  1. Past hour
  2. This was already suggested by an admin months ago. Still +1 though
  3. Its not about the fear rp or the thing you didn't back off. Its about the thing that you did not follow the RP as I was did the following rp of holding the hostage tightly against me and pushing him out through the doors slowly. You sprayed me and my friend and whilst spraying following the rp you would of killed the hostage. Thats the reason we are doing this report as in of fail rp of your side. You sprayed us down whilst I was typing, and that was a bit of powergaming, as there is no script command for me to hold the hostage against me defending my body from the shots, but yeah.. I suppose you are LSPD and you are some kind of snipers, and you know how to aim and shoot only to side of me, without hitting the hostage, wp. 🙂
  4. Yes, it just needs a simple way to transfer from the carry to the trunk. IRL it'd be easier to do that, than to take something out of your backpack and put it in the trunk! just a simple right click on an empty square in the trunk and have a new option on the drop/split/carry menu, saying "Place Carried Item" or even just "Stow" if you're short of wordage also, this should also be a feature for furniture and safes in the house too.
  5. I'm not sure where you got the idea that if people start shooting fear RP is lifted, but that is not the case. If they were to actively leave you alone and give you a window to run while they were distracted, that would be different. But you start running while still being aimed at and well within shot of at least two people. Then you run directly into their line of sight and the shooting, taking no cover and attempting to retaliate in front of the entire gang. You are not invincible and just because some of them are shooting does not mean you can run away from weapons aimed at you to then run in front of all of them and attempt to take them all on. That is a clear disregard of your own life. I could understand if you ran away to hide behind the building and wait for backup, but you run out in front of them all to shoot. Appeal Denied. Regards, Archaeah.

  7. Massive +1 from me as crates for instance have a fixed volume when full and when empty (not talking about how it works on the server but how it works IRL since we have wooden crates). Similar thing goes for bags with difference bags will get bigger with more items in them. Possibly make it so crates are always 200 volume, full and empty.
  8. Hello and thank you for making a report. I would like to ask @Vallorz to give her side of the situation. Bakmeel
  9. I'm interested, I could give you 6000$ ((a week)).

    ID 239 (Fear/NRP)

After reviewing all the footage and taking the statements into consideration I have come to the following conclusion. Harry_Reynolds ID 239 did not break fearRP as he was already entering the vehicle with the engine turned on before Jay_Gamble gave his first demand. However, as @adrians987 explained himself and what can be seen on the video of Jay Gamble, the player 239 did break the NLR rule. He returned to his body directly after dying. Harry_Reynolds will recieve a NonRP #3 punishment
  11. Just to add a bit of clarification I was the officer that called in the robbery over the radio. I walked into the store and noticed someone in the back aiming a pistol (The back door was wide open so I saw you) I then ran out of the shop and back to the cruiser before you noticed me and then radioed for backup.
  12. Hey there and thank you so much for making this report, I am ID 244 and will be more than happy to make this response. First of all, I'd like to show you this, the force matrix of the LSPD. With this in mind, let's move on with the response. I was one of the last ones on scene and took control of the scene as the highest rank there. When I arrived, multiple cops were inside the store already and you were progressing from the back room out in-front of all the cops with shotguns aimed at you in the open (grounds for a fear-rp report, but i'm not petty). You then demanded (while aiming a gun to the hostage with about 5 shotguns aimed at you) for all police to back off and get out of the store so for the sake of the RP I demanded all cops to get outside and set up a perimeter. There was then a minor standoff for less than a minute and you were giving completely unrealistic orders such as "cops get in your cars and drive off". Here is my response in discord to these crazily unrealistic demands. So with this in mind, I began to talk with the cops about how we could do this. You were still inside the store so I went round to the left side of the door to your bike to RPly let out the air of your tires so we could let you think you were free and attempt to evade. This RP can be seen in your video. While I was doing this RP you got extremely impatient (bare in mind this whole scene from us leaving the store, setting up the perimeter and me attempting to RP something to give you the chance to evade lasted less than 2 minutes) and once again chose to expose yourself to multiple heavy weapons aimed directly at you (more grounds for fear-rp reporting, but once again, I'm not going to be petty) and at this point, it was deemed that you didn't care at all about the risks you were taking and our duty of care was then to more citizens of Los Santos and not just the initial hostage, I stepped back and got to cover as you two just idly stood there, not RPing or saying anything, just aiming a gun at him. We shouted you some final demands to drop your weapons to which you ignored. I then spoke over TAC to see how many operatives I had on scene and moved them forward to get a clear shot. With them and the other highly trained officers in position, I was confident we could successfully take you down without harming the hostage, I counted down to take the shot minimizing the opportunity for you to harm the hostage. As can be seen in the video, from the very first bullet being fired, you were both on the floor within 0.4 seconds which gave you no time to harm the hostage. This was very well executed and as can be seen in the video, the hostage was unharmed. Also, in response to your RP about holding him close, it was very confusing. In one line of RP you pulled him in tightly and in another you pushed him out of the door? We assumed you were still holding him tightly for the sake of the RP hence why I only authorized officers who were side-on to you to take the shot. This report seems more based on the fact that you weren't given a chance to escape than fail rp. I responded to the 'hostage' in discord to expand on my previous discord message (when it was told that it was shit RP to me) with this: I'm sorry that you didn't get the outcome you hoped for but we backed off, and you rushed the RP exposing yourself to lethal force from all angles. I don't believe this report requires a response from all involved as I was the leader of the situation, I take full responsibility and as I am a Moderator, this will be pending a Senior Admin or higher. @Serthon @FatherOsborn @Lewis @BallinByNature @Archaeah

    ID 136 DM

This is Biggy from the video. I also think the shooting happened way too quickly. I heard no demands and she started shooting right after Mack barely began to accelerate, but regardless, she didn’t give any demands before she started to take fire or give him any time to react.
  17. Buyout set to be 1.800.000$
  18. Wow that’s cleannnn. Good luck with the sell!
  19. Let’s see what you guys are going to do this time !
  20. Player(s) being reported: Luna Skye ID 136 Date of interaction reported: 8/19/2019 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1566265465 Your characters name: Mack Tylar Other player(s) involved: Maynard Cornchowder, Dre Dizzle, ID 29 Specific rule(s) broken: 13. Fear Roleplay (FRP) Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s safety and life. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger: • When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range. • When you’re in a vehicle that is stalled or turned off and a weapon is aimed at you close range. • When the attacker lowers their weapon to type or roleplay, your life remains in direct danger. • Driving a vehicle in an active shootout more than once without the intent of protecting a friend, fleeing with it, or using it as cover. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is NOT considered to be in direct danger: • When you are in a car which engine is not stalled. • When you have a firearm drawn and are facing the other person before they attacked. • When the attacker’s view is obstructed by an object or when they turn their back on you. As a victim, whose life is in direct danger: • You must display reasonable value for your life and comply with the demands of your attacker. • You cannot call 911 or call your friends or allies to aid you. 14. Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player or their property without a proper roleplay reason. Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property. • If they report you to the police for a serious crime. • If they are not in compliance with demands, attempt to escape, or call other players for help in a situation where they are required to display fear under fear roleplay rules. A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands. A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands. If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand(s). Vehicles cannot be used to attack another player more than once including a failed attempt. Attacking another player with no engagement in roleplay is not allowed. Killing a player that has obeyed all orders and demands during a roleplay situation is allowed, with roleplay, only within 3 hours of: Severe hostile or criminal action is taken against you, e.g. someone is robbing you at gunpoint. (Excluding police aiming a gun at you.) Someone is attempting to take your life. Someone is attempting to take the life of your close friend or ally, or if you have witnessed it happen. You must explain your reason to kill to the player IC and have OOC evidence proving your reason. How did the player break the rule(s)? I had just rolled up to the gas station and was talking to someone I knew when the two cops shown in the video attempt to arrest me for an earlier police chase I was in. Even though I was not under the current FearRP rules because I was in my car with the engine not stalled, you can see ID 136 open fire on my car and I within the same second demands are given. Even if I wanted to comply with demands not enough time was given before she shot at us so I believe this to be DM. Evidence of rule breach:
