had was when I was just pulling into bayview and my car just vanished from me and around a OOC hour later it was at mors mutal. I will link all clips below. I did not manage to catch anyones ID as they car would just randomly disappear at times im not sure if this is a targeted attack after I reported it to an admin yesterday however I think this happening twice in a single day along with the previous incident means that they are obviously using some type of hack or exploit Evidence of rule breach: VIDEO LINKS (chronological order of events): The message mors displays after my car vanished at bayview:

  34. Hamilton responding. Initiating action by reporting party. No lights no sirens, guns aimed at me for no apparent reason or any initiating RP. At least ask "What's the problem Officer" ? Initiating action With momentum i head for the exit and radio for immediate reinforcement. Reporting party ( easily identified with his hat and jacket ) takes off with a passenger and the pursuit starts. A minute or two into the pursuit i megaphone them "STOP! LSSD!" ( SS ). As the reporting party starts heading back to the mountains we assume the worst and prepare and commit for a possible ambush or engagement up ahead. Backup is called for SED deployment and further units to connect. The pursuit continues and we approach the tunnel. At this point i see an opening to overtake and attempt to force the party to slow down and realize the obvious risk in wrestling with a heavy police cruiser. Overtake. BUT, the driver of the motorcycle with no regard for his own and his passengers life and decide to not slow down and run straight into the side of my cruiser. I showed lights and a strong presence straight in front of them. They slowed down a bit then started to accelerate again, they made the choice to speed up and not stop. Not me.
